The lead to this trope makes it clear that the word "cunning" is there just to be a pun with a particular sexual practice; whether the person involved is cunning or not does not matter. As such the title is misleading, and in terms of Clear, Concise, Witty, it is witty but not clear.
Thus, I request this trope to be renamed. Putting this trope on a trope list may cause misunderstandings on the character's morality.
