Below the Sith Academy

"I'll need a moment to prepare. Keep your eyes closed if you're sensitive to flashing lights!"

Angel!Pyra holds her arms out, palms facing the floor, her gaze turned forward. The look on her face is focused and intense.

Lines of emerald-color ether begin to shine upon her skin as she closes her eyes and focuses.

At the same time, embers leap from Angel!Pyra's legs, creating lines across the ground that shine in a deep, bloody red. These flames trace their lines into the dark shape of a ritual sigil.

"Now!"

The lines of ether upon her body, and the lines of red upon her ritual, both begin to shine bright-

And, all the sudden, everyone down below the Sith Academy is teleported... wherever it is they'd planned in advance to go to, I don't remember myself but Angel!Pyra definitely does.

There are about three seconds of transit time, during which, in accordance to Angel!Pyra's warning, there are a lot of flashing purple lights, but nothing too terrible.

This all happens just as Charizard wanted it... and it's left Jessie, James and Meowth staring while dumbfounded.

Then all of a sudden Jessie frantically picks Meowth up and tries to force the coin into the coin slot.

"HEY! WHAT'RE YOU DOIN'!?"

"We need! More! Pokemon! So get in there! And let us! Send them all out!"

"ALL OF 'EM!? STOP, STOP, YOU'RE GONNA BEND MY COIN!"

James, in the middle of his own panic, does notice that while Haxorus went down, Hydreigon is getting back up. Who cares if Jessie has its ball, James points at Mega Charizard X.

"Draco Meteor!"

Hydreigon looks at Mega Charizard X, then back at James, and seems to show it an 'are you fucking kidding me?' expression on all three of its heads. It knows it stands no chance.

James just frantically points at Mega Charizard X over and over again, upon which Hydreigon turns to its opponent with a 'why me' expression before launching Draco Meteor upwards, where it splits off and rains down on the battlefield.

That gets a little laugh out of Starbird, and he tilts his head in a way that seems almost cocky.

"Don't worry," he reassures, "I know how to handle myself, considering I've fought in a war before."

He does follow the group, and for once actually seems to be opening himself up to the Force, albeit heavily shielded — a simple way to gauge the amount of danger they might be in, and to track any hostile intentions. For someone who isn't a Jedi, he definitely seems to know quite a lot about the Force.

He does, however, tense a bit when the teleportation spell works its magic, as if he's genuinely not quite sure what to even make of it.

I mean yeah, it's Super Effective, but. Y'know.

"GRRRRRGHEHEH..." "That actually stung a bit, rando. Congrats."

He points an index claw over his shoulder as if to say, 'just get out of here, man', before trundling over to the rocket prize master and.

Charizard used fucking grabbing the thing and holding it over its head like it's playing keep away. Regardless of whether or not Meowth's head is still stuck in it.

meanwhile i presume missingno. and victreebel are just having a blast playing in the sand

Well, Jessie and James really can't stop the freaking Mega Charizard X from walking up to them and grabbing the machine... which does indeed still have Meowth stuck in it, who is now screeching and swinging its arms and legs in a panic.

And yeah, Victreebel is still having a swell time with its new pal.

As for Hydreigon, it can't really leave since it was caught by Team Rocket. But it just stops trying to get involved, which is probably just as good.

"Hey, put that down... agh, Hydreigon, attack it!"

Hydreigon just lays down in the sand, ignoring orders now. Jessie looks pissed and tries to jump to get the machine back, whereas James' expression makes it pretty clear that he knows they're not just screwed, but have actively been reduced to a plaything for Red and his mons.

"Jessie, maybe we should just cut our losses and run."

"After we've been this humiliated!? Absolutely not!"

James sighs.

Baring his teeth, Ben twirls his lightsaber and meets Laxin's charge in kind, parrying each of his strikes as blue and crimson blades clash against one another in the age-old dance between Jedi and Sith.

"You'll die before you ever have the chance, scughole," he hisses, glaring vibroblades at Laxin.

With a tightened grip on his lightsaber, he begins furiously battering away at Laxin's guard before launching an upward swing from between his legs at the Sith Lord's masked face.

Red walks up, standing besides his draconic monster. He frowns.

Hey, I got shocked too, y'know.

Charizard grumbles, but moves the prize master to being held under one arm, before plucking Meowth out with the other one.

Please just leave, guys.

charmizard holds Meowth out to Jessie. By the legs, of course.

Meowth gets plucked and held out, to which Jessie does at least take him back.

"... can we have our Prize Master back? The boss isn't gonna be happy if we lose it.", James says as he recalls Haxorus, not looking all too thrilled that he basically has to beg the kid that they just tried to rob. Jessie, meanwhile, puts down Meowth, sighs and calls back Hydreigon. It seems to be sinking in with her as well that this is a lost cause.

"..."

I don't know... what if these are all stolen, too?

"..."

I guess at the very least, they'd be from your world. I don't know where that is, so...

He, perhaps reluctantly, has Charizard lower the prize master. ... Not before ripping the turning mechanism out, though.

Commander Yammark and Blast Hornet - Pantheon

Both Reploids gleefully assist Samus with her Proton Cannon-esque beam by firing beams from their buster. Despite the huge strain on their bodies, seeing Siamo Zero suffer in the future is sure worth it.

"Child of man this, child of man that..."

Baiken jumps over the fissure, causing her tether to suddenly yank her right up into Altzaira's face.

"Tatami-gaeshi!"

She stomps the ground and a tatami mat flips up out of nowhere to try and fling Altzaira off her feet, though if it fails in that duty it can still provide a shield against a counterattack. Either way, after the stomp, the tether suddenly uncoils and the kabari returns to Baiken.

"Don't think I'm just the sum of my ancestors."

Zenitsu snaps awake. It takes him a second to process his surroundings, but the moment he does, he clutches his sword close.

Not again. Not again!

"A-Alt...zaira?"

Not expecting to hear an answer, he steps towards where the edge of the overhang where he was sleeping should be. If it's still there, then... Maybe it'd be better to just jump down and go splat. Safer for his soul than whatever Syvyys wants with it.

"They're not stolen, they're in Poke Balls.", James says, which... doesn't really prove that to be honest.

Regardless, Jessie and James are briefly shocked that Red basically neutralizes their machine, then miffed. Either they were planning on using it for an ambush or they're not happy that repairing the thing is gonna come out of their paychecks.

"... thanks.", James mutters, not really wanting to complain when there's a transformed murderdragon right in front of them. He turns to Victreebel and holds out his ball.

"Time to come back.", he says, comically defeated. Victreebel turns to him, a little sad that it's time to go...

But then it suddenly looks alarmed by something. Missingno. and Mega Charizard X may also get a strange and frightening sense that something is coming. Meowth does too, suddenly looking scared and shaking.

"... what's with you all of a sudden?", Jessie asks as the sky above them starts to darken, but not in the same way as when Beta Arceus shoots down lightning. This is something else...

Whatever it is, Charizard decides to meet it with GUSTO. And by that I mean growling at the sky like an offput pitbull.

MissingNo. does the opposite basically being startled off of Victreebel and popping into a small marble-like defense curl.

"...?"

Ok well first things first he schlaps a Super Potion onto charmizard.
.... Aaaaaand he offers some to Jessie and James. Which is. Probably not deserved since they are CRIMINALS but.

The two of them definitely look confused by the offer, but they'd be fools not to take them. So they do.

A(n actually normal for once) bolt of lightning then strikes down right behind Team Rocket, startling them, after which a form becomes visible behind them. They slowly turn around to see...

A very, very pissed-off-looking Mewtwo◊ hovering there. Like, this isn't the default 'resting bitch face' expression Mewtwo normally has, he looks like he's a second away from trying to murder them.

Suddenly things get serious...

"MEWTWO!" "MEWTWO!" "MEWTWO!", the Trio shrieks before jumping behind Red and Mega Charizard X to literally hide behind them. ... in their defense, that's probably the safest place to hide right now. James quickly recalls Victreebel while he's at it.

Mewtwo glances at Red, expression not changing.

"Step aside.", he says through telepathy. It does not sound like a regular request.

He quickly returns MissingNo. and Charizard. The latter I presume to remove the debuff to its Attack courtesy of the earlier Breaking Swipe.

Seemingly absentmindedly, he taps one of the Poké Balls on his belt.

"You must be aware of this whole rampaging Legendary Pokemon problem. Team Rocket is to blame. Their organization captured us all through the dimensional rings of Hoopa.", Mewtwo says, narrowing his eyes in further anger as he now looks at specifically the Trio.

"When we last met, when you prioritized the safety of the cloned Pokemon over your organization and convinced me that it is wrong to erase the memories of those who helped me, it had shown me that even within the roots of evil, not all humans are rotten. At least, that is what I thought. That is why, when I erased the memory of your master and his minions, I spared yours."

An aura flares up around Mewtwo.

"And what did you do? You gave your master, the one who tried to enslave and kill me, the means to get to not just myself but ALL OTHER LEGENDARY POKEMON!!!"

The three are shaking in fear. James cautiously raises a finger as if he asks for permission to speak.

"T-technically we didn't tell the boss about you, they just happened to find-"

"SILENCE!"

And the three immediately go back to huddling behind Red. Which is rather comical when the only one actually small enough to fit behind him is Meowth.

"You gave him the most abusable Pokemon you could have ever given him. Team Rocket captured us, put us all in one place in preparation for their evil plans, and gave those who freed us the opportunity to use us to spread terror and destruction for plans yet unknown. I will see an end to the madman responsible for this... and as for you..."

He raises his arms.

"You will not live to regret your actions."

Oh, shit. These three did just ambush Red on a pleasant day (even if they posed zero threat), so while he owes them nothing... would he really be okay with them being viciously murdered? This is Mewtwo we're talking about, there is no way it wouldn't be vicious.

"That remains to be seen. You would not recognize an individual ant from the countless others in its anthill, so do not expect the same favor from others until you deserve it. Prove your worth, warrior, and you may yet earn the right to be recognized by a Dragon Lord by name. Martial Art: Fortress."

A gray shimmer surrounds Altzaira as the tatami mat attempts to flip her off her feet, but only manages to push her back a little instead. Without wasting a second, the Dragon Lord retaliates with "Martial Art: Heavy Blow", attempting to deliver a crushing swing with the butt end of her halberd. Baiken would do well to not rely on the tatami to absorb the full brunt of this attack.

He may be relieved to know that the edge is still there. He can hear the lapping of water in the cave. At least Syvyys doesn't seem to have whisked him into some empty void. But he can no longer hear the sounds of Altzaira sleeping, as if she was never here.

The voice is to speech what shadows are to people, a mere hollow echo, devoid of life of its own.

A silhouette walks out of the mass of shadows◊. Unlike the others, it's relatively well defined. It's almost recognizable as the shadow of a specific person. A woman with pointy ears, wearing a cloak and a wide-brimmed hat. She holds a sword in each hand.

"..."

! Wait, you mean like with that Dialga and Palkia?!

team rocket i dont think you guys are winning any sympathy points

I WOULD PREFER, he signs in a manner which he hopes is firm. That these hapless grunts be put behind bars rather than. Er. Incinerated. Or whatever it is you're about to do.

"W-we've been working on trying to fix all this, honest!", Jessie says to Red.

"We've been researching glitch energy to find the culprit as well.", James says.

"Yeah, that's what that device Jessie had was for!"

Mewtwo just gives Red a stare for a moment before gesturing at him, then to the side.

"Out of my way."

That sounds like an ultimatum. One final chance before Mewtwo just attacks whether or not Red is still in his way. Seems like he's not gonna be willing to listen to reason unless he's forced to.

"..."

Mewtwo was sent out!

   "SKREEEEONK!"

Mewtwo is briefly surprised. Both by the notion of a second version of himself, and by the fact that this one is owned by a human. How did it get caught? Was it that accursed purple ball that Team Rocket had access to?

"Do you honestly think I won't fight a counterpart of myself? Foolish child, the Poke Ball limits its power. It cannot compete with my full power."

Psychic energy surges around him.

"I will beat your Pokemon in combat. I will release my counterpart from its slavery. And then I will annihilate those traitors!"

That psychic energy now turns ghostly as Mewtwo prepares and launches a Shadow Ball at Red's Mewtwo.

While Cardboard and Sawdust keep on splorching mudmen (while trying too hard to not feel the mud splashing their legs), Ms. Thingies casts a barrier on herself to guard against the mud beam... While weakening a bit the sticky hand. She's still too unexperienced to keep two things at a time.

Underneath Sith Academy.

Rosa and co. nod, and they draw closer to the group, to being teleported.

Assault on the Sith Academy

Super Sheriff continues his dance with fire. He can feel the risk increasing with every new arriving person, but he'll be fine. So he hopes, at least.

He tractor beams a lightsaber out of a Sith's hand and uses it to parry another Sith's blow. Great, two tools to keep enemies at bay! "How do you like that, huh!"

He looks up at the swarm of unguided missiles heading towards Kraxigor, who probably is one of his allies in this conflict. Super Sheriff won't be able to stop all of them, but he sure can take advantage of it. With two consecutive tractor beam shots, he grabs a rocket, redirects it into one of the battle droids with extra momentum, then grabs another one and flings it in Laxin's direction.

Sith Academy, Nohr, Glacial Rift

Sith Academy

"Uh!" Lorelai spies Ben shooting towards Laxin, assuming the man’d rather fight the pesky Jedi himself. "I-I'll let you get to it, my lord! Show that Jedi who's boss!"

The trainee's eyes darted around at the enemies upon the landing platform. She had not even an opportunity to pick out her desired target before she felt four powerful fingers grip her shoulder and lift her into the air. She was turned to face a Saurus, holding her above its head with one hand as the other reared back with a spear to impale her with. Fueled by panic and desperation, she ignited her lightsaber and swung the weapon down. Feeling the heat as the blade of light passed through her enemy's wrist, the trainee gasped upon hitting the ground and desperately ripped the still-clutching disembodied hand off her shoulder with a queasy gag.

The Saurus was content only to roar in fury as it thrusted the polearm down at her, though in a spur-of-the-moment dodge that surprised not just the Lizardman but her as well, she managed to avoid the attack. Reacting on nothing but instinct alone, Lorelai gripped her weapon with both hands and leapt upwards while swinging it. When she came down once more, she did so followed by the enemy's gargantuan corpse, a single charred gash across the front of its neck.

"I…Ha! I did it!" As if forgetting where she was and how many other enemies resided in the seemingly endless army of cold-bloods, the Sith rookie threw both arms up in victory.

Nohr

   "Thirty-seven…Forty-one…forty-three…forty seven…"    The numbers came muttering out of the priest's mouth as Jeridan's maneuver led him and Foxy through a horde of the clones that could destroy him just by coming into contact with him. Even though his job here was not yet done, he could allow himself to breath the slightest sigh of relief once they had nearly all been destroyed.

Nearly.

While Jeridan and Foxy landed upon the earth, Pucci felt himself wrenched away and upwards into the air, against the flow of    gravity    and towards a single remaining copy—one with his Stand out. But rather than Whitesnake, this extradimensional fabrication had a green and white phantom with arrows across its body pointed every which way. The man zoomed towards the clone with more speed than could be achieved by their typical attraction force alone, hurtling towards his certain doom.

This needed to be now or never.

In a final, desperate attempt to end this madness, Whitesnake separated from Pucci and fell the opposite direction of its user, down towards Dragaron. As it plummeted ever further towards at the ground, it reached a single hand out and plunged its fingers into the dragon's goopy skin, fishing for a disk.

One way or another, this would be his final attempt.

Glacial Rift

The first to leap at the Lunagaron takes the creature by surprise, cutting into her side. She anticapates the second, turning to it and attempting to snap her jaws down onto it in midair, at which point she'd begin to violently shake and thrash it about. The third she does not expect, though without looking, she beats her tail side-to-side and against the ground in an attempt to hit the unseen foe after it had already attacked.

Elsewhere, Luin began to back away as a Giaprey closed in on her. The woman flipped one of the small pots in her hands, shaking her head at the approaching predator. "Not today, bitch!" Before it got too close, she threw the projectile to the ground below the white raptor; where the barbs of a Rathian would explode outwards from the pot and hopefully up into the enemy's hide to inject a deadly poison.

Glacial Rift

The Giaprey in Lunagaron's mouth screeches and flails as it gets thrashed around, the third one meanwhile getting tail smacked but recovering soon enough. In an attempt to free their comrade the two remaining ones both pounce on Lunagaron to claw at her until the Fanged Wyvern relents.

Meanwhile, not really knowing what the fuck Luin tossed at it, the Giaprey continues advancing on her only to get turned into a toxic pincushion by the Rathian barbs. It limps forward to try and get her anyway but it's obvious if it misses it will just collapse on the ground afterwards.

Sebastien avoids the strike of his own Giaprey opponent, slicing into its side with his dual blades as it goes past him. It snarls and tries to whip around and hit him with its tail in the process but he rolls under it.

Beatch

"Damn, that sounds rough." Murasa says, understating things. "Have you tried talking to any other gods maybe? I know the shrine maiden is good with seals too but then again she's not the type to do it for free."
