Lois

You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!

Donna, she can be such a bully some times.

It's DEFINITELY a close tie between Donna and Lois. The former thinks she's the best thing since canned bread in Cleveland's life, yet she can't be arsed to remember the positive things about him, and the latter has really slipped up as a mother over the course of the series.

Marge is the most decent of the bunch, minor faults aside, Franny's alright if a little lacking in the brains department, and Linda's obnoxious at best, mainly with her constant singing.

[up] Funny I was going to mention Peggy Hill, but then again how can a wife with an oversize ego top a wife who cheated on her husband who has yet to find out about such affair (and it is pretty obvious, considering their son and all).

Donna's a hypocritical, abrasive ass, but gets points in that the show at least conveys her that way, thus she can get humbled or learn from her mistakes at times to be sympathetic.

I find it more unbearable when the wife is a Jerkass and still gets the Women Are Wiser trope enforced for her constantly, thus causing The Unfair Sex. This is why Lois and Francine have slowly become more and more unbearable, they have to be the winner to their loser husband, even if they act just as (if not more) repugnant (though Lois has at least got the odd Take That, Scrappy! moment as of recently).

I haven't watched The Simpsons in a long while. From what I remember of the "classic" seasons, Marge could be priggish at times, but a short while in they pretty much made it her Fatal Flaw like Donna (eg. the nagging montage).

I came in thinking I had no idea. Then I saw Lionheart's answer and thought, "That's it!"

Hard disagree on Nancy, at least compared to the others shown here. The worst she did was cheat on her husband...dear LORD the women in Seth Macfarlane shows set the bar low.

[up]True, especially since most of them have done all their crap and cheated on their husband as well. Nancy at least caught herself when she became hypocritical about it.

I mean "The Kidney Stays In The Picture" had Francine cheat on Stan and still be the good guy of the story. Just....why???

Would the world crumble apart if the husband won an argument and the wife had to accept some basic responsibility for what she did?
