Incineroar leaps off the block and does an Alolan Whip lunge forward, followed by ascending up again and diving through the exit vortex with Cross Chop.

Instantly, Beowulf and Angel vanish, taken through the vortex with the Heel Pokémon, just as the piranhas leap out of the water to try and bite them.

Mario runs to the edge of the block and then stops, waiting for the Shepherds to go in.

RED catches up with a burst of speed and makes one last huge swipe with a fin that stretches and morphs into a clawed arm, trying to strike down at least a couple of the swimmers.

Ryoma glows green for a moment and the other twos decide to hold unto him, deciding to see if something could work.

Astra !

Using Astra's speed enhancement, he begins to swim faster with his arms, covering the rest of the distance and barely avoiding RED while holding unto the grown men and allowing them all to enter the portal.

NLA, Residential

Thranix had to take a moment to recover. His maneuvers took a bit more out of him in the Arena.

He watched Reyna continue to charge, and prepared himself for whatever kind of hit might come from that.

"Not the face!" he joked.

Omega did indeed go flying overhead. He split his 「Stand」 from himself, and tried to catch himself, with... mixed success. He skidded across the ground, and came to a rest at the base of the gilded cloak of Kulve Taroth. He started to get up, then had to do a double take at Kulve.

"Uh... h—... hello?" His voice betrayed a hint of fear, mixed with curiosity. Or at least he would have, if he was not subjected to Ansar's Silence AOE.

Ansar/Lup frowned at the lack of a response from Kulve, and lazily went to block Rbade's shot. The sudden presence of a plushter shot in her face at velocity proved to her that she should probably take this more seriously, as she staggered backwards with smoke rising from her head. Lumasi/Taako was slightly preoccupied with the stage shifting, and as such did not expect the a Grenade Surprise. A guttural hiss emanated from Lumasi's fighter-puppet as he was blasted backwards and knocked prone.

The two of them regrouped, and weighed their options against the group, but did not act yet.

The familiar grassy hilltop and sheer drop gave way to a rock-and-crystal floor, with great arching walls and an open ceiling of the same kind of crystal. That's right! It's the lower area of Confluence of Fates!

Dylan and the Warrior are currently on pause.

Reyna smirks as she continues charging. She uses Power Charge to elevate her charged attack to an additional level.

Rey looks around at the change of scenery in confusion, but with a hint of wonder.

Then Kulve roars and storms towards Taako, aiming to just trample him.

The Shepherds disappear through the vortex.

Mario jumps off the ice cube and does a Mario Tornado for more air-time before falling down towards the water, then suddenly throwing his hat and diving into it to bounce himself into the vortex.

Dracula's Castle

Everyone spills out of the vortex into a pile outside some kind of decrepit old moonlit castle. The previously-red vortex behind them starts rotating clockwise and turns purple. RED's angry roars can be heard, slowly fading away...

As Mario grabs his cap and puts it back on his head, he looks up at the castle in mild awe.

The sheperds grunt and get back up. Ryoma intend to taunt Xander, but get serious when he spots the castle and moves to draw Raijinto.

Mario examines the castle.

He notices faint movement in the windows of the halls.

However, instead of attempting to engage, he turns to the Shepherds and beckons them over.

Melissa's incorporeal spirit descends from seemingly nowhere to meet the group.

They look surprised but approach with little hesitation, though Xander is wary enough to keep looking at the castle.

You clearly have more experience with this place, take the lead as often as you may wish.

He... really doesn't know what to do besides keep pumping out shots.

Mario shakes his head. "It's-a not me with-a the necessary qualifications. We'll-a want to wait a bit. The Belmonts are the-a professionals here."

He then gestures to Melissa's spirit.

The spirit of a fallen love closes her eyes and nods without saying a word.

Supernatural encompasses everything that isn't a weapon or bare hands. It's not as great a boost to a single stat as, say, Magic Attack ^ or Explosion/Fire Attack ^, but it gives that boost to all applicable kinds of attack.

Also, the spirit is freely available to equip. However, once Def is capable of posting on his own again, he will have control of her.

VS Lup and Taako

Omega wouldn't have minded basking in the magnificence of Kulve Taroth's white-gold cloak, or in the shimmering crystalline majesty of the shifted area, but considering that the aforementioned Kulve was charging forward, he decided to save that for later and roll the fuck out of the way. He used 「Skeleton Warriors」 to launch himself clumsily away from the ground. It wasn't a good Stand Leap, but it was a Stand Leap all the same. He switched to his skeletal form middair and fired off a beam of dark energy at Lumasi.

Lup sidestepped two of the shots, but had to block the third as she advanced. Potentially she was open for an attack, but she was also potentially feinting — it was hard to tell. The way that the Phoenixfire Gauntlet was positioned might give the game away, if anyone noticed that.

Taako fired off the Shield spell, causing Omega's dark beam to bounce off and dissipate a few meters away. It did, however, draw attention to one of the hanging crystal pillars in the arena. However, Taako and his controlling spirit didn't have the time on hand to process this before a very large, very golden dragon came barreling towards him. He flew backwards into a crystal wall, limp for a brief moment. He jerkily began to rise out of the person-shaped crack in the wall, like some kind of zombie, as motes of raw magic began to appear around him

Also, I just realized that last round Omega tried to talk, which... should not have worked. Gonna go back and edit that for continuity sake.

Thranix caught his breath, started towards Reyna, and...

promptly tripped over his own two feet. He has a 10 in Dexterity, don't judge him too harshly.

Kulve, not in the mood for tactical thinking, swipes a big claw at Lup.

Rey aims at Taako again and pulls the trigger, receiving a click. He groans as he stops to reload.

Reyna suddenly steps forward, spins around diagonally, and attempts to bring her hammer down hard on the back of Thranix's head with a Charged Brutal Big Bang (while he's presumably either hunched over or down on the ground after tripping).

Shepards Base

Yusuke is currently in his new room, working on a painting of Lucina, whom he's yet to ask the name of. He's working on specific details, putting effort into every hair, every eyelash, using a wide variety of brushes. He's in a bit of a trance. The food which he was supposed to have eaten a while ago remains untouched.

There's a light knock on his door.

Yusuke puts the finishing touches on his painting, and goes to open the door, duffle bag slung over his back, and opens it.

It's Camilla, with an axe slung over her shoulder.

Oh my, it seems that you were ready to leave your den.

Yusuke would fall backwards briefly, not used to, you know, people in armour and with big axes outside of a palace or mementos. He'd get up and brush himself off after that, and then ask "Is something the matter?"

Oh, no need to concern yourself darling. I do not spill friendly blood. she assures, with a disarming smile. However, I was sent to warn you : there are... "Risen" nearby. If you get out of the fort and get past the mine, well, they'll tear you apart. And seeing your viscera will break my heart, too...

She spin her axe a little.

Yusuke would smile, opening up his duffel bag as his outfit suddenly changes in a blue flame. He first takes a sword out of his bag, as a mask resembling a fox forms around his face, and after that, he takes a strange object out of his bag, which might be recognized as a gun. An assault rifle, to be specific. His ultimate persona, Susano-o, Would flare up behind him. He'd smile, saying "I doubt that will be an issue."

The doors opens, and some sheperds leave : Peri, Camilla and Laurent, more specifically. Camilla stops, though, and raises her hand, inviting Yusuke.
