I have heard similar. Sub-720p, but solid 60 fps.
Sub-720p sucks, but a high framerate matters way more than visuals in a fighting game. TV mode should at least be better there.

Bulletstorm is hitting the Switch as the Duke of Switch edition. Why Gearbox thinks this is a good move, I have no clue. Then again, from what I saw on Twitter, the Borderlands 3 announcement was rather "meh", as well...
Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — UnknownI would assume TV is 720p. There’s very little reason for it not to be.
It reeks of Gearbox wanting to trying to squeeze every penny out a game that's never terribly impressed in sales and throwing it on a console without much competition in the genre. That they announced this the same day the announced a Borderlands HD remake that wasn't coming to Switch suggests they're either ignorant or apathetic about what most fans of the company would actually want coming to the console.
They already tried porting Borderlands 2 to a system that couldn’t really handle it. I would rather they not try again.
If the Switch can't handle Borderlands 2, then the developers of that port are a lost cause.
Is it Panic Button? Because Panic Button ported Warframe and it's amazing on Switch...
I'd love Borderlands 2 on Switch, but only if it could actually handle it.
Reaction Image RepositoryThe Vita version of Borderlands 2 was developed by Iron Galaxy Studios. They've done Switch port work for Skyrim and Diablo III, so I'm gonna chalk the Vita version of Borderlands 2 to be an anomaly. If they were the ones to do work for Borderlands 2 on the Switch I'd have faith that they'd do a good job of porting it
RE Joycon Drift: From what I've seen around Reddit, that problem can easily be fixed with some WD40 or something equivalent.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! For me, cleaning under the joysticks with a compressed air can helped quite a bit as well.
Reaction Image RepositoryOh. I'll try that then.
One Strip! One Strip!Game Xplain talks about the showing of the Mortal Kombat XI Switch port at PAX East.
- Very smooth 60 fps, but need to measure to make sure.
- Impressive looking which is why they felt strange when they weren't able to film footage.
- Obviously not on par with other versions.
- All gore still there.
Did people think they would cut the gore from Switch? It’s not 1992 anymore. Doom is on Switch now.
Something I've been wondering: how strong is the Switch? Like, compared to the Wii U, Wii, 3DS, and the various X Boxes and Playstations. I'm not entirely sure how "power" is measured with gaming consoles, so I'm curious how "strong" the Switch is compared to the others, how big of a step up it is from the Wii U, etc.
Very basic googling says it’s only slightly more powerful than the Wii U, which was slightly better than the Xbox 360 and PS 3.
sooooo two Wii U's duct taped together.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Consider that Breath of the Wild was released on both consoles, and the differences between the two were largely in the resolution (900p on a docked Switch vs 720p on the Wii U) and the quality of the game's environmental noises.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805Hearing that the Switch version of Bloodstained is kinda crappy. Runs at 30fps, looks muddy, and there's input delay.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Bloodstained itself looks kinda crappy, honestly. It looks like it runs worse than SOTN, which is what, 20 years old? 21?
Sprite and rendered models are not comparable.
Where there's life, there's hope.I’m talking from a gameplay perspective. Every trailer I’ve seen makes the game look sluggish.
It's copying Symphony's gameplay cadence but isn't well animated enough to make its slower pace look good.
Symphony in turn was copying the old school Castlevania titles which were slow mostly by necessity but designed with that speed in mind, like Bloodstained hopefully is but might not be.

Hearing that the port of Mortal Kombat 11 runs at 60fps even in handheld mode.
