I just got an interesting idea about the monsters. All I'm going to say is that among the ordinary mooks, there will be eleven "bosses," so to say. And a twelfth one that will be near-invincible and torment the players until the other eleven are defeated. Let's see if you can figure out the theme between them all.

Wait, am I supposed to be the 12th boss?

No. I don't know what you would be called, but you're not one of the twelve.

No, but that's still a cool idea.

K. So I'm going to remain a Plot Device noncombatant instigator and observer?

Well, you can still intervene and attack the others if you want. It's just that you're not one of the main bosses.

Maybe is game should have a soundtrack worked in somehow. Like the encounter with that meat monster would have Pushing Daisies from Ruby Quest.

Of course he can. And, thanks, I like Megalo Strike Back and figured this would be a great theme for him.

I know the names aren't very imaginative, but that's what I got so far.

Those are some awesome choices!

By the way, imagine Unknown Identity/Megalo Strike Back starting off very muffled, then progressing over the course of the roleplay, until he fully gets involved in the story, at which point it becomes completely audible.

The noble fool would have said, "Fortune has graced me, for it gives me abundant opportunities to prove my honor at the cheap cost of bodily agony. Surely there may be monsters in the torture room and they are horrifyingly ugly, but what I dread more is having the opportunity to prove myself taken away from me!
