Fate/Grand Order

I can't find "Shinjuku, South from the Detective Agency" quest, so I'm stuck. Can someone tell me where is it?

Are you trying to unlock it, or...?

It's not one specific node. Imagine a line that runs thru Shinjuku and the Detective agency, anything south of that line counts towards fulfilling that quest.

Don't feel bad, it confused me too. The game kind of expects you to know enough about the region to figure out that's what they're asking.

This would definitely be easier for the native audience.

Map is oriented the usual NESW layout, yeah. North up, south down.

Its always hilarious how polarizing the reactions to Okitan are...and it always seems to be from people who either find her cute and endearing versus just preferring Ryoma, Oryou, and Izou more than her.

It's a fascinating back and forth.

Or you can Take a Third Option and enjoy the trio of Sakamoto, Oryu, and Izo while still finding Okitan endearing, and lament that the event didn't have enough time to give them all enough focus.

He even has charisma. I guess he was a cool dude.

TM just went "This guys wife... was actually a dragon.", and I kind of love the sheer audacity with which they added something so absurd. XD

Oryou is a mizuchi, not a dragon. She's a very powerful mizuchi who's close to dragon-kind, but she's still not a dragon.

Then why does their profile calls her a dragon like three times, and I haven't even unlocked all of it? She even has the reverse scale thing.

Yeah, Dragons in the Fate-verse are pretty close to being divine, they're so powerful.

Fun fact, the spear pertaining to Oryo, the Ame-no-Sakahoko, is actually wielded by another Servant: Utsumi Erice. It is said that this spear is actually a replica of the spear belonging to Izanami and Izanagi, the Ame-no-Nuhoku. As for why Erice has it, well, she is Izanami's daughter, so it's understandable she'd be gifted the spear made as a replica of her mother's spear, and can wield it to it's full potential due to being a demigod whose powers have fully awakened by becoming a Servant.

Hi! Last week I finally got a phone that can play FGO, so, I guess, I'm officially joining this thread! Don't bother with spoilers, I have been lurking here for a long time.

I will write my impressions later, but for now I need help. I'm up to the infamous second Gawain fight, can someone with Euryale add me as a friend? My ID is 237,474,936, nickname Kara.

I understand what I am supposed to do in this fight (I got his health to 2/3 or so with less leveled team and support Gilgamesh and it should go more smoothly with a second Euryale), but the problem is, I literally started the game last week, so I'm really low on resources. I have NP1 Euryale (was one of the Servants in my first roll) and I spent all of Monday farming to get her to last ascension and David to his second. Other than them, my archers are Arash and Billy the Kid (both ascended once) and Emiya whom I got yesterday and have no materials to ascend. I only need two silver pieces to get him to next stage, but after spending half of yesterday trying to get them from free quest in America, I kinda gave up. Is it worth to keep trying? His evade skill might be useful if someone on main team dies... I will get them all to their respective level caps today.

Also, I have next to none CEs. I'm saving quarz for Waver and Case Files gachas, so most of what I have is pretty useless stuff from friend gacha. It wasn't until the weekend that I got enough tickets to stop seeing them as Too Awesome to Use, but even then I decided on 1 ticket per day policy for now. Is it worth to do a couple of 10 rolls, if not for Servants then at least to get some CEs? At least in this fight they are more of a bonus than a necessity...

Are the new costumes in the Waltz collab available in the game or only in the Lostroom Waltz game thing?

Trying to farm statues in free quests is a pain, it's better to do something else in the meantime while waiting for Archer day to come up in the dailies.

As for rolling, it's generally not a good idea to roll for C Es. Rolls are hard enough to come by that it's not worth it to spend them purely to roll for C Es. Roll on the banner which has the servant you want and if a good CE comes up, then that's a good consolation prize.

@Kara re:EMIYA- you'll have to do his strengthening quests a d interlude but after that EMIYA becomes one of the best AOE archers you can get right now. I'd say he's worth leveling

I'd say that's the writings fault. If you make a character who they're not very subtle in saying you're meant to love people tend to either take the bait or end up more put off by it. I would probably just have shrugged "huh, new waifu" if the story had been less serious and I wasn't meant to view Okita Alter as an actual character (though unlike the likes of Dino Cu and Arjunya, I don't have a strong existing attachment to original Okita thus her as well be extension so I have to observe her on her own merits)

New Strengthening Quests, Vlad NP upgrade.

Others are for a 4* Saber, 1* Assassin, 5* Rider, 4* Assassin, 5* Archer, and 4* Lancer.

Corresponding campaign gacha, will update with rate-ups for the other Servants as the week goes by.
