Beach - crisis averted

Sans sighed in relief that Caro didn't really take it too badly, she only needed a little time to cool off and looks like washing her face did it. That all was a good learning experience as far as it comes to trying to prank her if nothing else.

"thanks, your reaction to it was pretty great too, i mean, i wasn't expecting you to go over all the steps in it like that," he said, letting out a chuckle.

He then looked back at Cole who was already about to run off again which all things considered was probably a bad idea but then again he couldn't exactly force him to stay either.

"nah, we're not busy, in fact, not being busy is exactly what we're trying to do here. why don't you try looking at the stars through the telescope, cole? you just gotta look through the smaller end and you'll see the stars from much closer," he said, he wasn't sure if telescopes existed in his world but considering Cole didn't know even things that did exist there it would be better to explain it anyway. He turned to Caro after making his suggestion. "and yeah, i placed the right eyepiece back in it, can't fall for my own prank right? that would be just sad."

"O-oh. Hmm." Sadness mumbled. "This, this is familiar. See, when there were all those zombies yesterday, I was with most of the other people up in the library, and...well, I met Mary's big sister. The one who was also under the demon's control. And she was...very broken up over it. I saw her today, and...she's not feeling much better."

"I..." It made her nervous, just following this line of thought. "I guess...it would have been bad to end up under Old Feather Beak's control. I might have ended up a lot like Kelsey. So I guess you did save me from him, but..."

She couldn't process whether Zelda was in the right or not. She had saved her from an evil bird, and by all means that was a good thing. But Zelda had broken Sadness' back and killed her in the process. She was very much out of her depth when it came to situations like this. Maybe if the debate had been over breaking somebody's favorite crayon on the playground, she would have been a little less lost and scared...

Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.

Cole looked from Sans and Caro, to the telescope, then between the two again, looking like he were trying to process all of what was in his mind at the moment, fidgeting at the amulet again. "I...I think that I should just...I don't...want to..."

He seemed at something of a loss, just taking a couple steps back, shaking his head. "I...I will sit down for a few minutes and rest but...but then I should go. I don't want to...I don't want to..."

Whatever it was he was trying to say, it seemed as though he were having some trouble quite spitting it out, before abruptly just flopping down to sit on the sand, lowering his gaze to it and still fiddling around with the amulet between his fingers as he did so.

Cybersaur shook his head. "No, it's not you," he clarified. "I've been told it's... not a smart plan," he muttered. "And it needs work. I'm not really a good leader, you probably gathered that. However there's also not a lot of people in this City that stick to... my style of heroics. And plus without a place to put the criminals, there really isn't much point in knocking them out and waiting for them to get locked up. As much as I hate to admit it... my usual style might not work right now."

When Sir Redring explained where he was from, Cybersaur simply raised an eyebrow. Fighting town guards?? What kind of world did this guy come from? He was on the up-and-up and yet he fought guards? Er, police? Er... he wasn't sure. "Fighting town guards? I... won't ask. Anyway, you've been around the City. At least I've heard you have. If you're not in, have you met anyone who would be? Someone I can try and contact?" he asked.

"...I-I'm sure there...there was a b-better w-way. One that...that d-didn't involve hurting you," Zelda said, "I...I acted rashly, and...and.... W-well, l-look where I'm at. W-what I did was awful, a-and...."

She sighed painfully. At this point, it was very clear she was having a very difficult time trying to hold her tears back and looked as if she might start crying no matter where the conversation lead to from here.

"...No m-matter why I did it...the fact r-remains that I d-did it. N-no amount of e-explaining or begging f-for forgiveness is g-going to change that. And...while I d-do truly re-regret what I've d-done.... I think my actions w-went beyond what a s-simple apology can fix."

She paused again, took another few shaky breaths, and then turned to Sadness again.

"Sadness, I...I just wanted you to g-give you the explanation you d-deserved. B-but...I w-won't ask f-for your forgiveness. If..if it w-wasn't enough, a-and...if you h-hate me for it all...." Her resignation to whatever Sadness decided was obvious from both her voice and her expression. "...I f-fully accept your d-decision."

At that, she looked away again.

"What's there to ask? Sometimes town guards are the ones doing the bad things" Sir Redring said a bit dismissively. "Now yes, there does not seem to be a prison... Perhaps that can be suggested" he added, pointing a tentacle off towards the suggestion box.

"As for who might be interested... Well there was this young man with white hair; flew around with a staff and used ice magic. I wouldn't know how to find him now, though perhaps the librarian could help with that once she's returned" Sir Redring continued, idly petting the gerbil.

Cinema - Immortal Teen Yells at Moon

Jack glanced at Curly and grinned, a twinkle of mirth and pride in his eye. "That? That's the easy stuff. I can do a lot more than that now."

When she spoke again later on, she seemed surprised at Bunny's appearance. Not that surprising since he was a six foot tall rabbit, but she acted like the sight was almost familiar; Calling him a Mimiga. Whatever that was. "That's Bunny. The, well, Easter Bunny. He's got a big warren underground, actually. Spends most of his time down there, with his eggs." The movie quickly stole his attention back, and he put asking what a Mimiga was to later.

Tairee's interruption had left him tense and annoyed, and he didn't bother to respond(Mostly since he didn't have one, as unsure as he was himself) so he couldn't help the slight flinch when he felt a small hand rest on his arm. He looked down in surprise at Sophie's hand, and his face slowly melted into a kind smile. What was probably a simple gesture to most, helped ground Jack and untense. He wasn't- It was still so different, to actually be touched. He whispered back gently. "Yeah Soph, I'm ok. Thanks." He didn't say it outloud, but it was obvious that the thanks was for more than just her asking.

Feeling better, Jack focused back on the movie, just in time to watch himself pleading to the Moon.

"You put me here! The least you could do is tell me… tell me why."

He'd hated the Moon. One of the few things he ever truly had, in this life or the last. There had been dark times, when he'd cursed the very sight of it. Sought to block out its light, with storms and snow. When he'd seen the people he'd hurt, he'd been horrified and stopped. But, the memory was there. Eventually, he'd just grown morose. Stopped caring that he was there for the most part. The comfort and safety he'd felt in those first moments had faded, and replaced by sorrow, and desperation. He'd pleaded, argued, shouted. Anything to get a reaction from the Man in the Moon. And still... nothing.

And so he'd been reduced to what was on screen. Every now and then, trying just once more; hoping this time it would be the one. For three hundred years. "And you never even gave me the answer yourself in the end, huh. I get it, but still."

Even as once again his emotions grew restless, enough that the frost on his jacket had begun to spread further and his breath began to fog even in the relatively mild temperature of the theatre, the feeling of Sophie's hand warm against his abnormally cool skin kept him stable and mostly happy. Luckily, just as he had for Jack when he'd actually been standing there on that roof, pleading, Sandman showed up to make things better.

"Right on time, Sandman."

"Right on time, Sandman." Jack echoed the Jack on screen, finding the sound of it amusing.

He chuckled along with movie Jack as Sandy's dust twisted and danced through the night sky, on its way to bring good dreams to children. It was always a sight to see, and brightened up any night that Jack was there to see it. He felt the remaining tension leave him, and the coldness he was previously exuding go back to normal, as he sat back to enjoy what had been a great show.

Which had the spirit watching in confusion and curiosity as the view moved away from Jack and the sand, and followed one of the twirling streams into the open window of a building. He was surprised to see Jamie's friend, the girl they called Cupcake, was the person the sand ended up at. Then a very familiar laugh echoed through the theatre, and Jack felt himself tense again. "Pitch."

To his surprise, the cartoon Pitch on the screen didn't hold the same sort of... atmosphere around him as he had in real life. The real Pitch had been unnerving in appearance, like something was just off with how he looked and it changed out the corner of your eye. The cartoon Pitch was similar in appearance, but seemed to be missing something. Unable to figure it out, he just ignored it instead.

He watched with anger and morbid curiosity as the Boogeyman corrupted and turned the girl's dream, changing it into a Nightmare. He had never taken Pitch for such a cheesy guy, and did he really have to corrupt dreams about horses and unicorns just to make his Nightmares? That seemed... needlessly restricting. Maybe he just really loved horses. The thought amused him enough to damper his anger for the moment.

Thankfully, Pitch's little appearance was over quickly, and the scene cut back to Jack just as Sandman's show ended. Jack smiled, knowing what was coming next. Sure enough, something blurred past the screen, making the movie Jack spin to try and spot it. It could only be one thing, and it was big, furry and had a strange obsession with eggs. Movie Jack pursued the shape down the street, ending up in an alleyway.

"Hello mate. Been a long time. Blizzard of ‘68, I believe."

That rabbit knew how to hold a grudge. Forty-four years, and he'd still been just as sore about that as he'd been the day it happened. Jack had no doubt he'd taken a lot of joy out of what had come next, when the yetis had shoved him in a sack and tossed him through one of North's portals. The spirit still wondered how North had thought that of all things was the best way to go about it. Though, it could have just been him being well aware of what Jack was like. The way he'd been then, no way would he have willingly gone along if they'd asked.

He supposed he could forgive North for the whole thing.

Jack watched with quiet amusement at his first proper introduction to the others. He still wasn't sure if North had missed the sarcasm, or just chosen to ignore it, when he'd said he loved getting shoved in a sack and tossed through a magic portal. It was kind of amusing now, looking back and seeing how stubborn and stiff he had been around them.

Tooth's manhandling of his face had been awkward and confusing at the time, but watching it now just added a new layer of it; For reasons he was still trying to fully figure out. He coughed, and started rambling to himself again; again still clear to those around him. "Huh, she seems a lot closer than I, uh, remembered. That's… wow."

The scene moved on, and the mention of Jack's spot on the naughty list came up. He sighed wistfully at that. The spirit had been proud of the fact that he'd held the record, seeing it as a way to set himself about from the stuffiness and what he'd seen as unnecessary hard work that he believed the Guardians portrayed. Even with a new outlook on it, he still kind of missed it. The spirit had been crestfallen when after it all, North saw fit to take him off the list like he'd said he would back then. Jack made sure to get himself right back on it, of course, but the damage was done. Still, no one would likely beat his record anytime soon; So he still had that at least.

And here came the pomp, music and stupid shoes. The winter spirit rolled his eyes good-naturedly at the scene. He still couldn't take it seriously, even now. Marching elves will never be anything but pitifully amusing. "Heh, I wonder how long it took North to train them to do that."

Elves weren't really good at, well, most things. Still, training them for things like that was a use for them, he supposed. And it probably stopped North from going insane from them getting in the way all the time. Actually, that probably would have made it worse. Huh, he really had no clue how they learned it.

And those shoes. Seriously. If Jack was ever going to put something on his feet, it wouldn't have been them. They'd had bells and even curled. Nuh uh, no way.

With a slam of Twinetender and a burst of ice and wind, past Jack made his feelings on the whole parade known. "What makes you think I want to be a Guardian?"

Current Jack pointed at the screen. “To be fair, you guys did just kind of drop that all on me within, like, five minutes of kidnapping me.”

Besides cracking up at the elf storming off at not being allowed to play his little trumpet, Jack sat back and just let the familiar scenes roll over him; albeit from now very dynamic and outside views to how he remembered them. North talking about protecting children, Tooth ambushing him when everyone turned their backs, and of course, learning that the Moon had been speaking to them and not even bother to utter a word to him…

He sighed. Great, there went his good mood.

"After three hundred years, this is his answer? To spend eternity like you guys, cooped up in some hideout thinking of- of new ways to bribe kids?"

Jack winced a little at that. It had been a bit harsh, especially hearing it now, but he'd just learned something pretty earth-shattering. Still, it made Bunny's reaction a little less painful to see and hear again, knowing how he felt about what he did. Was still like a knife through his heart, though, and he looked away for a moment and focused on Sophie's hand. A reminder that it wasn't the same anymore. Nothing was.

Again, simple moments passed quickly by; Though not forgettable by any means. The walk through North's workshop for the first time, seeing Phil again, learning just how useless the elves actually were but how much more amusing it was that way, before finally reaching North's personal room.

When North had advanced on him, Jack had been terrified. All he could think of at the time was how big the jolly Guardian was, and how easily he could bend him into a pretzel if he wanted. Which made North's tiny wooden baby even more amusing to watch go down from an outside perspective. That baby had confused the heck out of him at first.

Hearing North talking about his Center again, this time along with sweeping music, set that fire alight in his heart again. He hadn't told North, but Jack knew that if it wasn't for him, he would still be the same Jack Frost he saw on the screen now. Lost, angry and with almost nothing. There were no words, for the amount of gratitude he had for that.

"That is my Center. What is yours?"

"Fun." He whispered under his breath without thinking, almost too quiet to hear even by those beside him. He was born to bring Fun into the world, and protect it in children. Even here, in the city. He had some work to do later.

On-screen, Bunny showed up, carrying a warning Jack already knew.

"We have a problem, mate. Trouble at the Tooth Palace."

And the movie continued on.

The library

Ben's eyes lit up when Sir Redring mentioned a white-haired boy with a staff. "Jack Frost!" Ben stated. "Oh yeah, he's awesome. Or at least, I thought he was pretty cool when I met with him. I gotta hang out with him some more. He might agree with me, yeah. Good idea, Sir Redring."

Upon Sir Redring's idea that Ben suggest a prison to the Boss, Cybersaur squirmed slightly, an almost disgusted look appearing on his face for a second. "I've done nothing but badmouth the Boss since I got here. What makes you think he'd listen to a word I said?" he asked. And what makes you think I'd wanna suggest anything to that evil jerk? he thought. Nonetheless, he sighed, looking for his Omnitrix symbol.

Cybersaur pressed the button and a red flash brought Ben back to his human form. He walked up to the suggestion box, struggling to grab a piece of paper and then he took one, wandering back to his table where he was working. Can't hurt to give it a shot, though Ben was having trouble seeing what good it'd do. If some little punk was saying he was gonna take Ben down for a solid week straight, there was no way Ben would do anything for them. But perhaps the Boss was better than that. He didn't even want to think about that. It made him harder to oppose.

He shook that thought out of his head and then began to write:

"Dear Mr. Boss,

I can't believe I'm asking this. And I can't believe I'm asking anything from you. After all I said to you. And all I learned about Miss Tairee. I thought you were keeping her trapped here just like the rest of us. I was wrong. That doesn't change things much though. I still wanna get everyone out of this City and I still wanna bring you to justice, but I'm starting to think that isn't gonna happen.

So the least I could do is do my job. I need to be a hero. But I can't do that if there's nowhere to put the bad guys. I'd need somewhere like a prison, somewhere to put them where they can't hurt anyone and they stay in one place. Think you could do that at least?

Ben sighed, trying to think of how to word the next part. By this point he had written two pages of text, on both sides of one sheet of paper. He grabbed another piece.

Gwen and Grandpa are worried sick about me. Everyone's family is worried about everyone. You know that? There's gotta be a better way to gain inspiration, than stealing people from their worlds. There's gotta be another reason. Why's that? Why'd you need people like Miss Tairee if you're so powerful? And what are you writing that you need to kidnap people to get inspiration for? After all you put us through, we need that at least.

Ben Tennyson" (Next to this was a crude drawing of Ben, along with a couple of doodles of his alien forms.)

With that essay written (though shorter than it would be considering he was a 10 year old with large, sloppy handwriting), Ben clambered on top of the desk and dropped the pages into the suggestion box, then slid off the table and sat back down next to Eve and Sir Redring. "Let's just hope that does something," Ben muttered.

Caro flashed Sans another sheepish smile and while giggling one more bit, said, "Yeah, I guess that in hindsight, you're probably right. And well, it was not all that hard to piece everything together after Cole said that there was something red around my eye and with me having seeing only red through that other piece ... Anyway, yeah, we couldn't have something like that happen to you, could we?" She glanced at the telescope once more before turning her gaze back to Sans and asking, "So, now that the whole prank is over, are you sure that would rather not use it for real first?"

She then turned to Cole, looking at him a bit concernedly. He didn't seem well enough to be wandering around and it would be nice if he stayed, but forcing him into it wouldn't be right either. "If that's what you really want, Cole. But you're really don't have to leave just because of us and we would really enjoy your company if you stayed."

Rick's Party, Eternity
Seiga found herself regretting leaving the space-time continuum, as she somewhat liked existing as a singular entity. Out in this new world she suddenly found herself in, existing as one with all other beings was rapturous but entirely confusing. Each cascade of color from the sky, each great streak of blue that came past in the distance only seemed to serve to muddle things more. Right now, she wanted to talk to Yoshika and tell her all of the revelations she had come up with in the last ten seconds, but she was now convinced that her servant might have been her dad the whole time.

Yoshika could only look in horror as Viola actually suggested leaving Seiga of all people behind! "What are you talking about?!" she screamed, successfully getting over the din of the party because she was right next to her. "We can't just leave Seiga right now, she's probably scared out of her mind! And a lot of other things out of her mind, too!"

Her strong words seemed to have an effect, because she called over someone who would be able to help. Looking over, that person was...the kid she threw into the sea earlier today? What did he have to do with any of this? He at least seemed a little more personable right now...maybe he was a night person?

"Karkat! Quick, my master is dying!" she said as she hoisted up Seiga's face to look at him. The hermit was sticking out her tongue in a vain attempt to lick the troll from a distance, saying something like "guhh" to him. "You've got to help us here!"

Beach - the kid stays

"nah, you can use it before me, i wasn't lying with the stuff i said earlier, plus it's a small way of 'making up' for the prank," said Sans, giving Caro a wink.

Cole seemed really confused and lost, it was somewhat normal already for him to be like that but now seemed worse than usual, it was probably the effect of whatever that doctor got him to drink, that kid really shouldn't be walking around by himself.

"listen cole, that stuff you drank is not doing you any good. you shouldn't go off on his own like that, you really should stay with us until the effect of the drink ends," said Sans, sounding a little concerned.

Cole looked from Caro to Sans as they both spoke to him, Caro telling him they wouldn't mind his company, and Sans said he should stay since whatever he'd been drinking with the troll seemed to have had some effect on him. Cole glanced around a bit, as though taking in their surroundings, then nodded his head a little, lowering his gaze to his amulet.

"Y-yes. I would...I will stay if you...th-think I should. I...I don't want to go off alone but I have to help and sometimes I..."

He was quiet for a moment before shaking his head again, starting to doodle little shapes in the sand. "I will stay here," he finished, not looking back at them.

The beach - Hanging out

Thankfully, it seemed that they had managed to convince Cole to stay around. With the state he seemed to be in, that was probably for the best. She smiled warmly at the spirit and said, "That's good. I'm glad you're staying with us a little more, Cole."

Then she turned to Sans, flashing him a smile and replying, "Alright, if you say so. I do want to take a look at those stars again myself ... "

She then once again walked over to the device and started to look through it. Indeed, it was working normally now and the starry night looked just as, if not more, wonderful upclose like this as last time they had done this. She spent a few minutes enjoying it and taking it all in before pulling away and with a bright smile, said, "Wow, this is still quite amazing. I'm glad we got to do this again ..." Then she once again turned to Cole and said, "You should really try this too, Cole. It's all quite beautiful ... "

Beach - playing on the sand

Sans was relieved that Cole actually listened to them instead of running off somewhere else and potentially getting himself in more trouble. Sans then looked at what he was doing on the sand and remembered something Caro mentioned earlier.

"by the way caro, didn't you say something about making sand castles earlier?" he asked her.

Cole seemed okay to just sit and play with the sand, but then Caro offered for him to come look at the looking glass, at the stars, apparently. He looked at her, then looked up and around at the sky, then shook his head, though he didn't seem bothered.

"That's all right. I came from a place that looked like stars. I think you both would like looking more."

He scooched forward a bit though, still trailing his fingers through the sand. "What is a...sand castle? The castles back home are made of wood and rock. I wouldn't think sand would hold up very well."

The beach - Building things up

Cole didn't seem to be very interesting in the telescope, maybe, from what he said, there was something like this back on his home. Most people probably didn't come from a place like Sans', underground and with no real sky to watch like this. She herself had seen things like this before, but the arrangement here in the city was still quite impressive. "Well, if you say so ... "

When Sans mentioned her saying something about sand castles and then Cole asked about, she got a bit of excited look as she answered, "Oh, that's right! We still haven't done that ... And well, making a sand castle is a quite fun activity you can do at the beach. You gather then use sand to build into something, generally into a small castle. It doesn't tend to last long, but it's quite fun to make regardless. Though the best way to do it would be if we had buckets and shovels so we could get water and more sand over here. It tends to work out best with wet sand ... " She took a glance at the ocean in the distance before turning back to her friends and added, " I guess the best way we could do it right now would be if we used sand that's closer to the water, if you're up for it ... "

Beach - sounds like a plan

So Cole came from somewhere that looked like stars, whatever that meant. Sans just shrugged the whole thing off as weird spirit stuff, but either way Cole wasn't very interested in using the telescope and also didn't see much of the point in making sand castles, thankfully Caro was there to explain things.

"well, it's just water so why not? you can go ahead, i'm gonna use the telescope a little bit," he said as he made his way to the telescope

Looking through it, the sky was still just as impressive as it was before, it really was quite a breath taking sight no matter how often you looked at it. Sans could only think about how much the other monsters would be overjoyed to see real stars, something that so many of them had dreamed of and now...

He paused for a moment, trying to shake those thoughts away from his mind and instead just focusing on observing the night sky above him.

Cole didn't seem to have much to add to the conversation, being quiet even for him, but he did shift forward, kneeling rather than sitting, and started drawing out a rough sketch of what looked like a child's attempt at drawing a house, sticking out his tongue slightly in apparent concentration. "Is it doing like this? Making a sandcastle?"

The beach - A child leading another child

Sans preferred to look at the stars for now, which was understandable, knowing what she did about his world. Meanwhile, Cole made an attempt at what he thought was making a sand castle, which basically was just him drawing something on the sand.

Caro kneeled on the sand as well, not too much close to him because she sensed it might bother him, and then with a tender smile, she gently shook her head a bit and said, " Hmmm ... That's not quite like it. Here, I'll show you." She then began to use her hands to dig into the sand in front of her, pilling up whatever sand she took out in another spot and then she began to try to shape and mould the pile into a structure. While still at it, she turned to Cole and still with a bright smile, she said, "Like this! Do you wanna try it?"

Rick's Party, Triage at Dusk
Yoshika turned to Viola in fright when it was obvious that Karkat wasn't some kind of detox specialist. "I thought you said he can help us! He's barely any better than Seiga is!" Her face looked like she was about on the edge of tears. Seiga didn't have to die like this! Or at all, for that matter. Seiga should live forever! Fully intent on preserving her master's immortality, she shouted "Help me think of something, Viola!"

Seiga waved at the vision of the troll, her six newfound arms passing over him in waves. She found out that her fifth arm was covered in taste buds when she tasted Karkat's flesh from a distance...chalk. Just like she expected. The hermit wondered where she had seen him before...was he also her dad? Was everyone her dad at this point? Probably.

Cole tilted his head as he watched Caro piling up the sand, then start to shape it, and a clear awareness seemed to strike. "Ohhh...it's like the blacksmiths back home, forging, or Blackwall's carving, only...you are making the shape in sands. ...why? It will collapse as soon as the water comes."

Viola I Beach (Rick's Party) I You Worry Too Much

"Karkat, has it ever occur to you that you're not quite right in the head?" I spoke to him, curious to know how someone in that state of mind think about themselves. "And what do you mean by pi-"

Before I get any further though, Yoshika had by then desperately requested me for help. So she really does care about her master a lot, I see. "Oh, quit being a worrywart. Your master will not be dying anytime soon, especially today of all days." I shrugged at her making a big deal out of this. "So unless tomorrow suddenly arrives, she'll be fine and be back on her own two feet once the drug wears off... Probably." I added that last part uncertainly, now that I remembered what sort of stuff she happened to consume.

I sigh. "Okay, look. What about this? Why don't you go search out for a doctor while I take care of our two unstable friends here. Don't worry, your master will be in capable hands," I doubt she'll have much luck finding one who is both credible and not too busy knocking themselves out anywhere near this party, but who knows. That's not really my intention, at any rate.

"Alternatively, we could both search for one together to cover more ground, but that means leaving these two alone at their own device," I look at these two, the hyperactive troll and the slightly disabled necromancer. "But if it's only for just a moment, I'm sure nothing too drastic will happen," I very much doubt that, but that's probably not what the familiar wants to hear.

Karkat - He Probably Doesn't Even Know Where He Is Anymore

Karkat stared blankly at Seiga, answering Viola's question without paying attention to what she actually asked. HEY, CAN I ASK YOU A QUESTION, VIOLA? Okay, it wasn't an answer, but it was...something. DO YOU THINK IF I ASKED I COULD GET INTO A KISMESISSITUDE WITH SEIGA? CUZ THE MIRACLES ARE ON MY SIDE TODAY, AND I THINK...UH... He trailed off. The laziness of Karkat's demeanor was unsettling, especially since it was the complete opposite of his normal self. Very, very unsettling. (The upbeat music in the background kind of negated that though.)

Beach

Lune just nervously laughed. She's definitely not a good planner if she honestly forgot how one of friend's powers worked. If you're not a good planner, you're certainly not a good tactician. Surely, Sun Tzu was a good planner if he got his works published back then?

However, that new build seemed rather interesting. It must be interesting if Rex just hyped it right now. Maybe Rex could show off the new build, so Lune could understand how Rex's powers could work much better.

“Why don't show off your build? I mean we are alone for now, right?”
