The dark wizard lurched forward, lashing wildly with tendrils of dark magic once again, to much the same result. This time it was Bette that his tentacles assailed, and her magic that blasted him back, leaving him staggering against the tunnel walls for support.
On the other side of the barrier and still unable to escape her cliff-boxed fortress, the rogue hurled her blade the least-intimidating of the foes that surrounded her, and was rewarded with the sound of steel slicing through flesh as she struck Azadokht a deadly blow across the chest. It was not a complete victory, though, as Scherwiz's own blade struck her in the back while she was distracted by gloating over Azadokht's bloody wound.

If Vissan 19 dies to another player: Move to F28. Heal Kiri with Physic Staff regardless.
I did not expect to have cause to use the line "STOP DROPPING YOUR ASSES!" but DQ 11 gave it to me.From nowhere, a knife. The many-bladed weapon whirls through the half-light, cleaving towards Aza. With moments to spare, she sees the glint of metal; with preternatural reflex and speed she launches herself sideways in her stride, the edges scything centimetres from her chest. Her wide eyes instinctively follow – and widen further, a shout of warning caught in her throat, too late, as the dagger drills towards Kiri behind her.
Shock, horror, guilt; these flash through Azadokht’s mind before it settles on fury. She forges forward, fire stoked to an inferno – up the sealed stalagmites, kicking off the rock, sheer bloody-minded determination driving her upwards. All the while, a torrent of Light; Aza wills it forth, forcing it into her weapon, axe crackling, blazing.
Away she leaps, the rock falling back. Taking her weapon in both hands and with a cry of anger, Aza calls forth a last wave of will-driven might, an impulse that rockets down the axe’s haft, gathers the waiting energy and bursts forth in a titanic, unidirectional surge.
Requesting that Scherwiz waits for Kiri to move, then moves to C25, obtains Kyoshi’s Spire from Azadokht, continues to C28 and uses Kyoshi’s Spire to change D26 to plain terrain.
Alternatively, if Kiri does not move, requesting that Scherwiz moves to D24, obtains Kyoshi’s Spire from Azadokht, continues to D25 and uses Kyoshi’s Spire to change D26 to plain terrain.
After Scherwiz’s turn, Azadokht dashes, moving to C26, attacking Vissan 23 with her Lightning Tome and continuing to D30.

Amystra goes last. If Vissian 19 is dead and Vissian 23 is alive, move to F26 and attacks Vissian 23 with Nightmare. If both Vissian 19 and 23 are dead, dash to F29. If Vissian 19 is still alive, attack Vissian 19 with Nightmare.

"Gimmie that," Scherwiz said irritably and grabbed the magical earth-shaping staff from Azadokht. "How's this blasted thing be workin'," they grumbled, swiping it through the air a couple times before smacking it against the stalagmites the Vissan rogue was occupying, almost more on accident than purpose, and caused the stones to vanish into the earth.
Scherwiz shrugged. "That'll do!"
The last line of Vissan defense in the chamber fell before the company's magic, and while Azadokht and Bette inspected their freshly acquired equipment, Railen hurried ahead to scout the next chamber... and nearly ran face-first into another Vissan squad just the other side of the stalagmite barrier.

The Vissans wasted no time responding to the sudden appearance of a foe in their midst. Laguz, knight, and fighter alike charged at the rogue. First, the laguz lunged, but bit down only on Railen's razor-sharp blade. As Railen split the laguz's skull through its jaw, the knight struck, and caught the rogue before he could free his blade from the corpse of the knight's officer.
Distracted by his wound, Railen's sword bit empty air twice, but managed to parry the knight's second thrust. Trying to take advantage of Railen's distraction, the fighter charged, leaping the last few yards with a mighty roar and overhead swing of her axe. The wily rogue saw her coming, though, and ducked behind the stalagmite just in time. Putting one hand on the stone pillar, he spun around it like a pole, eviscerating the fighter in a lightning flash.

The second line of Vissan troops charged forward, settling for striking at Railen despite his advantageous position, rather than leave themselves exposed to him on their flank. As warranted as Railen's confidence in his evasiveness, though, the enemy sniper's confidence in her accuracy was better earned, and her arrow punched straight through Railen's abdomen and out his back. Fighting through the pain, he hurled a pair of blades that caught his attacker on one shoulder, then the other, wounding her deeply, and paid the same respect to the axewoman who failed to follow up on her officer's strike.
A laguz stalked behind the human soldiers, prowling through the shadows, hoping to catch Railen by surprise, but the rogue was too watchful. As the beast leapt, Railen took a step back, ready to lunge back in counterattack, when he slipped in a pool of his own blood, spilled by the sniper's arrow. Unable to catch his balance before the laguz slammed into him, he blacked out as deadly claws tore into his chest.

Move adjacent to Railen and heal him with Mend Staff.

All are significantly normal in an abnormal world.If granted Stamina by Aza then dash to T19 as turn 1 followed by moving onto T17, stealing borrowing Vissan 32's Energy Ring, and equipping the Killer Edge as a bonus action for turn 2. If Stamina is not gained than move to P22 and defend, equipping the Killer Edge as a bonus action.

If Vissian 13 isn't dead after Astra's move and a valid move, Amy moves to G24 and attacks with the Dark Lance. If not a valid move, move to G22 before Astra's turn. If a valid move and Vissian 13 is dead, Amy moves to F28.
