Stats time, though I don't think any of the characters deviated too far from either their personal or class norm.

+Atk Narcian and +Res Est. Sure, that's fine.

Free circle was just two reds. Neither were a double dragon. Three Houses banner didn't fare any better: three colourless orbs that were all 3* trash.

Welp, the Three Houses banner was a bust for me. No Lysithea or Bernadetta, but the game very generously awarded two more 5* Ferdinand upon me (both Neutral as well). Behold the power of +3 5* Neutral Ferdinand.

Luckily this banner is a skip for me so I can save some orbs...even if bunny Fae is adorable.

Free pull was a +atk/-res Double Dragon.

Well I got nothing from 24 orbs...not even Narcian, and the first badge was 4 blues and a green.

Got a -Spd Lysithea, which is okay, and a +Atk -Def Duo Dragon, which works just fine, though I'm not that fond of their duo conversation. It's cute and all, but the voice acting could be tons better.

Did Idunn switch VAs? She sounded different in the trailer.

I guess this BHB means Kiran is a Golden Deer fan.

The joke is that the BHB has you fighting Edelgard and Dmitri, like in Claude's route.

The terrain is even all set up to impede Claude's ability to strike safely (too bad they did not anticipate Ninos lurking in the woods).

Woo, got Bernie! +HP/-Res, which dodges the dreaded -Atk or -Spd.

Well I'm finnally done with the 3H banner,...with a copy of Myrrh. I also got an actual newish face from the Spring banner with just 2 pulls, regular Micaiah.

I got a Neutral Bernie a while back ago. Not bad.

Just today on a whim I tried pulling for Lysithea and got her... +HP, -Speed.

I don't imagine she appreciates that very much, assuming she's similar to her Three Houses incarnation.

Lysithea is pretty fast but honestly this version has gone all-in on one-shotting people with a big crit so losing a little speed isn't that important, imo.

A well-built Lys in her home game is all about the one-shots, anyway. Not having to ever care about Attack Speed is what sets her well above the other mages.

Reached the feather cap again so screw it, 5*+10 Reyson.

Watching Auto-Battle can be hypnotic sometimes.

Occasionally it will do a beautiful series of maneuvers I would have never thought about in some arcane order of singing, swapping and rallying to take out a hardened boss right off the bat.

And sometimes it will leave a Squishy Wizard right next to a enemy swordmaster when there was absolutely no reason to.

It makes me feel smart and inadequate at the same time.

The AI works by pretty simple rules once you understand them. The most frustrating to me personally is how it will always prioritize dealing the most damage, even when all the extra damage is overkill. Which because of the way the weapon triangle works means it will intentionally leave the most threatening enemies alive, preferring instead to massively overkill the enemies who would deal less damage on enemy phase.

If it did literally the exact opposite (preferred to kill with the least overkill) it would suddenly be about 5 times smarter, by my estimation.

I managed to pull two vanilla Idunn in the same circle with little orb investment. One was even +Def.

I now have her at +3 and she's already at 53 Def thanks to Fort. Def/Res 3 and her prf. What the hell.

It's necessary for new armours to be attractive tanks these days since top-end offensive units are running around with 70+ Atk and NFU or a Lull. And that's before even considering that they have to compete with DR% from the likes of B!Ike, NY!Lethe, NY!Selkie and anyone running Close Class or Repel.

While I couldn't get a x/Res Lull for my Olwen Forma, I at least got Spd/Res Ruse. I call that a win.

Oh and Fury 4 I guess. Wanted Push Atk/Spd, but I ran out of torches to feed her skills.
