Book 2 is when I first got Male Grima. So this is a new level of power for him.

Just gonna throw it out there.

Bridal three lords units. We get a Claude, Edelgard and Dimitri once a year and they’ve already done Fallen, Winter and Summer plus Easter, Valentine’s, Child and the other banners are done. They’ll probably want them for a big banner.

I’m guessing we’re getting Bridal or Halloween with them this year.

Groom Dimitri, Groom Claude, Bridal Edelgard, Bridal Byleth and Duo Bridal Rhea/Sothis

Granted, I think IS will make them the academy versions because that will sell more to the target audience.

Ratatoskr was tumbling down the Yggdrasil too long to deliver the music video on time.

So does this book feel boring so far to anyone else?

Book 6 and 7 at least had interesting hooks and potential as well as amusing characters. Sure Letizia is incompetent and a clown, but she at least had character and made you want to beat her for her crimes.

And I think the mystery of Gullveig had some great payoff and propelled Seidr to best OC IMO.

There's nothing doing it for me in this book.

Think I've heard some compare this video to Music Plant.

But did we REALLY need to wait most of the month for this?

I agree that it's kind of boring. It's the classic IS overextension. This kind of plot would probably be fine if they had a regular games' length to flesh it all out and show without excessive telling. But with mostly telling, there's barely any room for any serious tension caused by the spy work or political strife, and we're probably gonna get super info dumped in the last two chapters again.

Considering we're just one NH banner then we're at Midpoint.

FEH's stories have honestly always been rife with Pacing Problems and Show, Don't Tell.

The problem is really that they need to put way more time into writing the story instead of it just being monthly and there’s not much there. The fact Events tend not to be connected to it also doesn’t help.

Like we are STILL waiting on them to do something with Anankos that they hinted with as far back as event from after Book 1/2 and only Fallen Heroes FB have done any extending of those(And Book 6)

Yeah, it says a lot Loki hasn't been relevant in... what, 3 years? They're only using her now to pad out a Mythic slot that they don't want to put requested characters (like Athos or Lehran) in.

FEH makes a lot of money but it's been diminishing returns for a while. They'll probably put less and less effort into feh as time passes until end of service finally occurs.

The effort is going into a lot of absurd power creep to make you pay for new units.

And I think that's what killed my enthusiasm for a while now. I'm mostly going to be around for banners for characters I like.

So Fallen Heroes.

I guess at least whenever end of service happens, we'll probably get a resolution to the some of the Loki/Thorr/Alfador stuff.

About time the Loki video dropped.

Got Mythic Loki (+Spd -Atk) from the first summon from the first circle in the Mythic Loki Banner and went no further. Really lucky for me to get, but I'm contemplating whether I get a merge for her from at least the spark for her Merged Ordeals or save up for a later banner.

Same here (holy moly) but mine's +HP/-Spd so I'm satisfied with leaving things there. 600 dragonflowers are not worth the loss of orbs.

Decided on a whim that I'm going to get other heroes I'm missing on other current running banners, particularly the Double Vision and CYL 7 and 6 Banners: got Young Lissa (+Res -Spd), Brave Male Robin (+Atk -Spd) and Brave Adult Tiki (+Def -HP), spending around 90 Orbs in the process. A pretty good haul for it's cost while also giving me plenty of Orbs for the upcoming Fallen Heroes Banner to the spark.

Free Rearmed Reinhardt. I knew skipping on his banner was the correct choice.
