The Spacewoman appears again, now holding a minigun on her hands. She aims at anyone on her path.

A man wearing a black longcoat covering robes appears. He doesn't seem dressed for a fight and carries no weapons at the moment, but there seems to be more to him.

Neptuneman is training nearby the strange man and notices him. He moves closer to him to see if he's strong enough to be a Choujin.

Mercy notices Neptuneman and lunges down at him, hoping to slam him over the head with his metal leg.

The Spacewoman arms the minigun and fires at Neptuneman in an attempt to defeat him.

Neptuneman gets hit in the head by the kick and the gatling gun fire. This was certainly a surprise for the Perfect Choujin. He attempts to grab Mercy. If this works, he would attempt to use Mercy as a human shield against the gatling gun fire. If it worked for that Reaper guy, then it would work here, right?

The man lifts off the ground with seemingly no effort, and hovers closer to the fight but keeps some distance, observing the others.

Mercury just wants a good fight, so he kicks an explosive bullet and Neptuneman and Mercy.

Can I step in?

Neptuneman gets blown away by the explosive bullet kick.

"Quarrel Bomber!"

Neptuneman runs towards Mercury with his right arm crooked at a 90-degree angle and attempts to do a clothesline. If this works, Neptuneman attempts to push Mercury's face into the asphalt.

PS is walking about with his RING OF KEYS in hand when he happens to notice a man hovering at a height that is suspiciously higher than zero feet. Perhaps the man has a high IMAGINATION, but he could also pose a threat if need be, especially if he tried ASCENDING or DESCENDING.

Mercury gets a face full of asphalt, but he slams the ground to flip Neptuneman over him.

The hovering man conjures a metal staff seemingly out of thin air on his hand. He swings it at the direction of Mercury and Neptuneman, blowing an air blast strong enough to send someone flying.

A hellpod lands in the middle of a street, a Helldiver commando emerging from it.

Neptuneman gets flipped over by the earthshake and gets blown away by the wind attack. He slowly gets up. "Magnet Power Plus!"

Neptuneman covers himself in electricity and attempts to magnetically attract the floating man towards him. If this works, Neptuneman would attempt to suplex the man onto Mercury and take care of two birds with one stone.

Mercury decides to shoot another explosive bullet at the floating Man, hoping Neptuneman drags it towards him.

Not expecting a magnetic move, Mikhael starts to get dragged in at first - by the arms and legs, it seems. With a twist of his hand, he conjures an electromagnetic field to cancel out the attraction, though the effort does force him to land pretty close for a moment.

"So, I'm not the only one with superhuman powers after all. This should be interesting." He lets his staff go to let it float for a moment, and preemptively makes an air cocoon with one hand to protect himself from the explosion, reaching towards the ground with the other to draw out water from the pipelines.

Basic rundown of Mikhael's abilities: telekinesis, telepathy, material/elemental manipulation with a focus on air & weather/clouds, superhuman reflexes. His weapon can shift back and forth between a staff and a bow, and he can extend/rotate his cybernetic limbs & neck.

He's also not human.

Oh, that's a problem. His IMAGINATION is enough to allow him to conjure CONCENPHYRATED BLASTS OF WINDIBREEZES with his METAL STAFF. Worse yet, his STAFF seems to lack any sort of duality that would MILDLY INCONVENIENCE him during OPPORTUNE MOMENTS.

And it seems at least one of the others have an overload of IMAGINATION as well, now that won't do. Not that he has anything against IMAGINATIVE PEOPLE, but he knows how much of a DANGER they can be. Second-hand knowledge and stuff.

He cocks his RING OF KEYS and decides to reach a diplomatic solution. And by that I mean he fires his gun at Mihkael.

Seeing as Problem Sleuth is busy taking care of Mikhail, it is best to take care of that brat once and for all! Time to show him the true strength of a Perfect Choujin!

Neptuneman launches a set of optical fibers from his right arm at Mercury. If they connect, Neptuneman would attempt to do a Quarrel Bomber on Mercury and tear off Mercury's face in the process.
