*Without another word, the drone deploys a pair of large airplane wings from it's back. The jet engines ignite, a roaring noise filling the air as it flies away into the sky, disappearing without a trace... aside from a small gray square of fabric falling back down to the ground, landing beside the grave. Smells like tears.*

Gilbert, now unsure of what the hell to do, takes out a map, and then begins heading towards the Floating Islands.
Glenn looks into Nicole's eyes.
"I love you too, Nicole."
He embraces her.
Brian just floats towards the grave himself, and then summons several white flowers with an ethereal air around them, before setting them on it.

Gilbert, upon seeing Gina, nervously waves at her.

He puts the map back to his backpack, before holding the thick book he has with him tightly.

"Y-you... you have psychic powers... r-right?"

Nicole kisses Glenn on the lips, still cuddling with him.

"Are... you alright, kid? Judging by how nervous you are, I'd think you were talking to Darth Vader instead of me."
I don't get it. Engie is depressed because he didn't know somebody that well. He wasn't exactly asking where she was all this time, either...

Characters can have hidden depths. I mean, the whole concept of Engie being shaken by someone's death is amazing to me. I can fully relate. Both Engie and Shadow may be in high places, but the bitter truth of mortality applying to those they know apparently affects them in the same way.
But that's my point. He barely knew her.
Nicole just cuddles with Glenn in return.
"So... Anything else you wanna do, Glenn, or would you rather just cuddle and chat for now?"
"Well, if you say so... Anyway, I'm guessing that you're trying to find somewhere to stay around here."
"Heh, called it! Hope you won't mind another kiss, sweetheart."
Nicole flashes a grin at Glenn.
