I'm not really sure who's controlling the giant bug; should I just wait for FF/whoever's controlling the insect before I post?

Fullmoon's controlling the Snimon.

Oh no, I meant the one that Rex just threw into the library (unless they're the same bug, in which case I'm really confused).

It's just a random bug but it's interacting with the library. I'm going to guess the level of destruction is Firock's job but if Rick wants to do something with the bug midair or after it lands I think you are free to do so.

Just recapped; I'm actually planning on going AFK to go to the grocery real soon, so I'm gonna hold off on making a main post until then. Given when I'm planning to leave and how long I think it'll take at the grocery, I'd guess that'd be in... Probably 45 minutes to an hour.

@Use of headers: It would be pretty helpful in lessening confusion if everyone willing to use headers did so. I'm not sure about making it a full fledged rule yet, but consider it a "it's strongly recommended and it would be courteous to your fellow players."

And yes, there are two separate fights happening near the library though they seem to be somewhat close to each other. Rex and Ashe in the crevice below the library plus Alice and now Gentaro fighting the snimon on the walkways near the library.

@The bug Rex threw: Well normally it'd still fall under the rule of you guys being allowed to control it in your posts unless it's some notable bug; given the circumstances of everyone's actions I'd say that the result of the bug landing would currently fall to kagescorpionakki since Undyne is opting to catch the bug. But since kagescorpionakki left that open, I can go ahead and take that over once I make my post. Or somebody else can. Or kagescorpionakki could make another post; or edit the last post with Undyne.

It could go a number of ways really; I don't think it's going to be the end of the RP or the world depending on who posts for the bug. tongue

This whole bug thing must be really trippy for Ben since he has a villain who controls bugs (Clancy) and yet he isn't behind this. evil grin

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Quiet night tonight. I should get going though. Tomorrow I have a shift that starts early and is long, plus I'm probably still going to want a nap afterward so it might be on the late side before I get on.

I've at least got the next two days after that off though, possibly more though I'd guess not. (I don't know my schedule for next week yet.)

Ben could easily fight some Lepidopterrans (Stinkfly's species) and Florauna (Wildvine's species, giving him an opportunity to scan Wildvine into his Omnitrix) here.

The only real insects I can think of in R&M are the bureaucrat insects note , but they're sentient so they probably wouldn't fit with the theme.

If we need an interesting enemy down the line, however, might I suggest the memory parasites?

Got a whole race of them. Just pick and choose whichever variety you want.

Also, this thing and these.

There's also the Centipeedle Queen, and a few other Steven Universe things that would qualtify as bugs and plants.

Not to mention just about any Grass type pokemon...

Closest thing to jungle vegetation in Ib were a bunch of vines drawn with crayon and some carnivorous giant roses.

How about Rust monsters? I'm sure Legion would love them.

Oh lord, rust monsters. Enough to make any seasoned D&D player shake in their enchanted boots. They're not bugs though... are they?

Actually, I think the Pv Z plants would be more like helpful plants than harmful. Though it would give the P Cs incentive to go into horticulture as the plants would become easily replenishable living turrets if cared for properly.....

Given that Legion's made of rare earth metals, a rust monster would destroy it instantly.

Last time I saw a picture of a rust monster, it looked more like something with the body of a cheetah, the face of a mole, and a couple added tendrils from a squid. At least, I'm pretty sure it was a rust monster.

So yeah, not exactly a bug from what I recall. Anyway, just stopping in before my nap, mainly to go deal with the new signup; not gonna be back and ready to start posting for at least another four hours or so, sorry.
