I was just looking at Assassin Okita and thinking she looked really good until I saw that NP. Why? Why would it have that kind of demerit when it's not even that impressive otherwise?

Also, that's just Okita's usual Butt-Monkey treatment: everything in her arsenal comes with some sort of demerit.

x3 it's way too much. Every design needs a bit of balance and it just comes off as throwing whatever looks vaguely cool together without thinking about design harmony.

Of course it's still way behind mahou shoujo summer Jeanne and prime minister clown.

For whatever it is worth, those two are meant to look utterly ridiculous.

But her clothes don't look particularly outlandish to me.

Sure, I prefer more elegant designs, but she looks fine. To me, anyway.

I mean, FGO has some atrocious designs, but Okita isn't one of them.

Yeah but the rest of her kit is made of strong skills balanced by demerits. Her NP is comparatively plain. It's not even the right type: She really feels like she should have a ST NP.

Because complaining unites us all here, what are you guys most disliked designs?

...and no, you're not allowed to talk about Raikou nor Edgemiya nor Ushiwakamaru, it's just way too bloody obvious at this point.

Prsonally, I never like Altria's 3rd ascention.

Yeah, sure, plenty of Servants go out fighting with impractical clothing, but there's something that really bugs me about a knight going out swordfight in a crown and a king's cape.

Those things are heavy as hell, and by all right she should trip ove it all the time.

Maybe they'll give her a NP powerup in the future.

My sensibilities reject a lack of cohesion.

As for hated design- Saberlot and any male servant drawn by BLACK. I'm sure there are others but I'd have to look through them all to remember

Zetian's design is already the worst on vacuum, but it's only made worse the fact her character is excellent.

So here's something of Early-Installment Weirdness.

Clarent looks more like Caliburn and Rhon is just a puny spear.

Well, at least she actually uses the lance on horseback like it is meant to be.

And yet, she basically pulled off a Quick Draw with it while fighting on foot.

Worst design: Mochizuki Chiyome. Lolicon bait followed by fashion vomit.

As Apocrypha showed, that's how it happened. Rhongo just literally teleported to her hand.

But I imagine all the Servants for next week's event are all still swimsuits?

Dantes is the exception.

But he still gets one, separately.
