Enter The Arena As Your Avatar -- The Spinoff!

Holding that cylinder, Ben may feel something strange, like the object... does not belong to him. Not merely in so far as it is evident, but a deeper meaning that the cylinder embodies greater than the sum of his ability to personally assign that value. Not that he is not supposed to have it, but that it is borrowed, not truly in his possession. Like the object itself is silently telling him, "I do not belong to you, but I am allowing you to use me"

And alongside that feeling is something else, lingering on the edge of perception, an unmistakable yet distant and impossible to identify sensation.

Whatever these feelings are, they fade the moment the cylinder is out of his hands.

Angel waves her hand as if dismissing the idea that she was offended. "It's alright, not every lesson is taught flawlessly. I've been told much worse things before, trust me.

Angel turns, and begins to walk away.

"Take care. And, do me a favor: Make sure everyone else knows I'm safe. I... may have screwed up on that one."

"Of course. It ought to be a surprise for them, to be sure, but a welcome one."

Ben climbs onto his speeder bike once more and starts it up. Before he leaves, however, he glances back at the departing Angel.

"May the Force be with you, Angel."

With that, he guns the accelerator, and his bike speeds off.

The Soldiers

A swathe of Heavy Infantry is torn up by Vergil's slashes, sent careening into the parts of the ceiling that aren't completely torn open, and the walls of the corridor. The HK units have a durable enough chassis to tank one burst of the slashes, mostly sparks jetting out of their electronic components.

As for the advanced soldiers, Centurions, their armor is able to tank the slashes from Vergil much easier than either the HK units or the infantry. Once Mega Man X fires his charged shots, the Centurions leap to the front of their still recovering allies.

Activating their lightsaber pikes, the combined effort of six Centurions is enough to block Mega Man X's charged shots from finishing off more of his soldiers. Leveling their lightsaber pikes at a defensive angle, they slowly begin to walk backward, covering the recovering soldiers.

Laxin

Laxin's senses alert him to the others aboard, and the fact that they're drawing closer. The dark lord had a strong sense he wouldn't fare well against all of them at once. Dr.Mc Ninja's presence and power are revealed just before he appears behind Laxin, giving the sith ample time to prepare his defense.

Laxin swiftly turned and positioned himself just up against the left-most wall. Deflecting Dr.Mc Ninja's blow with his shoulder armor, but not without its drawbacks. As the blade drew down toward the edge of the armor, it tore off a whole piece. Regardless, hoping to have unbalanced the Doctor, Laxin attempts a stern force-empowered kick to his gut.

Turning to Vergil Laxin lunges forward with a thrusting blow from his lightsaber, followed by a quick combo of strikes. As for Mega Man X, he would notice a very open spot in Laxin's defense to attack him. Although perhaps the robot would think twice about this before leaping into action.

The Nameless King sees Talion jumping, and decides to not let him be Super Mario anymore by propelling himself all the way to Talion. He then attempts to grab and yeet him down to the ground with a powerful throw, aiming to grab the leg!

If he succeed or not, he raises his spear overhead as lightning strike it in multiple places and descend with an harsh strike, intending to obliterate Talion with a potent downward cleave... followed by a intense spreading lightning shockwave!

He then grab some of the lightning shockwave and fashion it into a long, long sword, which he swing twice in wide arcs before it dissipates.

When Ben is gone, Angel looks at the sky.

"...There's a feeling I get... when I look to the west..."

She shakes her head, patting it as if shaking off something.

"Live Legna. They're testing something again. Whatever it is you're doing... if I could stop you, I would. I just want you to know that."

She vanishes from sight.

Baam bows quickly.

He points at Andi.

"Good priorities. I could go for some food myself. Not that I'm hungry or anything, but like. You know. Food!"

"O-oh, thanks!" she says, wrapping the jacket around herself. "Is it going to rain...?"

What the fuck does 'colour of the mind' mean. Is that just a vibe thing?

"There are game shops here?" She facepalms. "Oh, duh! I've gotten so used to there not being anything of the sort back home that I never thought to check here!"

Edge of the World

The Man with the Green Hair's life is hanging precariously: Battered and left bleeding from an earlier fight, he finds himself now at the mercy of a monstrous puppet, with a strong grip around his throat and a vicious set of claws all too close with the various little essential thingies in that part of the body. Left so weak that he can't even try and scratch at the arm holding him, he... laughs.

He couldn't be happier with his situation.

Gee hee hee... To think... he'd half-ass it that bad... urgh... Good thing I have ya around heh buddy? He says, speaking not to the puppet, but to its owner, the Masked Man.

Yes, but then again, completing your ill-thoughts plans is one of my specialties.

Dick... The man spits two teeth and laughs. Man... I'm not even trusting him to carry on his other role. He must be on his way home... chuckling about friendship or courage... dipshit.

Well, it's a good thing that we can just repeat this over and over again then, isn't it? asserts the Masked Man. ... Oh, and it's also a good thing that he's done his part. Your role begins now. He clench his fist and his puppet tears the Man with the Green Hair apart, sending him off to prepare the plan.

The plan...

The Masked Man frowns when he feels an... off feeling in the air. Must be the timeline co... He stops, seeing a stream of... dust? Struck by curiosity, he looks to the side and behold: the fingers of his left hand are vanishing into dust, and it's spreading.

Unknown Subspace

A green-shaped, with a rotten yellow smile, appears in a white void.    Sup, losers! Could say it's a pleasure but I'm too happy to be ly... ?    The Shape's circular eyes narrows when it sees a tall metal-clad man standing over an incredibly wide pool of blood, with a pointy hat resting on top of it. Upon noticing his presence, the being turns around, revealing that it appears to be more like a... red-skinned android, having trapped itself in an intimidating suit of armor, with four gems of various colors on the armor's torso and one on its head.

   Ah, I was waiting for you. Had your partner been off by less than a second, you would've missed this!    the being raises his hand, and a metal spear build itself out of thin-air in front of its man before it grabs the weapon. It then moves incredibly quickly to snatch The Shape by the neck and hoist it up.    And you would've died, knowing nothing... Well, you must still be quite confused!   

   H-h-hold on! Hold on! What the fuck are you?!   

   Your destroyer. That's really all you need to know.    The robot smiles beneath the helmet.    Considering the... mess that this Universe has become, with its intricate timelines and loops, I see it as more of a mercy blow than anything. Like putting down an old dog, unable to even fetch a ball!   

   D-destroying the...

Unknown Universe

The Reaper screams as the Erasure take him, before he can even draw his sword or activate a power-up. His friends dies similarly quickly, none of them having the ability to even understand what's happening. All over the planet, the Erasure destroys all life, the people's perception of time changing somewhat as they all get the time to realize how screwed they are before dying.

Once it's scoured the Earth clean, the Erasure spreads at absurd speed across the universe. Whole galaxies collapse, then their clusters follows them along. Multiple dimensions from this particular universe, where survivors could be seen, are wiped out as well, with terrifying efficiency. Even the godlike machines of this universe are swarmed and destroyed!

Soon, all things fade.

   You won't get it. It's... peace. I'm putting an end to your complicated conflicts and time loops and making you all progress! Let your world be the abyss it was meant to be!    the machine impales the Shape on its spear and hold it up to the sky, as the white void becomes an abyss all around them. Soon, they're both the only things in it with a recognizable shape.

   You're already doing what I want!    sneers the godlike entity, as a purple light devours The Shape.    Begging and dying, with fear in your eyes, like the worm you are.    The Shape screams and pass along, completely destroyed.

Ultron let the Universe meander as a black void, and casually wipe the tip of his spear. Then, he hang back and let it all be.

   Peace, at last... Well, for this particular universe. I've got more coming!    On that note, the machine walks out of a blue portal. And the Universe truly becomes empty with his departure.

All is gone.

Hub Centralis

A limp, lifeless, human-sized beige doll with mannequin-esque detail (or lack thereof) strikes the ground in the middle of a side street. Of all things to call it similar to, it is perhaps most like a crash test dummy, though much less detailed. There is a huge tear in its chest.

"Live Legna! Stop this now! How-"

IT WILL BE IGNORED.

The doll's fall is noticed by one Kamorra, fallen prince and wielder of pretty long boy hair. He's a tall fellow clad in a black suit of armor, albeit pretty practical, with a... green smoky triangle on his chest. He's rocking hell of a cape too!

   ... a doll    He notes, peeking from outside an alley. Curious, he walks over and put his hands in his pockets before remembering he has no pockets.

   looks kind of weird and fucked up and too big and im sure my sister will like it because she wont get other dolls    He grumbles and bend down to pick up the Doll by the neck.    cmere

Vergil moves to invalidate the enemy's efforts to hold the line, striking in a blur with Yamato and a second sword seemingly formed purely out of his own demonic energy, Mirage Edge. He attempts to perform an intricate crowd-control combo: first, to launch the Centurions into the air with two uppercuts, projecting his power outwards to increase the reach of his swords.

If this succeeds, he will then summon spinning energy-swords, literally called "Summoned Swords," to keep the Centurions airborne while also whittling them down, then slip underneath and attack the rest with Mirage Edge, before using a spinning sweep with both blades to hit both the foes in front of him and the Centurions right as they land behind him.

X changes targets as Dr. McNinja gets the wind knocked out of him and crumples to the ground. Transforming into his Rathalos Armor and dashing at high speed, X uses a Great Sword to block the strike intended for Vergil, allowing him to keep mowing down the Mooks. He then promptly retaliates with a brutal overhead cleave - the mighty Overhead Slash of Monster Hunter legend!

Hub Centralis

The Mannequin fell near from where the Professor Layton and Luke Triton appeared just a hour and a half before.

EEEK! Another creepy doll?

It is what it looks. It seems that those dolls are part from a bigger mystery.

Near there, drinking a lemonade from a nearby café, a man is reading a newspaper... The falling Mannequin and the top-hat Professor called his atention, but he doesn't moves, and gets back to his lemonade.

There's a red-headed dude, just grumbling around when he sees the doll and others around it.

"What the fuck?"

He looks over them suspiciously.

Ochimo nods.

They proceed to vibe.

Kamorra will feel, strongly, incredibly strongly, that moving this doll from this spot at this moment will, for one reason or another, result in their instant, unavoidable death.

Other than this... the doll continues to do nothing.

"Was he on the Super Nintendo?"

The Soldiers

The Centurions are ill-prepared for a single opponent as powerful as Vergil, the man able to approach with blinding speed. Their defense crumbles in an instant against him, thrown into the air, and kept there by the blades. The Centurions fight against it but are unable to free themselves.

Vergil then proceeds to blitz through the heavy infantry and the HK droids, tearing into the armor of his human opponents, and obliterating the chassis of the droids. Once the Centurions drop from the ceiling, what remains alive is torn to shreds. The boarding party had been seemingly stopped, beyond Laxin.

Laxin

The sith lowers his lightsaber and raises his free hand toward the great sword, an invisible barrier meeting Mega Man X's strike. A brief flash of purple energy accompanying his blocking of the overhead strike. After doing so, Laxin clenches the hand he had raised for a single moment.

Without giving Mega Man X much time to reposition, he opens his palm, facing it toward Mega Man X. Unleashing a barrage of force energy that, if it landed, would've had precisely the same effect his slash should've had on Laxin. Regardless, he turns his attention to Dr Mc Ninja.

He attempts to end his life with a swift decapitation while he is on the ground, moving in a red blur to his target destination. Fully expecting this to not work, Laxin wastes no time attempting to pull Vergil to him.

If he succeeds, he'll then attempt to pierce his lightsaber through Vergil's chest/back.

Kali 'Wonder Girl' Holiday

"Okay then, let's go first to the hotel. You lead the way since you have a apartment there, and it's gonna get cold somehow so I gave you my jacket." She asked Katarina if she could lead her to the hotel first then she could able to buy any games that the magic academy student would able able to play just to make sure that it really needs to be fun for her. She looked around to see if it is raining or not but realized that it rains a bit so giving Katarina the jacket is working out if she could catch a cold somehow if she didn't give her the jacket. Then she would start being patient in order to finally see the hotel and would start thinking about which games she could buy for her and Katarina.

X gets blasted away by the counter attack, but he manages to launch a fireball from his X-Buster before crashing into the wall.

Dr. McNinja rolls out of the way of Laxin's strike, the lightsaber cutting into his shoulder instead. He gets up and undoes his necktie, trying to wrap it around Laxin's neck.

Vergil gets stabbed through the back, causing his Sin Devil Trigger to dissipate... and then he simply turns his head to look behind him.

"You must not be very familiar."

Turning on his feet, he splits himself open against Laxin's lightsaber in order to face the Sith Lord. Already the wound appears to be regenerating. Vergil's Mirage Edge disperses as he holds up the sheathed Yamato.

"Let's try that again."

He swipes to the side and Yamato disappears, replaced by a set of demonic gauntlets and boots. He throws a series of rushing punches, followed by an upwards leap into a spinning vertical heel kick.

They're outside a hotel. In fact, it's extremely generic. Doesn't even have a name...

Kali 'Wonder Girl' Holiday

The hotel was quite decent because not only is generic at its appearance but weirdly enough, it doesn't have a name and she looked at Katarina with a small faint smile on her face, having to think about what the rooms will look like if she could be fine about this even it doesn't have really great details like how anything works in the hotel, employees, etc. She turned at Katarina, trying to find some questions on her mind either where her room is or she could just have the omurice right now. Then she leaned on the wall near the door of her new room just to ask a question to the magic academy student.

"So, where's your room? Because I could try to check on ya." She crossed her arms, giving her a curious facial expression if she and Katarina would be neighbors to each other.

"Well, the hotel is basically abandoned - since no one is from the Arena after all - so you can just live here however long you like! We'll all pitch in if you need anything."

She points.

"I live across the hall there. 'Tia and her roomies Walker and Lilli live in the room next door. Mr. Peter lives down the hall, with Amoeba guy. Next to them lives the other Mr. Peter and Django. Lady Arche and her sisters live on the ground floor... across from Boyfriend and Girlfriend! Alika and Doropie live on the top floor... Miss Kelly also used to live here, but she had a disagreement with Girlfriend and moved out."

The slash... within the slash, there does not seem to be anything at all. The interior of the doll is, at the very least, completely obscured by absolute darkness.

The doll relents the feeling. It can now be touched. As long as they do not take it far, and as long as they are not violent with it. Investigation, after all, is required.

...And something mirroring this feeling fills the hearts of those surrounding, though in a subtle form, almost difficult to pinpoint as unnaturally induced.

The Skies over Skyrim

An object rips through the atmosphere above skyrim, hurtling down and down, surviving entry. A shooting star or meteor would be a bad omen regularly, but this one isn't just going to burn up. As if seeking out civilization, the object lands a safe distance from whiterun with a reasonable impact...

An even worse omen to the superstitious, however, is when such an object isn't a meteorite.

Samus's Crashed New Gunship, Outside whiterun

Samus Aran awakens from her ship's automatic medical and life support systems, looking around her in the pilot's seat. She's crashed, that's for sure. But her ship still seems active, somewhat.

Wordlessly, she moves to examine her diagnostic systems, noting that her power suit isn't active.

They're online. Best to get the news on the ship first.

Diagnositcs: Online. Electrical systems: Online. Generator: Online. Atmospheric systems: Online. Medical systems, Online. Coordinates system: ERROR. Exterior diagnostics system: Online. Thrusters: Offline. Weapons: Offline. Communications: Offline. Personal Diagnostics: Online. Life support: Online.

Location error, communications, thrusters, weapons offline... Not great, not terrible. Running self Diagnostics.

Gravity suit: OFFLINE. Grapple Beam: OFFLINE. Power bombs: OFFLINE. Bombs: OFFLINE. Oh, here we go again. Varia suit, offline. Charge beam: OFFLINE. Space jump: Offline. Speed booster: offline. Plasma Beam: offline. Ice beam: offline. Ice missiles: offline. Super Missiles: offline. Missiles: Offline. Scan visor: Offline. All visors: offline.

This is just fantastic.

Chozo Power suit is completely offline.

Shit. No suit, No communications, no way off this planet, no clue which planet this is... Run atmospheric scans.

Atmosphere consists of about 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen, 0.9 percent argon, and 0.1 percent other gases. Temperature is within safe boundaries for metroid DNA.

At least its earth like, and she won't die of the cold immediately. Well, No sense in staying inside. Samus exits her brand new gunship which she just crashed, In zero suit, unarmed save for some of her metroid dna granted abilities, her combat training, and her self defence pistol.

Samus Has arrived

Upon stepping outside, Samus immediately notes the nearby settlement, whiterun, and heads over to enter it.
