Where though? If 616 Otto had any living relatives I feel we would have seen them by now.
Best illustrated when Spider-Gwen met 617 Gwen Stacy.

Of note: there is, in fact, a female Doc Ock in the 616. Her name's Carolyn Trainer◊. She was a thing back in the 90's, when the Clone Saga was in full swing.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.No wonder she didn't catch on.
Wake me up at your own risk. She still shows up, but as a minor villain or henchwoman.
And she just calls herself Lady Ock.
She also showed up in the current Spider-Man animated series.

Kn-Ock-offs never seem to take off. Still waiting for Carlyle to make another appearance.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Trainer has made more appearances than Carlyle at least. She was also the main Doc Ock in the Spider-Girl earth.
Shattered Dimensions also had a female Doc Ock as an enemy for 2099 who was apparently exclusive to the game.
This song needs more love.Mainly because there wasn't a Doc Ock 2099 at the time. They introduced one in the recent Spider-Man 2099 book though.
Speaking of Liv, anybody else get the impression she was just using Fisk for an agenda of her own? Wonder if that'll be explored in the sequel.
She obviously knew that any version of Fisk's wife and kid they brought into their universe wouldn't survive for long.
The clear ulterior motive is why I like her so much. One of the best parts of any version of Doc Ock is always the fact that, no matter what they're doing or who they're "working for," there's always something ulterior there, a ruthless and conniving, mad sciencey motive that makes them even worse than whoever they're with in some ways.
Liv couldn't give two shits about Fisk's family. It's all about the science.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. That definitely feels like a jumping-off point for a sequel. Not an outright Sequel Hook, but a hanging thread they left in case they got a chance for a sequel - which they almost certainly will at this point.Side Note Can totally see the sequel following the Spider-Heroes discovering Liv escaped to another reality during the final battle and is up to no good there.

Though since the sequel will focus on Miles and Gwen, i'm not sure she'd be the main villain.
Well who knows things could change.
The sequel is still in pre-planning so possible plot-lines might bounce around or evolve into something more.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."×2
Hence why i asked where would she be from?
The one from Spider-Gwen Earth's is Male though bonded to a living octopus.
They made it public though.

Indeed but things can change in production so it’s not an absolute given.
Plus just focusing on the two doesn’t sound very appealing. I mean I like Miles & Gwen but I don’t wanna drop Peter, Noir, Peni, & Porker for romance.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."It's too soon to say they'll be dropped. Noir, Peni, and Porker will likely have the same role as they did in this one in the sequel while Gwen and Peter will switch roles since her relationship Miles will be one of the major focuses.
They also might throw Miguel into the mix.
Where there's life, there's hope.Except if you want her to stay, is has to be one of the earth's with books set in them and again, they're all spoken for in regards to Doc Ocks.
No, she just has to show up from an alternate Earth and decide to stay in 616 for whatever reason. You are making things unnecessarily difficult.
Here, I've figured out a reason: because I said so.

So basically, you want her to be discarded like Caroline Trainer was?
She'll never take Otto's place, so having her in Earth 616 would doom her to obscurity.
And "because i said so" is really much of an convincing argument.
It's too bad Web Warriors isn't around anymore, since she'd be great there. Exiles too, but that's getting canceled soon.

"But you can't just have characters appear from nowhere!" Bullshit. "But then nobody will use her!" I'm sorry, I see Spider-Gwen over there laughing at you. "But Spider-Gwen had a great design and got lots of fans because of it!" Yes and so does this version of Doc Ock and I'm already seeing fans of hers online. "But you can't just put comic characters that you want into stuff!" Why not? It's literally what fiction is there for.

Yeah, Black Cat could really use a revamp of some kind. Her role as a cat burglar love interest has been played out for decades now. As a true villainness, I find her to be more interesting because she's at least feels more distinct from her more popular, more interesting DC counterpart.
Although, the 90s Spider-Man animated series did a pretty good job of making me care about her and she was an anti-hero there. But then again, I haven't watched it since I was a kid so I don't know if there were any bad implications that I missed.
