Fallout 2? More like Fallout 2 bad.
The jet may notice something else approaching, far away at first... and then it(?) zooms right past, barely missing and possibly knocking it off-course from its sonicboom. It's loud enough that the people on the ground should be able to hear it somewhat.

Woah, what the-? She(?) turns around, transforming in the same motion, into some kind of mecha-girl(?), and skidding to a halt in mid-air. She then searches the direction the... whatever? has probably gone in, with both her visual and other sensors.

*EN proceeds to get a little distracted by the light, staring at it curiously while her minigun continues to be aimed at the snake. Then, she turns to the man first.*
"Oh. Didn't see ya there. Sorry, mate."
*Then, to Velvet.*
"Ya sure? There's a purple snake and a white light... I'm not exactly getting the feeling that something good's gonna happen, ya know?"
*After a moment, she turns back to keep her eyes on the snake, as well as the white light now. Her minigun's still spun up, but she clearly doesn't really know what to do just yet. Maybe she'll start firing if someone can get her to do so...*
The fact that only 140 characters are allowed here is honestly so disappointing to me.
SAKI's sensors may or may not be able to keep up with Mikhael, given that he's moving in ways that a normal flyer of any kind should not be able to do, zipping in sharp, erratic turns at supersonic speeds. If her sensors are powerful enough, she'd be able to see his wings spread out... except they're not flapping, or in fact moving at all, at least externally.
The Vagrant
The man just tilts his head at the snake curiously, and then tries to... poke it. Then again, his regeneration may neutralise any potential threat if the snake is venomous.
At the same time, he turns to look at EN.
"Anyway, who are you? I'm Ezleni."

Despite the speed, she should be able to get a basic lock on him, although keeping it with the sharp movements may be another matter. She charges an aura of blue-white energy...

The snake hiss again and leap to try to burrow into his skin, breaking through his finger if he's too slow and quickly crawling up inside his arm.

Psychic Mechanical Implement
Konngara watched the events unfold, simply sitting on the bench in wait.
*Beat. Once EN's noticed that the snake's started lunging, EN proceeds to start firing at it, hoping that she manages to bring the snake down before it can get an opportunity to bite Ezleni. While in the middle of firing, and maybe accidentally shooting him in the arm a few times too if he's not careful, she responds very quickly, her mistrust of the snake apparently making her a bit more hasty than usual to try to act.*
"Yes hi there Ezleni my name's EN-913 but you can call me EN and careful there that snake is trying to bite you"

Mike doesn't seem to care about SAKI for the moment. He suddenly stops in midair like all the velocity was sucked out of him, and begins free-falling, head first and wings partially tucked in. He's still as a statue until he's only a few meters above the ground, when he suddenly looks a lot more alert and kicks sideways, quickly redirecting his momentum and cutting through the group, letting out a wild, exhilarated laughter as he darts by.
He's clearly enjoying himself.
The Vagrant
Ezleni curses when the snake tries to burrow in, looking very alarmed and backing off quickly, his eyes wide... and he then proceeds to fire off some Eye Beams at it. Thankfully for him, he's close enough to get a decent chance of hitting the creature. It's not perfect accuracy, but it's still decent.
"Nope, you're not burrowing into me!"
Then, he also has his arm get a good amount of bullet holes, though his wounds also quickly regenerate.

At pretty much exactly the same time, SAKI blurs into a streak of blue-white light, even faster than her jet mode, though by no means instant, taking a few moments of rapid motion to reach a point a few dozen meters from where she'd first detected and locked onto Mike. From there, she quickly spots him... and smiles a little as she realizes what he's up to.

It's ultimately driven off and hiss loudly, it seems to be attached to something deep below the ground.
The white light is almost blinding.

Velvet get swooched by a flying Mike and a blue streak while aiming her pistol at the snake. "...What the heck?" She then gets the light in her eyes. "Urgh..." She takes out a cover out of nowhere and makes it lie on the lightsource to dim the light.

*With the snake having been driven off for now, EN seems a bit more relaxed, her minigun slowly winding down and stopping soon enough. Then, she shifts her pose around to a slightly more casual one, the minigun retracting into her body smoothly despite the fact that it should not even be able to fit in her arm.*
"Well, hopefully that's that. Good thing ya can heal..."
*Since the light is so darn bright, EN's solution to it is to hold up her hand between the lightsource and her eyes. That should hopefully work, right?*

"Yeah... that's been pretty much the only thing keeping me alive," Ezleni admits sheepishly, staring at where the snake was, and giving Velvet a thumbs-up when she covers up the light source, still mostly wary of the snake.
"We should be careful..."
His eyes seem to have turned gold, notably.

Divine Burden
The earth shakes and open itself in two as a a giant purple mass covered in scales burst out of the ground, the snake being only a tiny part of its enormous body.
It has a white and blac, orb within its mouth, which is promptly crush to create an enormous white shockwave, enveloping the Arena within Frozen-Time, basically pulling off The World on everyone;
As time is frozen, the enormous snake just look on at its target, its salivas drops being way bigger than cars, it looks at Mike and sneers, same result for SAKI.
EN is ignored, so is Velvet, and its gaze ultimately sets on the hero. As the time-stop ends, it attempts to wrap the end of its tail around him.
People are now suddendly facing an enormous purple demonic snake, with eyes so big, they might as well looks like green suns.

Mike abruptly stops not far from the group, hovering and looking at the light. 'Looking', really, since he's closing his eyes, and a thin greyish fog surrounds him as he tucks his wings in completely, the frames forming the edges of his cape.
Meanwhile, a hut behind him suddenly explodes without warning - it looks like that's what he dumped all that kinetic energy into. The time stop inexplicably happens in the middle of the explosion.
As he looks at the giant snake, eyes open again, Mike draws his scepter without missing a beat and jerks it into a bow, though he doesn't attack.

Ezleni does get wrapped in the creature's tail, just looking somewhat confused when the creature does that to him, though he seems mostly relieved that he's the one targeted and not somebody else.
"...Sheesh, still have a grudge on me?"
His eyes are still gold, as he smiles faintly, something starting to take form behind a tree.
