Clearly she’s propping herself up with sheer physical might. She’s the Muscle Queen after all.
Holy fucking shit, they somehow made the Rap battle chapters even better.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.No kidding. That ED too. Budget is off the charts.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.So I finally watched season 2. At first I wasn’t too hot about just watching more of the same… but when the "same" is this good, that doesn’t stop me for long.
I felt a bit betrayed that Iino’s bespectacled friend didn’t join the Stuco, unlike what the opening suggested, but she’s still a great (albeit slightly underused) addition to the cast. It’s scary how quickly she got dragged into the others’ stupid antics.
Also, Ishigami’s episode made me slightly teary-eyed, not gonna lie.
Well, on to Season 3 I guess!
Well that's an ending. Now on for the epilogue. We are also still missing Fujiwara's battle against the final ramen boss, whatever that's called.
Bit of a lame end for how good most of it was, but it is what it is. Overall still one of the best romcoms out there.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Uuuuuhhh....the series hasn't ended yet, just the arc.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.So I caught up with Season 3…
The rap episode is the best anime episode ever made in the history of ever. I won’t hear to the contrary.
The ED for the rap episode was fire.
That's probably the final arc, though. The rest is just the victory lap.
I've been watching the dub of seasons 1 and 2, and Ian Sinclair as the narrator is just so. Spectacularly. EXTRA.
It did take a little getting used to Kaguya's english voice. I don't think Alexis Tipton quite has the shriek nailed down. But later in season 1 and into 2, where Kaguya gets more emotive, she really gets to shine.
Chapter's up. Bit of a sudden wrap to the arc, some shenanigans, and ominousness.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Chika set herself up for a sudden entrance by Kaguya in such an obvious way it's almost as if the manga is parodying itself.
The Reddit Thread was having a discussion which arc was worse between Tsubame's Rejection of Ishigami, Osaragi's Arc, and the Shinomiya Family (some also chimed in with Hayasaka's Arc).
I also think they brought up a good point that Class 3-A (teacher included) was formed to help Kaguya and they didn't really help that much against the Shinomiya's. It was really just the regular Student Council + Hayasaka/Maki/Mikado.
I thought Tsubame's rejection and Osaragi's issues were quite engaging. The only other arc I thought was underwhelming was Hayasaka's, laargely because it also had the dumb undercooked Shinomiya family politics.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.And they burned will anyway because it was smart thing to do huh
New chapter out. Kaguya piles on Maki’s suffering by emphasizing how much she’s been… cuddling with Miyuki.
Also the death stare Iino gives Maki when Ishigami is comforting her is golden.
Kaguya is still a (lovable) bitch I see. Kicking them while they're down

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. This was the funniest chapter in ages. Kaguya and Maki just bring out the maximum pettiness in each other, huh. But of course, Maki always ends up the loser.
Makes me think of how I'm watching the anime with my wife (she hasn't read the manga) and her major complaint is that she likes everyone but Kaguya. The balance of her antics being amusing and relatable versus obnoxious and manipulative falls on the wrong side for her. Though I believe the anime has skipped over a couple humanizing scenes, like Kaguya offering to hire more help to lower Hayasaka's workload.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Sidenote, anime version of rap stuff is amazing
Episode 7 is out… That one-two punchline with the baloons caught me off-guard even though I probably should have expected it.
Also, uhm… the director sure gave us a good and very detailed view of Tsubame.
Episode 8 is out… I have a feeling we’re heading towards a true, bonafide confession this time. Can’t wait.
meanwhile in the manga. Huh duality of a person
Shirogane tapped into his delinquent roots.

Tbf, Kaguya probably isn't all that heavy.
