"Be careful," Sadness told Mary with a bit of urgency, eyeing the octopus. Still, she'd keep following along to make sure her friend would be okay.

"Thanks Rex but I'm good. The RX is doing its job just fine."
Adam turned to Legion, "We got all we need to fuel Rick's portable heater?"
"Unknown," responded Legion. "Until the machine is built and I can measure its exact rate of consumption, our fate is unknown. However, we can always make seperate trips to acquire more fuel." The geth almost mentioned how it could handle colder temperatures, but seeing as how Adam wasn't even bothered by the cold at the moment, it decided it'd be best to factor that in.
The geth just hoped things didn't get cold enough for the human brain to freeze.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Being undead and having a cloak, Specter Knight was fairly certain he could at least somewhat handle the increasingly colder temperature. At least until any remaining blood of his froze, which would be decidedly unpleasant. He chose not to say this aloud, however.

Somebody once told me the world was macaroni, I took a bite out of a treeAsgore nodded and followed behind the group, though once he saw the woman's state as she had to endure the cold that was getting worse and worse as time passed he decided to get closer to her.
"Here, allow me to help you a little." he smiled as he then used his free hand to produce fire that floated just above his hand, essentially making himself a living campfire "I had been holding back on doing this to preserve some energy, but I think you might need this help until we get there," he glanced over the rest of the group "anybody feel free to get closer if you are struggling with the cold as well." he offered
Kieri was actually starting to feel a chill now. It wasn't as uncomfortable as it could be, but the fact that she was actually feeling it now...It unsettled her. It was the coldest day she'd probably ever experienced in her life.
She turned towards Legion, not particularly wanting to deal with Rick at the moment. "T-This heater...W-Where is it g-going?"
That is all there is to say, and I will say no more.Legion turned to face Kieri. A single blue photoreceptor stared at her, part of an obviously alien machine. "Destination currently unknown. It is likely it will be set up in the central library, as its position in town does not change."
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."His armor protected him from many things, including the cold. He specially designed to be insulted for all types of inclement weather. However, he was now starting to feel the chill, the heavier snow dropping down from the sky signalling the temperature dropping even further down. As a precaution he picked up the discarded jacket of the dead man from earlier and put it on, picking up his sword as well.

DAMMIT MARK, STOP HOTTING HELPY!!Kieri nodded at Legions words, not really all that phased by him-there was another talking machine the size of a building not five feet away from her. Perhaps Grimlock and Legion knew each other?
Still, this meant Kieri would have to talk to the elderly man with all the alcohol. Rick, she believed his name was. The Angel could smell the alcohol from here, and she was reasonably certain that most of it was on his breath. Kieri had been around Rhea plenty of times, so she knew what a drunk person's breath smelled like.
Rhea had been an easy to approach drunk however, and...Well, this Rick seemed like he was no such drunk. It intimidated her a little, but Legion needed directions on where to carry all these things, and considering how quickly the temperature was dropping, sooner rather than later.
"It is a p-pleasure to m-make your acquaintance, M-Morty," Kieri began, deciding to introduce herself to Rick's grandson first "my n-name is K-Kieri. I'm sorry you h-had to g-go through all t-that."
With that, Kieri shifted her attention over to Rick, but in a way that Morty felt like any response he made would fall on deaf ears to her. "I d-don't want to b-be p-pushy...Rick, w-was it?" She began "B-But I d-don't think your m-mechanical creature friend k-knows w-where to take his c-cargo. And the s-sooner he knows, t-the sooner he c-can take it t-there, y-you can m-make this machine, and...W-Well, all of us c-can be warm, y-you know."
Kieri wasn't sure why she was being so...Well, bold. The last time she had been in a strange new world, she had let her brother Kazai and Sanjulo (she shuddered) do the talking, and afterwards Bu...Her new friends ('Close one...') had been able to handle most of the people skills. Now however, she was alone for the most part. And alone, she was being a lot more assertive with herself than she once was. She wasn't sure what to make of it.
'It'll be something useful for when I get home,' she thought to herself 'when I'm truly alone...'

That is all there is to say, and I will say no more."Woah, you d-d-do stuff with fire too? Well, thank-ks man" the woman said putting herself in pace just behind Asgore's flame as they went along. A couple of the other members of the digging group put themselves closer to Asgore and the flame as well.
Thankfully, they soon enough saw a clothing store with a number of figures about in front of it. "Oh thank-k good-dness" the woman stuttered, and quickly fled through the open door into the store since it was closer on this side than the broken display window.
Not but a few paces away, a certain talking octopus raised itself up a little straighter. "Of course I'll be careful" the octopus said staunchly. "I'm not some clumsy buffoon" he added, thinking that Sadness had been talking to him.

"I don't mind at all!" Mary replied with a wide grin, taking the tentacles that were offered to her. "Thank you, sir!"
It was at that point that she saw some other people approaching the store... one of which was actually familiar.
"Heeeeey Beeeeen!" the fabricated girl greeted, waving her free hand so that the boy could see her. "Are you getting clothes too? Because I am!"
Ben continued to walk until they reached the clothing store, when he saw Mary getting measured for clothes by....
...a giant talking octopus?
Ben waved back at her and smiled, nodding a bit. "Yeah, I am," he told her. "But I'll wait my turn," he responded, warmed up by both the woman's coat and also the fire that Asgore was creating. He thought for a moment. Sure, it was cold earlier, but he did feel that it was quite a bit colder now than it was earlier.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.Asgore simply followed inside and was a little surprised to see that one of the people there, a little girl, seemed to know Ben. Then again, he had been there for longer than him so he probably knew some of the people there.
"Ah, so is that one of your friends?" asked Asgore, to Ben.

As soon it got colder, Lune began to shiver even though she had the protection of the Valsione armor. Her breath formed puffs of white smoke, which meant that any more drops in temperature would suck for her. Overhearing Legion and Kieri talk about the heater boosted her spirits a bit.

And then a whole other group of people(????) walked up. Sadness recognized Ben from the night before, but none of the others, and the sight of the hairy monster guy thing on fire made her want to hide behind the octopus...even though she was pretty sure he had just called her a clumsy buffoon.
Asgore said something to Ben, and Sadness realized that the boy was probably the only one who knew every single person there, disregarding the cepholopod running a clothing store. She'd have to depend on him as a mediator. Interpreter, maybe?
"Um," Sadness started. "Ben, d-do you know who, um, they are??
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. It was cold. That didn't make any sense. He'd been at a bus stop off that airport in Thailand. Thailand wasn't cold. Or maybe it was. He'd never been there. Alex took a quick look around ad frowned. This sure as shit wasn't Thailand. He set down his dufflebag and pulled on his bomber jacket. That helped a little bit.
"Where the fuck am I?" he muttered. Then he heard a commotion and headed towards what was apparently a liquor store. What the hell, he wouldn't mind something to drink.
My various fanfics."What? No that's not what I- oh whatever" the octopus started to protest as Mary took hold of two of his tentacles. He had six to spare, so he just held up another two. "Now, hold still" he instructed her, and then started using those tentacles to take Mary's measurements.
Over by Ben, the woman rubbed her arms while letting out her breath. "Hey kid- uh, Ben I guess. You happen to know what size coat you need?" the woman asked Ben, still rubbing her arms.

Lune had already introduced herself to the new guys so Rex thought he might as well also do it.
"Well, I'm Rex. I can control nanomachines in my body to creates different things. Nothing special"
It was starting to get really cold outside the store. So much so, that his jacket just wasn't cutting it. He pulled the two books he had taken from the library at the beginning of the day.
"Does anybody have a match or something to ignite this? It's getting really, really cold"

Darth Marr noticed that some of the people near the group were getting colder, and the climate was freezing even more, it's a good benefit that his life support armor came with thermal heaters installed, they helped when he was stationed in Hoth, along when he was in Ilum during Malgus's betrayal.
Dying quite has it's benefits...though he wondered if the climate might even get worse even for his suit.
Marr then heard Rex asking if they had something to set the books on fire.
"I believe I do have something that might ignite those...things you carry. But to call it "matches" would be saying quite a disservice to it."
By now, Specter Knight was beginning to feel the cold, although admitting it would make him sound weak. Instead, he tried to focus on something else, and saw a figure approaching the liquor store.
"It appears that somebody else will be joining us soon..."
"Hey!" Alex called as he got closer to the liquor store. "Who the hell are you?"
My various fanfics.Twilight was caught off guard by the arrival of the newcomer and his language. But she tried to remain calm.
"There's no need for attitude. My name is Twilight Sparkle. I presume you, much like the rest of us, have been dragged here from another world?"
What is this "signature" of which people speak?Outside the liquor store
The guy in armor apparently had something to burn the books with "I've got a question. Can you cook with that? Because the people in the diner could use that"
Pk's buddy spotted someone approaching the group. A blonde guy without a shirt, asked them who they were and the pink horse responded. That caught Rex by surprise, but then again his best friend was a talking chimp so he decided not to think too hard about that.
"A better question would be: Who are you?"
Darth Marr raised an eyebrow as soon as Rex asked if his lightsaber could cook...
"I don't know about you..."
Marr then backed away a bit from the others, before he then raised his lightsaber hilt, before it immediately turned on, creating a blade glowing a red color.
"But I don't exactly believe this could work for cooking..without destroying the food."
The Sith Lord then turned off his lightsaber, before seeing a person asking them who they are..and not even wearing a shirt, how he hasn't died of cold is beyond him.
"And perhaps a even better question...are you suicidal? You are going to freeze to death with that kind of clothing."
So death was not a permanent condition here. On one hand, that was a great disappointment. On the other, though, it meant that should he succumb to death again, it would only be temporary. He turned to answer the boy.
"No, not everyone is a knight, although there are quite a few."
