My final veredict on Agartha is...meh, but not as bad as I thought.
I take off my hat to the translators because I'm sure they had to split hairs to make the story palatable enough. That I respect a lot.
Of the original servants, D'eon was a good companion through the journey, Astolfo was too cheerful but had some moments of insight like the first time we met Wu. Fergus Lily, I'm torn honestly, he's definitely more likeable than normal Fergus but his final speech took out much of the tension.
Now, of all the new servants, Wu is perhaps the one I liked the most since her city is the least exploitative, sad that her design is so...inappropiate. Columbus was a good villain; yes, he was predictable, but he earns points for pointing out the Values Dissonance between modernity and the past that we often take for granted (funnily enough, he was also arrested by his mistreatment of the natives during his life).
Dahut is nothing to write home about, Penthesilea is someone I feel was underutilised and should have been allowed more depth beyond acting like a stereotypical Amazon. Scheherazade is someone who I kind of pity but after all the experiences we had across time is also someone that sounds too petty and cowardly to tolerate, at least she outgrows that attitude somewhat by the end Agartha.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, maybe we should try to find the absolutes that tie us.
Yes they've changed quite a bit of sexist dialogue as I understand.

I will say that one thing I like about Pentheselia is that she actually sounds like a Berserker. Her voicework in her NP line in particular actually sounds dripping with rage in a way none of the other Berserkers really have.

NA: "the men among you in particular should serve us well by providing us with strong offspring" ... "Of course, fool... I speak of them that way because that is exactly what they will be.Naturally, your cooperation is not a factor. Drake may not be the most popular, but she's not shitted on either.
I can sort of understand the leeriness on how Drake was used in Agartha because instead of being a stray Servant summoned by the circumstances, this is explicitly Chaldeas's Drake that was hijacked by Dahut, so it's more of a violation.
I kind of wish there was more calling out on Scheherazade for basically causing hell to so many people, there wasn't that much of that in focus in-game.
It makes it harder to shake it off when you have her join, because man, that make some serious trust issues.
That took her Youh attack sound. What fool decided that.
