Tetra (Temple of Meridia) - Reality Check

Having gotten a satisfactory answer out of the dragon lady, even if she tried to play it off as in her own interest, Tetra grinned and began wracking her brain, trying to remember how to do that fast shout they learned up on the mountaintop...but once the big eared lady started speaking, and suggested they not drink and get back to work, Tetra's good mood instantly vanished from her face, and she turned her head to look up at Lucina. Narrowing her eyes, especially as she remembered what completing their mission would entail, Tetra marched herself over to the temple steps, ascending them to get right into Lucina's personal space.

"'Lose sight of our ultimate mission', huh?" Tetra said in a quiet voice, before glancing meaningfully at Paarthurnax weeping into Hat Woman's arms and then back to Lucina. "If it's all the same to you, I'd rather not play executioner, and I think you'd meet some pretty strong resistance if you tried it yourself."

Lucina - Temple

As Tetra stepped in close, so close the challenge was could hardly be more clear, Lucina held her ground and followed the pirate girl's glance to the distraught dragon. Executioner? Whatever is she- ah. Although it had quietly played out on the sidelines of the growing crowd, Lucina had been able to overhear the situation with Paarthunax. She suppressed a soft sigh and turned back to meet Tetra's gaze.

"I am not talking about whatever quest this world has given you. Our mission is to make the Van safe again, so that we may continue our search for Rook. It may not seem that way at times, but we are in this simulation with a purpose." Lucina's voice was calm in the face of Tetra's quiet hostility, clasping her own hands behind her back. "To that end, I have no intention of executing our new friends, nor would I ask anyone else to. Swaying the gods and dragons of this place to our cause is sound strategy."

"What I will ask is for everyone remember this - we have been tasked with saving multiple worlds, and all the lives contained therein. " She swept her eyes around the group again, frowning. "It is a heavy burden, but it is ours, and it should not be put aside lightly."

Lancelot - Temple to Meridia

Lancelot felt quite saddened to see Paar like this. He wanted to give the dragon girl an answer to her questions but he hadn't thought that it would impact her so badly.

"Hey, no one thinks you're a bad guy Paarthunax, we think you've been very helpful. None of us are going to hurt you anyway. That's why we decided to go find a tavern, we'd rather go drinking and let the quest stall out than harm you."

Raz - Team Military

"Hmmm, well considering the situation do you think there's another solution?"

Raz leaned out of cover and started firing at the big jelly trying to help chip away at it. Truthfully he had wanted to chuck one of his grenades at it, but he also didn't want to risk actually damaging the holo-deck or what ever it was since his grenade would have been real.

"Not totally sure if we're having much effect right now, and considering this is a game don't you think there's a reason big bird over there has a big gun?"

Tetra (Temple of Meridia) - Soft Fuzzy Ears, Hard Moral Choices

While distinctly unhappy with Lucina's reasoning, what made the girl most annoyed was the fact that she couldn't fault her logic; heartless as it was, Lucina did have a valid point. After visibly trying to get herself under control, Tetra's voice remained the same in volume, but her tone went from hostile to blunt, though no less challenging.

"What would you suggest, then? Our quest said, and I quote, 'kill Paarthunax'. Unless we can just drop it..." Tetra left her sentence hanging, knowing Lucina would get the picture. The spike of aggression leaving her system for now, Tetra stepped back to give Lucina some space...and then noticed that Lucina had some rather large ears. Rather large furry ears. Try as she might to focus on Lucina for her answer, Tetra couldn't help but start stealing glances at the ears whenever she could, a small voice in her head wanting nothing more than to start petting them.

Priscilla, Meridia Temple

At this point, Priscilla looked more confused than anything else. Weren't games made primarily for entertainment? How in the world was this scenario supposed to entertain anyone? She listened to Lucina explain her reason and pondered what she was saying, but ultimately couldn't get past her discomfort at all of this.

"I'm honestly still not certain I even believe blindly following quests from some unknown observer is really going to help anything. I'm in a strange world created with technology I don't remotely understand, that I have paradoxically been told is both a falsehood and a real place that contains real people. On top of all of this, I am expected to slaughter dragons, my own people, in what appears to be the primary purpose of this game."

She gave a sigh after summarizing her problems with the situation.

"I'm frankly bewildered, and I'd rather just do something else right now."

"R-really?" Paarthurnax asked Hat Woman, scooching slightly and momentarily releasing one arm so that she could add 21 to the hug/deathgrip. "I... I feel better then."

Though apparently feeling better didn't seem to cause her to loosen her grip any.

"Y-you mean it? I-I knew I was right about your kind," she asked Lancelot. She finally released 21 and Hat Woman from her ultimate grapple so that she could rub at her eyes with her hands. "Alduin spent so much time appealing to my kind's hate and beliefs and forcing there to be a war between us, I almost never expected my dream to come true of actually being able to live in peace with any of you besides those old Graybeards."

"Hmmph, as if you could even harm a single hair in my - extremely beautiful, by the way - hair," Alduin said firmly, but tauntingly, to Lucina. "What's this about other worlds? You need them destroyed or something? Can you take me there? I'm reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally good at it, I'd be a really good friend to have around and stuff! Really!"

She put on a prize-winning grin for all of four seconds before her eyes narrowed and zeroed in on 21.

"What in Oblivion are you talking about?" Alduin asked 21 sharply. "If there's a problem I destroy it and then I eat it. That's how I deal with everything. I'm Alduin the World Eater, not Alduin the Have a Nice Discussion with People and Come Up With Peaceful Paths to Rehabilitation...er. That's okay though, a joor wouldn't understand so it's okay to not understand how smart and complicated and unknowable and cool I am and how justified my reasons for ending the world are."

She held a finger up to her lips and leaned in a little.

"Buuuuuuuuuuuuut, I guess if you could make me some more of those sweetroll thingies, you could convince me it's worth not destroying the world... for a little longer, at least. Ahahahaha!" She threw back her head and laughed.

"It's a little difficult to not eavesdrop when you're an omnipresent entity," Meridia's voice boomed to Lady and Gwen.

Prankquest 3000 - Tessa

"Okaaaaaay........." Tessa slowly pulled away. That was weird. Santa almost seemed like she was being... nice? And Tessa had just gotten done beating up an elf, was she supposed to be the dominant one now?

She shook her head a few times to clear herself of those thoughts, and snapped her fingers. Then she let out a breath and changed back to her normal costume, fiddling with her tie for a few moments so she could get it back into place.

"You should wear something formal like this to start with," she added, hoping to help Magilou with her conundrum. You can always slip into something a little more... fun... if we wind up being overdressed for something casual, but you can never live down the humiliation of showing up underdressed for a formal event."

She nodded once more and gave Magilou a thumbs-up.

"Well okay then, let's go to this party, ehehe!" she giggled madly for a moment, then reached out for Santa hand so she could try dragging her all the way to where the quest marker indicated.

Lucina - Temple steps

Unaware that the curse of the fluffy ears had struck again, Lucina relaxed slightly as the tension between her and Tetra eased, the taguel putting a hand to her chin in thought.

"As far as I can see, she is of no threat to anyone, and we are under no compulsion to complete these quests we've been given. Perhaps simply ignoring that objective is indeed the best course." She glanced over at Priscilla and gave her a sympathetic nod. "It is all somewhat overwhelming, I agree. However, if our contact in this world is to be believed, one of the gods running amok here may be able to escape into the structure of the van itself if not stopped. We can't ignore this."

As Alduin tried to offer her... assistence, Lucina sighed and rubbed at the bridge of her nose for a second. "I said we are saving other worlds, not destroying them. If you want to help us, tell me this - could you defeat Molag Bal?"

Alduin glanced at Lucina for a long, hard moment.

"Pffffffffffffffffffffffft!" And then burst into laughter. Loud, riotous guffawing that seemed to leave her short of breath, clutching at her sides as tears streamed down her face.

"Can I deafffffffffffffffffffffffff!" She tried to gather herself to get a whole sentence out, but just kept on laughing uncontrollably. She fell back and landed on her rump, then leaned back and rolled around on the ground, still holding herself tightly as the laughter kept pouring out of her.

"You want to know if I can defeat a single stupid daedra?" she asked in disbelief, managing to muster enough self-control to utter a string of words before falling back into her giggling fit. "Hahaha, snrk, hahaha!"

She splayed out on the snow, waving her wings and limbs around to make snow angels.

"Oh, oh, do you want to ask if I can fight a mudcrab next? Or... or... or A BIRD! HAHAHAHAHA!"

Tetra (Temple of Meridia) - I Double (Dog) Dragon Dare You

Able to relax as Lucina suggested that they simply ignore that questline, Tetra turned her attention to Alduin...and once the dragon lady collapsed into hysterical laughter, Tetra paused, before grinning wickedly and speaking to her, knowing full well what this would cause but knowing it would be hilarious to watch.

"You didn't actually say yes." Tetra remarked oh so casually, looking at her nails and yawning. "Then again, do we really need you? Maybe us joor are just better at this sort of thing." Turning her head to Lucina, Tetra gave her a wink, and turned once again to watch the show unfold.

Umu, Party Dresses 101, Markarth

"Ah, but what if they think you think less of them? My dear Saint, elfenkind are fickle creatures, prideful as they are tempestuous, umu. Why, not even the Great Founder could understand their alien ways." Nero shook her head. "But beauty! Beauty they do understand, and I dare to say all three of you could look no less ravishing than Bacchantes before they let their wild instincts overtake them!"

Tessa's outfit was quite nice. A little too military. Almost not at all like the woman that wore it. "That's quite nice. Please, feast your eyes upon The Emperor's form of divine beauty in the meantime." With a snap of her fingers a storm of rose petals enveloped Caster's form before she emerged in a dress of pure white, held up by a golden decoration around the neck and shoulders, with a red shawl trailing behind and a single rose in her hand which she wasted no time offering to her colorful Master. "Now then, Maestro, be so kind to escort me to this party, so that we may dazzle the audience." She smiled, holding out her small, soft hand for the witch to hold.

Cell, Pig Rights Activist, Van Kitchen

"Rude. Pigs have feelings too." Maybe he was overthinking it. If Mercury didn't like it, he could probably just chomp it down himself if need to. Thus, he settled for the right meal for a little poogie before setting it down on the floor so it could enjoy the treat for a bit. "And you, little barefoot princess, have some britches to feel if you wanna play a peacemaker. The lady in the healing pod is pretty obvious about hating on just about everyone in here, for one, and getting beaten up likely is not gonna change her opinion." It'd be great if it could, but then again, that would mean Cell wouldn't be able to fight Dizzy anymore. The fight was pretty fun, after all.

"I just got here, but I doubt everyone around's a murderous sociopath. Have you talked with that 21 lady yet, for one? She seems nice."

Team Disaster, A Straightforward Boss Fight

The doors behind hid a huge chamber where two people - bullets - resided. One was prodigious in size, sitting in a huge throne that resembled a throne made of other weapons in some other land, with a spiky circlet around its head (tip?). The other one was smaller, in purple robes and with a staff, happy to remain on the sidelines as the giant king of bullets's throne rose into the air, floating a few inches above the ground.

The boss doors locked behind the party.

BULLET KING - In The Lead Throne

The boss opened with... having a sip from its glass of wine which he then threw towards the Gungeoneers. On contact, it would ignite and encase a small area in fire, limiting their movement options for a time until it disappeared.

Team Martial Arts, Shoot The Targets, Win The Prize

"I can allow that, once." The top hat man said when Ranma asked about ki bullets. "You may want to keep it for the second round though." When Noire asked about the specifications of the shooting gallery, he only smiled in response. "All I can say is that some of these the bullets will bounce off." A couple of the targets seemed only accessible if one were to shoot at the right angle, either from the stoic blue blocks on the sides or the nervous green blocks in the middle.

Team Other Guys, DISTRACT TIRA, Vs. Beholster

Using Tira as a bait proved to be an effective tactic: while the beast was mindful of her attacks, it was much less so of those coming from different angles. As such, it was soon on fire from the impact of a Molotov and hurt by the rounds from Puru and her Wingman. Speaking of the Newtype, she'd find that reloading the gun - either prematurely or after running out - would change the mode of shooting her Fist: the finger guns would be replaced by a punch-shaped rocket, neurally operable with the slightest thought. There was only one though, and it was likely to reload longer from that state: caution was key.

The one-eyed beast, seeing that it was being in an awful predicament suddenly dashed back with a dizzying burst of speed before sending a quad squad of rockets to distract the Gungeoneers into repositioning right under the eyebeam it was currently charging.

Team Military, Vs. Blob Army

The fired t-shirt and the mining lazer smacked right into the Bloodbulon, making it pop with a sickening squelch, sending bullets flying all over the place. Unlike theirs, these were more akin to thrown stones in speed - but it was probably best not to ponder if they were similarly harmful. "Presumably you normally fight the raptor instead." Maria commented, popping another of the square jellies in the back with her gun. Something was twirling between her other hand's fingers - a small vial of a suspiciously familiar red liquid.

"Give it to the beast, and then stand clear." She instructed, tossing the vial over to whichever of them decided to react to it first. "It'll revitalize it, hopefully, but we'd rather not be in the path of that gun."

Gwen - Guess Who; Just Down The Path A Little, Temple of Meridia

"I get it, but if you could not interrupt, that would be great, okay?" Gwen asked the sky, before looking back down at Lady.

"So..." Gwen gave Lady a sheepish smile, and crossed her arms around her stomach. "Just to be totally fair, Spawn and Morrigan were in the van at the same time as me, so I can't use them. But he's a former mercenary who got burned alive by his traitor teammate, did a deal with a demon to come back to Earth to hunt down escaped demons, and betrayed the first demon and started doing hero stuff. He's from Image Comics, which is smaller than Marvel and not as popular. And Morrigan is a succubus, and I think she's the queen of... whatever monster land she's from. She's from a videogame."

"The rest? Well, Leah's a totally ordinary name, so that gives me nothing. Reimu and Seija sound Japanese to me, but that's all I got."

"Tali... I think that's an ordinary name too. But the only Tali I've heard of is an alien called a Quarian who walks around in a hooded bodysuit, all purples and blues, with a purple facemask? Her full name is Tali'Zorah nar Rayya, or Tali'Zorah vas Normandy, depending on when she came from. She's an engineer, uses really fancy future tech, kinda shy but also kinda sassy, can't come out of the suit or else all the viruses in the air will kill her, because she doesn't have an immune system. She's from a game series called Mass Effect."

"And Asuka is totally a normal Japanese name. There are tons of Asukas. But if I had to guess, just based on..." She looked over her shoulder at the rest of the Meridia group. "Based on pattern recognition? I'd guess that was Asuka Soryu-Langley. Fourteen years old, half-American, quarter-German, quarter-Japanese. She wears either a red bodysuit or a white and blue schoolgirl uniform, and either strawberry blonde or red hair. She's like the Tsundere, meaning she can be nice sometimes, and a massive asshole the rest of the time. She's from an anime called, and yeah this gonna sound really weird, 'Neon Genesis Evangelion'. She piloted a giant robot to fight alien invaders called Angels."

Gwen paused, and looked Lady awkwardly.

"If I didn't get those two right, we can try again, right? It wasn't really the best group of names, they're all kinda... normal."

Lady (Outside Temple)-The downsides of powers

Lady slowly nodded as Gwen spoke.

"I didn't actually know they'd come back. Weird. But, you got it right, so...."

She scratched the back of her head, clearly unsure how to proceed.

"I guess, if you see anything you know might be....problematic, let me know? This is probably going to take me some getting used to."

She started walking back toward the group, then paused.

"Can I ask one, stupid question?"

She hesitated, clearly feeling unsure whenever or not she should ask.

"What is it like, to be......normal? No powers, no big legacy hanging over you, no demons trying to kill you and everyone around you every few days? Because sometimes, sometimes I wonder, what might my life had been like if I'd been born normal. No demon powers, no looking over my shoulder every day, none of this "Daughter of Sparda" crap. What would I be doing, if I hadn't been forced into this life?"

Noire- Gungeon Team Martial Arts

"... I see... thank you..."

Trying to keep her annoyance down, she tried to sort this "puzzle" out. Okay, what does she know of human emotions? She doesn't comprehend them much, but if the blocks are stoic, they'll stay and bounce, right? The nervous ones would probably jump to the side and try to avoid the bullet, given that logic...

Putting her theory to the test, she tried to aim her first shot at a blue block, hopefully to get the shot into line of a green block, go behind it (either just as is or it dodges), and hits the target.

Magilou- Understone Keep

"Well, you got that right..."

Problem was... she really didn't do "formal". Best she had was... ah, this could work.

Taking her selection, she changed her jester attire into a short, flowery pink and purple kimono with a yellow sash across the waste, stockings, and sandles. Her hair was also in a ponytail, with a red string hair-clip. She also had the front of her hair styled into fox ears, for some reason.

"Alright, let's hit the town!" She grinned, departing for the party with the group, grabbing her servant's hand, although not very daintily.

Hat Kid- Merienda Temple

That was not helping. That just made it more awkward, despite the Android's best efforts.

Trying to focus off there, once the dragon girl released her, well... this... has turned into a difficult situation. The obvious choice would be to just find a way to destroy the two dragons and get moving. Thankfully, someone suggested an even more direct method.

"You wanna find this malevolent entity and go right to their doorstep?" She asked, for clarity's sake. "Because I approve of that plan wholeheartedly. Seems like the best plan we have besides 'blow up or eat everything'."

Neptuneman hates puzzles! He'd rather beat the crap out of enemies! These 24-inch pythons aren't made to solve puzzles, you know. But Neptuneman is a such stickler for the rules, and so he tries his best to solve this one. He studies the position of the blocks for a few minutes in an attempt at getting the patterns down. Now even more eager to leave this place and be done with Scott's degenerate shenanigans, Tenko entered the Boss Room with a confident step. A step that suddenly stopped when she stared in awe for a second for the extremely odd sight of a giant bullet adorned like a king. This journey just kept getting weirder and weirder.

The young martial artist didn't have time to daddle tough, and so she quickly regained her wits and jumped to the right to dodge the glass of wine thrown at her. She rolled on the ground to find herself at the right hand of the room before lifting her Mourning Star filled with zombie bullets (somehow) toward the king and pushed the trigger. A thin laser ray came out of the gun towards the large monarch.

Gwen - Normal; Just Down The Path, Temple of Meridia

Oh, great, she'd actually got it right. Lady was gonna stay. And now she had someone to share it with if she saw a bad guy hiding amidst their ranks. Win-win.

But on the bad side, she'd missed the point of the story where Tali had been around. So that kinda sucked.

Lady made her request to ask a stupid question, and after Gwen shrugged and said "Sure, go ahead.", asked it.

It wasn't a stupid question, but it still knocked the smile off Gwen's face. Lady wanted to know what it was like to be normal, to not have to deal with the problems that came with her life. And there was a big problem with that.

Gwen looked down, and turned off to side, looking out over Skyrim's wilderness rather than look Lady in the eye.

"I'm... I'm not the person to ask that, Lady." Gwen said quietly. "My life was normal, sure, but..."

She sighed.

"Ugh, this is gonna sound so entitled but... my life sucked. I was a unemployed, unskilled, pretty much friendless high-school dropout who threw herself into fantasy and fiction because it made life suck just a little less."

Gwen let out a laugh, and looked back at Lady.

"Yeah. That's what counts as 'sucks' for me. I had a loving family, I was as safe as any middle-class white girl from New York could be, and all I can say is that it sucked. There was nowhere to go in life besides just continuing the momentum, just going through the day just to see the next. Just a normal person in a sea of normality. Nothing special, nothing great, just another person who'd live their life normally and die normally and be remembered for about three generations and only ever brought up when your descendants went onto an ancestry website."

"So I can't give you the right idea what it's like to be normal, because I always wanted to be anything but. I hated normal. And when I stopped being normal... I didn't look back until normal tried to pull me back."

Carmilla & Sypha, Back to the Plot

"We'll have to save the drinking contest for later then, pirate girl!" Carmilla said as she and Sypha drifted over towards Android 21 and Susan to explain to them without the two dragons they've recruited picking up on it.

"The beings this place dubs 'Meridia' and 'Molag Bal' are aware of the true state of this artificial world," Carmilla whispered an explanation to them. "We've allied ourselves with Meridia, and Molag Bal could very well be what's causing the problem here."

"Haha, go ahead and try it yourself kid!" Alduin teased Tetra. "I'll make sure to come by and watch you get your butt kicked."

"Well I've had it with all this talk. I'm not going to be lectured by a bunch of joor. Hmmph!"

She pressed on ahead, stomping away like a woman possessed. Then she remembered she had wings and flew the rest of the way.

Solitude -> Winking Skeever

Solitude offered a whole array of shops and locales to explore! There was an inn calling itself the Winking Skeever! There were shops going by the names Radiant Raiment, Angeline's Aromatics, and Bits and Pieces, which were all inside of buildings that had signs proclaiming their names. The Fletcher and Solitude Blacksmith were just outside of the walls of the Castle Dour courtyard. Castle Dour itself was, surprisingly, a castle! And of course, who could forget the Bard's College and the Blue Palace?

All around the city, hundreds of cute dogs of all shapes and sizes were hanging out, playing around, trotting around, or otherwise just dogging it up. Nobody in town seemed to be paying any attention to the dogs.

Alduin, of course, beelined it for the Winking Skeever.

A man named Corpulus Vinius was at the bar, offering greetings and serving whatever was requested, as well as renting out the upstairs rooms if needed. There were a few open seating areas, as well as assorted decorations. The bard was playing something on her lute, singing the tale of someone called Ragnar the Red while a few patrons drunkenly danced in place.

Also, just like the rest of the city, there were plenty of dogs hanging out inside, just doing their harmless dog things while the people acted like they weren't even there.

Kawakaze - Team Disaster

Kawakaze used her ninja like behavior to manage to avoid most of the stuff as she sneaked along to the boss fight, to be honest at this point half of that was simply to avoid Scott, he had not really been that endearing, and his attempts to flirt with her just rang through her head as pointless.

But now they were in a room with something big, locked in it too... something that just threw a molotov at them to which she launched herself backwards from, and reached around back to her hips opening the tube that she had kept back there.... when she did so a pair of small airplanes buzzed out of it, and she took out the radio that had been provided and called into it.

"Matchi no ma, Eigo no e, Soroban no so, hagaki no ha ni dakuten", even with her use of a different code, it was easy enough to tell what she was doing was giving a targeting callout.

Tetra (Shrine of Meridia -> Winking Skeever) - She's Inn for a Good Time

Disappointment that Alduin didn't take the bait soon gave way to the realization that Alduin was on the move, headed for where she said the town was. Jogging to keep up with the dragoness, Tetra saw her take to the skies, and grumbled as she wracked her brain for that shout they had learned.

"Crap, what was it? Wurg...Wulf...wait, I got it!" Grinning, Tetra cleared her throat and raised her voice. "WULD!" And with that, Tetra was off, alternating between dashing and warping forward, until finally she reached Solitude.

Upon reaching the town proper, Tetra allowed herself a minute to look around, taking in the sights; there certainly was a lot to explore and investigate, and certainly a lot of four legged creatures walking about, but her attention was immediately snatched by seeing an inn proclaiming itself the 'Winking Skeever'. At that point there was no contest of what to do next; entering the establishment, Tetra made her way straight for the bar, and more importantly, the barman.

"A sight for sore eyes, you are. Please tell me you got rum." Tetra said, her mind already awash with anticipation for the drink...though she wouldn't say no to trying some of the local stuff. At least once.

Team Martial Arts

"Ah if it's like that than you guys can take care of things then. I'll go for the last shot since it seems I can only do it once." Withdrawing her power levels back from the visible spectrum, the pigtailed girl looked a bit down that she couldn't show off too much of her mad skillz.

Temple of Meridia

"I cannot in good conscience do such a thing... I am much too weak it seems." Letting out a sigh of lamentation at her own softheartedness while watching Alduin fly off, 21 then simply went into town and wondered what to do next.

Carmilla & Sypha, Temple of Meridia to Winking Skeever, Solitude

And then Alduin flew off, "Well, crap!"

"Lucina, I'm going to see about chasing down Alduin to get her to help us against Molag Bal!" Carmilla said as her bat wings grew out of her back and she picked up Sypha in a bridal carry. Before Lucina or anyone else could protest, the two vampiresses were already off, flying after Alduin.

Eventually, the two vampiresses would land in Solitude where Carmilla put Sypha down as she dismissed her bat wings.

"There are an awful lot of dogs here..." Sypha looked over to Carmilla who dismissed her concern.

"Probably another odd change to this place like our dragon-girl," Carmilla eventually saw Tetra enter the Winking Skeever, and chuckled a bit as she followed the pirate girl in.

"Looks like we may have that drinking contest yet, pirate!" Carmilla smirked at Tetra before eying Alduin. At least, she was here as well. Soon enough, the two vampiresses would join Tetra at the bar.

Lady (To the bar)-Time to get drunk!

Lady considered Gwen's words for a second, before shaking her head. "Well. Fair enough. Thanks for being honest."

She noticed people were walking away, and seemed to be going in the direction of a bar.

"You know what.....we've had enough serious talk for one day. If I'm going to be stuck in some half broken game, and so long as I don't have to worry about getting jumped by demons out for my blood at any moment....fuck it. It's time to do something I've never let myself do before."

She reached over, grabbed Gwen's hand, and started dragging her with her demonic strength.

"We're going to have some fun, and get drunk!"

She would hear no argument to the contrary as she followed the vampires to the bar, planting herself in a seat next to one of them. She slammed some gold on the counter.

"Get me something to drink!"

She took her rocket launcher off of her back and placed it next to her, noticeably less angry then she usually was as a random thought came to her.

"Hmmmmm.....do you think a half demon can even get drunk? I've never exactly tried it before, don't know how it'll process through my body."
