"Bah, I only did it once! And she got away! And also Troa kind of tried to snap my neck like a twig right after for 'failing her', so I'm not really that inclined to try again…"

Primordia

*Part of the land nearby turns a somewhat offputting fleshy shade of red. Something is alive, in one of the worse senses of what life can be, and it seems like something might emerge soon from the fleshy land. Hopefully, whatever comes out of there isn't actively malevolent...*

"That's still an attempt on her life, I'm not going to just brush it off because Sees escaped or coz Troa tried to ice ya. It's not like you even regret it, dammit !"

She stares at the flesh and shrug.

"What else is new ?"

"From what I heard, that detective guy Sees is close with stepped in before things got fatal," BE!Pietro explains to Deez. "Besides, Oca here's not only plotting against Troa now, but unless I've been misinformed, he's also working on helping Ninth."

He looks to Oca.

"Right, you're not exactly an average human, are ya? And seriously, thanks for helping Ninth with her... situation, by the way."

Then the necomer happens, and he glances in the direction of their... unique choice of entrance an eyebrow raised.

"...S'up."

He notices the meat, and his face pales a smidge.

"Huh. Ew."

To Pietro

"Oi, you're welcome. Actually, I've made a bit of… progress, on Ninth's issue."

To Diez

"Why should I regret it? Nothing really resulted from it… and I didn't know at the time that there were… entities which can nullify respawn."

*The fleshy... stuff... continues to exist, growing no less vile as it does, then seems to writhe and wriggle for a few moments before something emerges. Namely, what appears to be some sort of humanoid person, clad in red and yellow cloth and sporting a few black spikes across her hair and outfit. She also seems to have three scarfs on, each one resembling worms - one of which is decorated with yellow spots, and another with more of those black spikes. The new arrival just stares ahead of herself with yellow eyes, taking in the sight of the new and unfamiliar realms, then she breathes in and breathes out slowly as she takes a look down at herself.*

   "...Humanoid. Not what we expected..."   

*She then glances over at the other people. Oca, BE!Pietro, and Deez. The worm scarf things writhe faintly, and her yellow eyes briefly take on a bit of a more menacing look... Then she looks a little curious once she sees that she might have provoked some looks with her arrival.*

   "What? Never seen us Perforators before?"   

"Because you tried to murder her, goddamit !" she says. "How can ya sweep it under the table that easily ? She could have died without the guy !"

Deez looks bothered. "I thought you were super harsh on bad guys."

She shake her head at the newcomer. "Nada."

"Yeesh, I almost forgot how... irrational Deez could be sometimes. Neuff, why the hell didn't you tell her about the whole Oca thing?"

"I wouldn't call Oca evil, per say, though. Hell, next to a sadistic bitch like Troa, he's practically a saint," BE!Pietro replies to Deez. "And if you need proof of that, I'll tell you about Ninth, just so you get a clear picture of why him helping her is a huge deal."

He proceeds to tell the Sister about BE!Neuff, as well as his and BE!Wanda's interactions with her, then turns to Oca.

"Nice! How much longer until the plan's ready to carry out?"

Finally, his gaze flickers to the Perforator, and he shakes his head.

"First I've heard of these Perforators, though I've got a hunch that they're really good at perforating. Got a name?"

To the Perforator

Oca chuckles at the name.

"Um… no. Though I think I did hear about some similar fleshscape lurking in the caverns under the West City Ruins."

To Diez

"Probably because one, I didn't realize that there was a chance to stay dead, and two, where I come from death isn't really what you would call a primal fear, at least for beings with souls."

To Pietro

"Probably not that long, I, uh…"

He rustles through his inventory.

"I have five out of seven Dark Dragon Balls, I guess six since there's two instances of a One Star Dark Dragon Ball. Though, I did kind of have to 'sell out' to get my hands on two of them so quickly, and the last two could be anywhere throughout space and time."

*There's a long pause, then the Perforators shrugs, glancing at Oca for a moment and tilting her head... then she shakes her head, the worm scarfs mimicking the gesture.*

   "For a moment, we thought... no. Must be a coincidence. The Crimson wouldn't be mistaken for just some fleshscape."   

*She then turns to BE!Pietro and frowns, the worm scarfs waving side to side in an almost impatient manner. Her tone of voice shifts somewhat, making a sense of mild irritation clear...*

   "We already gave you our name."   

*There's a pause. Her expression softens again, and she glances to Oca, then to BE!Pietro, then to Deez, and then to roughly about the middle of the group to eye all of them at once. The worm scarfs seem to be moving a little on their own, bored but bound to remain with her for now.*

   "Alright... Clearly none of you are Terrarians. What are you?"   

She looks a bit sorrowful but shake her head.

"Man, I'm still going to get back at ya once Troa is dealt with." she says, annoyed.

"I'm kinda from Earth, name's Diez Tripadora."

"By we, I'm guessing you're talking about yourself and the... sentient organic scarf," BE!Pietro asks the Perforator, an eyebrow raised. "Seriously, though, is your name literally just Perforator? Whatever the case, I'm just your average human with super speed and Chaos Magic. Name's Pietro."

He breathes a sigh of relief when Deez somewhat calms down after hearing his story about BE!Neuff.

"I was about to say, have it out with him after Troa's been dealt with, if that makes you happy."

Finally, he looks to Oca and nods.

"Well, if Wanda and I ever see any of these Dark Dragon Balls around here, you'll be the first to know."

To Pietro

"Thanks. I need the Four Star and Six Star ones, though additional instances of the others probably wouldn't hurt."

To Perforator

"Eh. It might have popped up in Luud or in one of the Mythic Hells, though I'd be hard pressed to actually know that."

"I don't know what a 'Terrarian' is, but I'm a Homo sapiens dimidiatus from Terra."

To Diez

"Eh, sure. I don't see why we have to wait, though. I'm usually up for a fight."

Domon sees Megan's move, giving her a proud smile and a thumbs-up... before Burning Gundam is immediately ensnared in Derak's attack. Since it's bigger than most of the other targets, Derak is applying crushing pressure to the Gundam, which in combination with the blasts raining down on its shoulders is enough to shock Domon out of his Hyper Mode!

Kirby weaves his way around the tentacles easily and gracefully as they lash at him, though he gets so caught up in dodging the tentacles that he gets battered by the blasts. He shouts, "I can fire a seriously powerful attack in an instant, but I'll need at least one partner to do it!"

Taako rolls a natural 20 for Dexterity saving throw. He basically vanishes in a blur of motion, Dragon Ball-style, as the tentacles and ki blasts narrowly miss him time and time again. One tentacle coils around his legs, and he gracefully kicks out of it, in that same motion dodging another blast that lands where his feet would've been had he stayed still. He looks over at the three people attacking the Nihil Spawn. "Yeah, cool. I'll handle the next big guy." The entirety of his Umbra Staff fills with shining orange-yellow light...

Ronald cackles in a high-pitched voice, then leaps high above all the tentacles and even the Nihil Spawn's attack.

   "IT'S A MCROADROLLER!"   

He descends upon Derak's wrist with a gigantic burger underneath him, aiming to crush all the tentacles at their base!

Derak's tentacles refuse to release their grip on the current targets. In fact, they tighten their grip and pull in various directions at once, trying to dismember the Justice League and Burning Gundam!... until the McRoadRoller lands. Not only does that do some damage, but also the spontaneous appearance of a steamroller-sized hamburger is startling enough to Derak that his tentacles loosen their grip, and everyone is released.

The Nihil Spawn loses its legs to John Stewart's light, its head is dissolved from Nicole's Arcane Beam, and finally the rest of it is destroyed by Megan's Shining Talons.

Derak is so surprised, not only by Ronald's attack but by the swiftness and brutality with which his Nihil Spawn are being destroyed, that he forgets to block, and his eyes are pierced by all the attacks aimed at them. It's possible to see some of the component eyes get destroyed by the blasts, carving out portions of the full eyes like a shovel digging up a sandbox.

A third Kaiju!Nihil Spawn descends from Derak's right horn. Taako promptly casts Sunburst right in front of its face. Its whole body fills up with golden light and explodes in a brilliant shower of sparks.

Derak goes berserk at the damage dealt to his eyes. He flies backward some distance from the planet and aims his right hand at it, no longer allowing his arms to rest on the ground.

   "Destroy, destroy, destroy! DEEE-STROOOYYYY!"    Derak blindly fires Destruction orbs all over the battlefield! There are enough of them that everyone is in danger of being hit, but he's also not aiming very precisely, so they can all potentially be dodged... if the fighters want to risk losing the advantage of having a planet to attack him from.

After the blasts are all gone, Derak lowers his right hand, panting in anger, while his left hand's tentacles turn upward to grab the McRoadRoller. Ronald jumps off the burger and lands with an Unnecessary Combat Roll beside his allies as Derak pulls it into space and swallows it whole. Derak's eyes are exposed once more...

"Coz Troa could attack at any time and I don't want to get delayed by my regeneration." she responds.

"Destruction orbs !" yells Vegeta. "Everyone ! Group up to destroy those orbs or the planet is going to be destroyed !" he yells, throwing his arms to his side and then cupping them back in front of him, instantly going Blue as a violent yellow energy orb form in front of him.

Goku does the same, cupping his hands backward and turning Blue himself, a blue light shine across everyone.

"KAMEHAMEHA !"

"FINAL FLASH !" they yell out, as the beams are sent flying, attempting to destroy as much orbs as possible while maybe hitting Derak. Frieza himself look down at the planet and chuckles.

"Why would I care ? I can breath in space." he says, before raising his arms over his head. A violent, red, unstable-looking sphere appears between his palms as he laugh and hurl a powerful projectile towards Derak !

Cabba, meanwhile, join up with Kirby. "Alright, I'll help you !" he says. "What do I need to do ?"

The League attempts to deal with any Destruction orb that pass through the Saiyans's attacks, with Wonder Woman using her indestructible bracelets to their full effect.

*The Perforator turns her attention to BE!Pietro first, each of the three worms now moving and coiling a little around her right arm. They don't necessarily seem to act entirely like an extension of her, more almost seperate but closely-linked organisms...*

   "We... suppose if you want to be technical, they're Perforators, I'm the hive. This is still our first time in a humanoid form. We didn't expect to be arranged this way, simply."   

*She then glances at Diez.*

   "Hm... Earth. Sounds like a name we might know. Might."   

*Then, at Oca. Her eyes narrow a little.*

   "Terra. That's only a few letters away from our world's name. Now we wonder if they're related... Earth, too. Earth, dirt, terrain... Hivemind would probably know, but we don't know if they're here yet, and we don't sense Corruption..."

"Four Star and Six Star... got it. And no problem, man. Anything else I oughta know about these balls?"

BE!Pietro's gaze shifts over to the Perforator.

"Huh... Now I'm actually a little curious about what you normally look like, if this is your first time in a human form. A little, mind you, I'm not in any rush to see you break out a terrifying transformation."

Now freed from the tentacles, Nicole looks up at the oncoming rain of Destruction Orbs and sighs.

   "Give me a friggin' break..."   

Spreading her wings, she unleashes her Arcane Fire Breath at the orbs alongside Goku's Kamehameha and Vegeta's Final Flash, roaring fiercely as she does so.

Pietro conjures up a Chaos Rocket Launcher and fires it at as many Destruction Orbs as possible, then hurls a Chaos Spear at one of Derek's eyes before rolling his own eyes at Frieza's remark.

Wanda, meanwhile, fires an Arcane Beam at the orbs in a sweeping arc.

"That's a good point, though I would be more worried about Ninth. Her hands are still a little tied at this point, and she's a mite stronger than Troa."

To Perforator

"Pretty sure 'Terra' is just another word for Earth: Our planet used to be called Earth, but changed to Terra because another planet wanted to be 'Earth' for culturo/religious reasons and because we got sick of hearing cracks about 'Planet Dirt'."

To Pietro

"Uh… don't let anyone super evil get them. I haven't tried it myself (though I kind of want to), but apparently you can just absorb them for a minor power boost; and if you get defeated while holding it in you, it'll force you to go through something called a 'Dark Evolution'. So yeah… try not to let Troa get any."

He senses the epic battle going on far away, and turns towards it.

"Huh. Feels like a party is going…" He turns toward Pietro. "Hey, is that another you over there?"

*Perforator frowns even more at Oca.*

   "If that's true, then... hmm... We, as in us and you, might be from different variants of the same world. Sort of. We aren't sure. It's an idea."   

*She then turns to BE!Pietro and just... grins. In a very unnerving manner.*

   "Nnn... Well. No spoilers, but imagine what would happen if, say... some elder god like Cthulhu or related kin died, his brain lived on independent of him, and a world-eating worm decided to burrow into that brain-organism like a type of parasite... That's about what we normally would look like. Maybe we'll show you..."   

*Beat.*

   "...Another time. We should probably see where we've ended up first. We can't do anything about the Crimson we brought with us, but if you plant sunflowers around it, it can't grow past them... Toodles~"   

*And without another word beyond the ominous nature of what she's just revealed, the Perforator turns and straight-up jumps back into the red fleshy matter, soon vanishing out of sight to some other part. No doubt off to go look around...*

Megan feels as though her reserves of mana have barely been used, even after using Shining Talons. She figured that was an effect of being in Super Mode, and didn't really have the time to investigate further as orbs of destruction rained down from the heavens. She drew both beam swords from their slots, and charged them with some more of her mana, causing the beams to take on a more... interesting◊ shape. The beam parts are warped to look like the blade of that sword, if that wasn't particularly clear.

She held the short blade in a reverse grip, and dashed under the hail of destructive energy back to the rest of the fighters. Upon seeing the Burning Gundam getting crushed, she said, "DOMON! Are you alright?"

Wait, he'll be fine even if he dies.... Ah fuck, she thought to herself.

New Los Angeles — Residential District

"...Alright. I definitely seem to have gotten lost now."

A sigh, then a glance around the area. Empty... for now, at least.

A few steps to a restaurant. Then back, with a soft sigh.

The newcomer is silent for a moment, but he soon tucks his hand into his coat, pulling out a peculiar aluminum bag, and then taking out a straw and poking a hole in said juice bag, before relaxing and taking small sips.

Burning Gundam staggers, but Domon forces himself to stand back up. "I'll be fine!" He draws Burning Gundam's laser sword, slicing through the air around him to dispel as many orbs as he can. He says to Frieza, "Not all of us can breathe in space, and there's no way you can beat this guy alone," then begins powering back up to Hyper Mode.

Kirby instructs Cabba. "You just have to build up energy, then fire off a charged attack at the same time as me. Got it?" He waits for Cabba to start powering up, then begins charging his own attack.

Everyone's combined efforts prove to be enough. Derak's assault fails to even touch the planet.

Pietro's Chaos Spear and Frieza's Death Ball manage to destroy Derak's right eye entirely, revealing an empty socket from which darkness billows out like a fog. Black tentacles extend from his eyelids and merge together, and in no time the empty socket has been replaced by a smooth patch of skin.

Derak's retaliation is simple. The darkness consuming The Land of Eternal Night thickens, somehow turning even darker. The effect is two-fold.

First, all who cannot pierce the veil with light will be helplessly blinded and deafened. Second, anyone lacking some kind of protective layer around their entire body (basically everyone except Domon and Megan, whose Gundams' visual systems will be blocked but they'll still be able to see each other over their commlink) may also find themselves suffocating, as if they had been trapped in an airtight room.

"B... buddy..." Kirby gasps out. The Star Dragoon is emitting enough light that neither he nor Cabba are blinded, but he still seems to be running out of breath. "Fire... on three. One, two... three!"

Provided Cabba does everything right, his blast and Kirby's star shot should both turn into sparkling waves of rainbow energy, which will merge together into an extremely powerful Final Flash-like blast called Team Star Allies!

« Yeah, she is strong as fuck. Though she has yet to attack so she might be for last resorts. Could we bait her with seafood ? » she joke

« Jesus Christ that sound so wrong. » she says over to the description.

« Humph ! Regenerating means that Ill just enjoy myself even more, tearing you apart ! »

He toss in two enormous energy blast with a slashing motion, threatening to deal large cuts to Derak.

On the planet, pretty much everyone amongst the Saiyans and the league is suffering, except Green Lantern, who create a protective layer for himself, Pietro and Flash.

« You two ! I’ll make a path, we’ll take the high grounds ! »

« Racing ha to the top, blue guy ! »

John promptly start to create a green path to make it off the planet, carefully making sure to keep air within, as Flash move to rescue people, using his fantastic speed to bring them to safety.

« Alright Buddy ! » manage to say Cabba, as he fire a SSJ 2 Garluc Gun, watching in awe as the beam combine with Kirby and head towards Derak. Afterwards, Flash move in to try to help him and Kirby

BE!Pietro simply watches as the Perforator departs.

"Huh... well, she was definitely something."

Shaking his head, he looks back to Oca.

"Don't worry, letting Troa or any of the other major scumbags around here get their hands on them is the last thing I plan on doing."

"Though, absorbing one for a power boost does sound like it'd come in handy... of course, five bucks says a Dark Evolution can't mean anything good, so consider that idea nixed."

Seeing as Oca had detected the battle raging in the distance, he briefly glances towards Sylvalum, then returns his attention to the cyborg Saiyan. Before he can reply to the comment about the "other him", he takes a moment to check his phone after hearing it go off.

"Well, I'd stick around, but I've gotta go meet up with Wanda. See ya!"

After bidding farewell to Oca and Deez, he dashes off.

New Los Angeles

The newcomer might just spot Erik reading a book nearby.

Blinded, deafened, and suffocating from the effects of the darkness, Nicole eventually reverts to back to her normal form as she collapses to the ground, coughing and gagging.

"...The hell... is going on here?!"

Thankfully, the Flash manages to pull her to safety, where she takes deep, gasping breaths of air. Afterwards, the Arcane half-dragon glances at the sight of Cabba teaming up with Kirby and grins at him, then starts running up Green Lantern's path while charging an Arcane Blast.

Having been forced to land by the sudden increase in darkness, Pietro is just about to act when Green Lantern's conjures up protection for himself and Flash.

   "Okay... I was gonna fly back up there, but sure, I can get behind your plan."   

He smirks at the Scarlet Speedster.

   "You're on!"   

After using his own speed to pull Wanda and anyone the Flash might've missed to safety, he dashes up GL's path. His sister, on the other hand, opts to merely walk up said path, preparing a spell as she does so.

"Alright, good. And, uh, bye."

"still ticked off i had to sell out…"

To Diez

"I'd bet she's doing everything in her power to sabotage Troa while not obviously working against her: I'd bet that includes kind of avoiding actually confronting her enemies."

"Hmmm… could I fight her…"

He starts counting on his fingers.

"One million… times fifty… times one and a half… times ten… times eight… Yeah, I could get up to that order of magnitude, and this place's power-scale fuckery should do the rest."
