Are there any minigames that are just straight-up impossible to complete with any character?
Hey, that’s awesome! Any comfortable non-Apple wired headphones I’ve had are long lost.
Oh that's super handy.
I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that'll work well with playing the Switch in bed.
Although I wonder if it effects the battery life of the Switch while using them?
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobNo, every Microgame can be completed with any character. It's actually kind of fascinating how every Microgame has the same layout for every character even though the playstyles vary drastically. There is however one character-game combination I've found to be not just difficult but frustratingly inconsistent: Muscle Out playing as 9-Volt.
9-Volt in general is incredibly inconsistent, because in quite a few games, if you mistime the Yo-yo once you're screwed because you won't have time to wait until he's back in position, and it happens quite a bit because the hitbox on the yo-yo is so narrow.
Reaction Image RepositoryI thought I saw in gameplay that you can manually switch 9-Volt's direction. I might be thinking of another character, though.
I have a pair of wireless headphones that could also be plugged in the traditional way. So maybe I can test that out.
I somehow lost my wireless headphones so RIP me I guess.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?It suddenly occurs to me that it would also be fun to play Smash Bros’ soundtrack mode through my car speakers.
Switch Bluetooth audio only supports SBC codex.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."No you don't understand. Yes, 9-Volt turns every Microgame into a precise timing challenge with little to no room for error, but Muscle Out is the only one I know of where you can hit the intended targets but have the physics completely fail you and lose.
You hit the middle...it falls down
You hit to the right it falls further left
You hit to the left it falls further right

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.True. I honestly haven't used him enough to know all the ins and outs of how he works.
@PMC: If you use his yo-yo to grab a ring, you can choose which way he'll go when you release him, but if you're already moving there's no way to turn without hitting an object.

Reaction Image RepositoryYou want a cheap trick to boost your consistency? Use pause the moment you're told what to do. Gives you a chance to figure out a plan and not just hope to blindly run into the solution.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences."Hit the left side to make it go right, hit the right side to make it go left" is generally the rule for 9-Volt in games where he needs to push things sideways, that's why I always aim for the conspicuous outstretched leg in Muscle Out, but it doesn't work consistently. Sometimes I hit the biggest bodybuilder and he launches straight into the air and lands back right-side-up, sometimes I hit him and he topples but slides just barely enough that he falls over without hitting the bodybuilder next to him, sometimes I hit him and he falls onto the bodybuilder next to him but doesn't knock him over.
My Nintendo mission integration in the 13.0 code.
- “Update Dock” was added under System in System Settings for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch – OLED Model systems, allowing for software updates to Nintendo Switch docks with a LAN port.
- “Maintain Internet Connection in Sleep Mode” was added under Sleep Mode in System Settings.
- Note: Systems that are not updated to version 13.0.0 or later behave as if this setting is enabled.
- The method to initiate “Calibrate Control Sticks” in System Settings was changed.
- Users can now view whether their wireless internet connection is using the 2.4 G Hz or 5 G Hz frequency band under “Connection Status” after selecting Internet in System Settings.
Also, apparently, they increased the tweet length when sharing images to Twitter. It was on 140 characters for the longest time, even after Twitter started increasing Tweet length, until today.
Goddammit, Schezo... || *insert incredibly thirsty copypasta about Dr. Ratio*Man, that block puzzle microgame in Crygor’s set can eat all the dicks in the world, especially on high speeds.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”Hmm... so when do you think the next direct will be announced. I get the feeling that we won't get the direct until after Metroid Dread is released.
Well, you’d expect Nintendo to do it this week, since Wario Ware has been out since last Friday, but apparently not.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”Well, this year's Tokyo Game Show is on the 30th, so if they want to do a Direct before then, they have the entire rest of the month to do so.
The 30th is a Thursday and I reckon they'll want it to be close enough to the launch of Metroid Dread to build up the hype. So I reckon the 29th or 30th.
I am also aware of the futility of trying to predict Nintendo; as such, I stress this is speculation, not prediction.
Ukrainian Red CrossAn FCC listing for a new Switch controller was discovered. People think it's for a new NSO addition like the NES or SNES controllers you can buy. (The wireless SNES controller was model HAC-042 and the listing is for HAC-043.)

Back on Warioware: Get it Together, just got my hard copy today. And when I was introduced to 9-Volt, I immediately understood why he's bottom tier in this game.
