Also I did a talley of the exp cards and realized a couple things.

• First is that I forgot I had some of the start dash EXP cards stashed away in the second archive.
• and that with those in mind I have a total of 1.2 mil or so EXP (strike that its actually around 1,490,400 exp! slightly above 600,000 off from what I need to cap Euryale after ascension) stashed away for when I can ascend Euryale one last time. That also means I'll have to get the rest of the Blaze cards Friday night-saturday and then I can focus on getting the Archer monument on monday (unless Hokusai's event happens, in which case I can get those form the event and then some). For now I'll be going with natural stamina until Friday event as I wna tto save the gilded fruits for the Ember stages, as well as the event and story rushing

As such I find it pertinent to ask two things

• Are there any dead weeks or will Hokusai's event begin when Jalter's ends?
• How many golden apples will that event have available, or more generally how many apples does events in general have?

@vicarious I was aware Theseus considered Asterios a Tragic Monster, but I'm wondering about the reverse. Was Asterios even lucid enough to see Theseus as anything other than another person in the Labyrinth? Does he instinctively hate him for killing him? Does he actually appreciate Theseus killing him since it was effectively a Mercy Kill?

Well, we know more than anything that Oberon wants to meet Titania, since he believes she's the only one who could love him. And we know that there is a relationship between Titania and Mab, who Castoria mentions in her line for Medb saying Medb reminds her of Mab. And since we've already met a Medb lookalike, Titania should likely be showing up sooner or later. Maybe this "Coral" Oberon is convinced is actually Titania?

Well the thing is him running off to see Aurora is implied to be to work with her in scheming to do the dirty work to overthrow Morgan, so that fills like Coral is probably a schemer herself.

Given how they managed a fairly meaningful talk, and Theseus pitied him. About as good a relationship as Asterios had in life, sadly.

At least enough to separate him from anyone sent to slay him or become food, though.

Considering he was one of the few remotely decent Fae in this Lostbelt, I'm hoping once we kill Beryl that Woodwose gets released/reborn. At least we can save him and some of the Fae like Barghest asked. And, pun not intended, it would be a nice Throw the Dog a Bone moment after Aurora dicked him over and tricked him into killing Morgan.

I would hardly call Woodwose decent considering he does some shitty things(Like burn Castorias hometown), but hes definitely a complicated individual who was loyal to Morgan and distrusted Beryl from day one(And for good reason of course).

But hes always been a follower of Morgans considering his past self Wryneck also served her loyally to even earn a nickname.

Regarding potential new servants: I don't really have a horse in this race, because there isn't anyone in mythology that I can think of that I'd want in the game, and my country's too young to have any possible candidates.

I said remotely. The other fae set the bar so low that just having the capacity to express remorse lets you clear the bar, which we know he does since he expressed after realizing Aurora tricked him.

And it helps that Woodwose is characterized less as cruel and more as very temperamental... or in other words, dude has anger issues. Then there's the fact that he's a member of the Fang Clan, which as Barghest has demonstrated, are all susceptible to their instincts if not restrained, and she only escapes that thanks to the horns she now has. Combine that with Woodwose's pre-existing anger issues and add in a lack of impulse control, and then add in that he is one of the few remaining Fang Clan members left after what Muryan did... you get a dude with a boatload of issues.

Again, not exactly a high bar to clear. Freaking Oberon, a guy normally characterized as a sleazebag in media, is a good person compared to the rest of the shitty excuse they call Fae.

The only people I say would remotely clear the bar in this godforsaken Lostbelt are Morgan, the Fae Knight, Oberon, Castoria, Gareth, and Woodwose. And they are still, in order, a tyrannical despot, Psycho Rangers with one being the most hated and another loyal to Aurora, a guy known for being shady and racking up a large amount of death, and a guy who will Shoot the Messenger just for bad news and only realize it after the fact. Castoria, Barghest, and Gareth are frankly the only ones really "good", and Gareth is already dead. But the fact that these guys are the best people in this Lostbelt is a testament to just how awful the rest of the Fae are.

It's worth noting that Woodwose has been repenting this whole time but it wasn't revealed till near the end: Him opening a restaurant chain? Him acting like a gentleman? Him forcing his people to go vegetarian? All of this is atonement for masscreing the Wing clan, and to hopefully prevent his people from doing anything like that ever again.

An even bigger testament then to just how few people manage to clear the bar that is so low you could hit your god damn head on it!

Lord, at this rate, we'll be lucky if we can save Castoria, Barghest and Oberon from the Lostbelt, since I have the distinct feeling Baobhan Sith and Melusine will end up dying, Morgan and Gareth are already dead, and it's a coin toss on whether or not killing Beryl will actually do anything for Woodwose. Meanwhile, the rest of Fae will either just try to dick us over or become Mors. And that's not even getting into dealing with Aurora and Muryan...

Fuck it, this Lostbelt deserves to be scorched Earth. Grab Castoria, Barghest and Oberon, and lets get the fuck out of dodge.

My desire for a Woodwose-servant increases. Hell, we have Cas!Cu housing Odin here, make Woodwose a Pseudo for Fenrir, Hati, or Skoll using some runes.

It's bad enough we have a dinosaur as a Servant, but at least she has a human form. A furry fairy would be ridiculously out of place.

Also, we still need to avert this whole world-ending-apocalypse thing. And I'd rather leave Oberon behind. Barghest and Castoria are all tied up in this mess, so they can stay too.

If we do manage to go through with saving 500 fairies somehow as requested, the Storm Border is going to be crowded as fuck even if they all behave and not fuck shit up.
