Sorry for taking so long. I think the problem right now is figuring out how to start. If you guys want, you can suggest stuff to me to kick off my creative juices.

Perhaps the big bad threatening the heroes by sending the goons in and sending them a message?

I like that idea, give people an early feel of how their guy fights.
