The Protomen enhanced my life.Hey, remember what Alucard looked liked in Captain N?
Well I'm gonna remind you.
I like Castlevania III Alucard too. He looked so sassy!◊
The Protomen enhanced my life.July 7th
"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"@vatek so if a show have philosophical themes, complex stories, and extremely round characters minus all the violence and gore means it mature?
i would consider it ghost in the shell in the medieval periods than castlevania.
MIAjokes aside there, i don't mind good ole character arcs and development. this is good, very good. but my inner fan girl demands to see bishey alucard.

MIASure, you can watch Castlevania when it comes on Netflix July 7...OR...you can see it on the big screen the same day during Rooster Teeth Fest!
Points of interest:
- The aforementioned "big screen" is the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas at 4:20 pm!
- The screening will be followed by a Q&A with director Sam Deats and executive producers Fred Seibert and Kevin Kolde.
- Mr. Seibert will also have something called a “Fred and Friends” panel on July 8, giving fans exclusive news and updates on Frederator properties Bravest Warriors, Bee and Puppycat and more.
- The festival will feature plenty such panels and exclusive screenings from the internet’s favorite animators, including: Powerhouse Animation, Mighty Coconut, How It Should Have Ended, The Odd1s Out, Super Planet Dolan, Flashgitz, Neebs Gaming, Black Plasma Studios, Hyun's Dojo, Oney NG, Only Leigh, El Cid, AnimationEpic, Brew Stew, Grickle, Starship Goldfish, Howard Wimhurst, FERG!, Andrew Colunga, Monster Laboratory, Gamma Girls, Seth Brady and TheSmashToons.
- And one last note regarding Castlevania: apparently Season 1 will start off with 4 half-hour episodes...(maybe this is a case of Season 1, part 1 while the rest of the season will come later?)

Alucard was in the teaser with a sword.
Shirtless.
The ladies will be pleased.
indeed.
MIAOh look; it's an anime wannabe.
Why come up with your own style, right?
Your momma's so dumb she thinks oral sex means talking dirty.you do realize anime comes in different styles right?
MIAWould you rather it look like that Captain N clip?
It's not like the art style is in the traditional anime art style. From what we've seen the show is using Ayami Kojima's designs as a base, but simplified for the sake of animation.
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitterThere's also something kinda off about saying only Japanese animators can use those kinds of proportions, and we had to use the Captain N Simon.
So they are screening it in Austin. That is fitting since Powerhouse Animation is located there.
And, unlike anime, I think this show is going to use proper lip flaps.

The Main Theme for the show just dropped online.
But what is a "Main Title?" Nothing but a pile of miserable musical notes!
Not overly impressed by the composition. Sets the right mood I guess, but is otherwise kinda bland.
i was expecting a remix of the belmont legend but i wouldn't say it's crap. i might have low standards.
MIAIf she were still alive, Shirley Walker would be perfect for Castlevania.
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitterA live orchestral soundtrack is something that will only happen once in the medium.
Batman had a lot of less than great episodes, but they all had fantastic music. I think the composition is fine.
"No will to break."
Please be good.
I've been starved of Castlevaniaffection for so long.
