"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Now, if that new microSD card would come down in price a couple hundred bucks, I would happily buy one.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Not sure how new this is, but FF 7 is now up for prepurchase in the eShop for $16.
In related news that's actually new, X/X-2 and 12 are also now up for prepurchase at $50 each (and if you want them on a more American console, well, Major Nelson announcing preloads are up for the Xbox about 20 minutes ago is what made me check the eShop...).

Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — UnknownThen you might be the last person to call it.
This has been assumed for the better part of a week, when the official Pokémon You Tube channel started posting a “Visit Kanto/Johto/etc.” video every day leading up to tomorrow.
It's only going to be 7 minutes long according to NOA's twitter.
Normally they'd probably drop a title and run like they've done in the past but as it's probably going to drop around the start of Pokemon day and a Nintendo Treehouse Q&A not long after that, maybe we'll actually learn something about it.
2pm GMT, 7 minutes long. Standard mini-Direct.
Ukrainian Red CrossJust as a refresher: the X and Y Direct and the Pokemon 20th anniversary Direct (where Sun/Moon were announced) were 11 and 6 and a half minutes long respectively. Both of which had a montage showing off the history of the series.
The X and Y Direct also had a minute and half gameplay trailer and much of its time was taken up by Iwata talking (which really slowed down the pace).
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Neither were immediately followed by a nearly week-long live event dedicated to Pokemon, though.
I don't expect the Direct itself to be much of anything but in the following days, especially given the Nintendo Treehouse will host a Q&A that same day, we'll probably see something.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Was this ever mentioned here? It's a more-than-likely Japanese-only Harvest Moon crossover with... Doraemon? The Popolocrois game was odd enough.

Doraemon is massive over in Japan so it's not that weird.
Doraemon is pretty huge. It's on the list of highest-grossing media franchises with 7.25 billion dollars to its name, beating out Bleach, Puzzles and Dragons, and Sailor Moon.
And it's been around forever if I recall.
Before there was Pokemon for that series that's been around since you were a little kid, there was Doraemon.

One Strip! One Strip! That doesn't make it not weird. It is a weird idea. A potentially profitable one? Sure. But it's still weird. Doraemon doesn't bring to mind idealic countrysides and farming.
You were taken from us far too soon Monty Oum.
