A streak of familiar aquamarine light blazes across the sky, heading in the general direction of engie, Terumi, and the Reaper's fight.
Yes, there is an explanation for why MIKI is still around. Kinda. No, engie's defeat of her was not pointless. No, she is not going to go down the same way twice.

*Engie drone curses quietly, slamming the ground with the More Gun. A series of Mechroa tendril spikes burst out of the ground, specifically aimed at Terumi in an attempt to quickly deal with him.*

Quickly refocusing, he tries to drive a hand through Terumi's back.

MIKI bursts out of the Null Shift above the battle, shimmering with a furious aura of Metatron energy. Wasting no time, she bombards engie with a barrage of homing lasers from her wings.

If he succeeds, he'l jump in the air to dodge and will then try to launch the Reaper into Engie to try to slam them both down, before making more chains erupt to try to restrain them and crush them.

*Engie drone, in a fit of frustration, opens fire on MIKI, then makes a gesture towards Terumi, the Mechroa worm from earlier roaring and charging into the battle again.*

It's powerful and especially, especially wicked as hell, the reaper probably has never seen something as rotten as Terumi's s soul.
He leaps over the worm and make some fancy acrobatic gesture to taunt Engie before attacking him with shadow snakes fangs and green knives, again.

She flies at engie, fast, sword-arm held behind her, ready to open with a powerful slash if she should reach him.

He dashes off back towards Terumi.
He ducks to let the scythe presumably hit Engie and slithers around him to try to repeateadly stab the back with more green aura knives.
