I'd vote for Digital Deluxe also. I bought the regular Digital edition, but then ended up buying whatever I was missing. Should have saved money by going the full mile.
It probably should be mentioned that with the standard digital edition, you only get the human members of Starlink plus Fox, and the other three members are required to get most of their respective upgrades in the Equinox.
I was going to get M+R but the version being sold at Walmart with the Season Pass is already out of stock. I'm actually surprised at how many games the Switch has since I remember kind of writing the console off as anything but my machine for Splatoon and Smash Bros.
I have no idea why so many people think the Switch has no games when new games keep getting announced for it all the time. According to Wikipedia, there are over 1,300 titles for the system available as of October 2018.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Nintendo had no games since N64 obviously.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Propaganda spread by Sony and Microsoft fanboys, perhaps.
N64 took forever to get games, Wii had a lot of shovel ware if I recall, and nobody cared about the Wii U.
Combine that with companies being reluctant to develop for nintendo on principle at times and it adds up to people assuming the Switch is the same.
That being said, Handsome Rob does not have his finger on the pulse of Video Game news, so I could be totally wrong about this. Feel free to correct me
One Strip! One Strip! Some people don't count ports for whatever reason. As far as I'm concerned games are games and nobody owned a Wii U, so Tropical Freeze is worth as much as Star Allies, Dark Souls and Diablo III are big releases (especially the latter), and there were no droughts either from Nintendo themselves or quality third parties in general.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. The Port attitude might be due to those who own both systems.
After all, if you have it for Playstation (insert number here) and then it comes out for Nintendo Game Wii U Switch-tyfour, your still gonna favour the version you already have right?
....You know, I'd probably chuckle if Nintendo came out with a Nintendo Game Wii U Switch-tyfour. The entire idea is ridiculous.

One Strip! One Strip! The Wii had a lot of shovelware, but that's not a problem in and of itself. The PS2 had landfills worth of shovelware, and it has one of the best game libraries. The Wii was just lacking in good third-party support.
And there's not much reason to take complaints of the Switch not having games that seriously. It's not a Nintendo-exclusive thing, people accuse the PS4 and Xbone all the time of having no games. Ever since the 'PS3 has no games' meme saying that a console has no games has been the go to complaint for not enough games you're interested in coming out recently. Some people will even say that PC has no games.
The Switch has the best first year library of any console in the last couple of decades, and it's only getting more and more titles, 3rd party or otherwise, as time goes along.
It's the only relevant Nintendo console right now, too, so that means it has the most extensive list of exclusives on the market by default.
I kinda feel that way. Since I already have high-powered gaming PC, why would I bother buying Doom (2016) on a weaker system? There are good reasons to buy ports for the Switch, especially for indie games where there's no real performance difference, but still. Of course, even if you ignore the ports, the Switch has lots of original content, so who knows.
Anyway, Warframe Switch port officially launches tomorrow at 11 am EST. Do we have to pay for the Switch internet already, or is that coming later? I want to at least try this on Switch before I buy internet package.
You have to pay now, but there's a 7 day free trial for the service.
I'm probably just gonna have to buy the service since Smash is coming and I'm getting a Family Package to share with some friends.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Switch 6.2 update is out. So much stability.

So I have a question with Singapore/South East Asia eShop. Does it accept non-Singaporean cards? I know US eShop accepts non-US but Japan eShop doesn't. If it doesn't, where can I instead buy Singaporean eShop cards?
I'm mostly asking because of SRW T.
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life.Non-American cards have worked with my console no issue. Except I couldn't get an gold points for my physical copy of Okami, but that's about it. Don't know why Japan is different, never had the issue with Europe
I've heard that card payments in general aren't common in Japan, and people use cash more often. Whether the prevalence of cash is a cause or result of lack of card infrastructure is unclear.
Ukrainian Red CrossI thought it was more of Japan's belief in "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" mindset.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order. It doesn't really have to do with Japan's reliance on or infrastructure for credit cards, Japanese companies just generally don't like to take foreign cards. They don't want to deal with them because of things not wanting to giving customer service to someone who doesn't speak Japanese, or because foreign cards numbers are more likely to be stolen numbers. And when talking about digital goods like downloaded games, they generally all have contracts saying that they can only be sold to customers living in Japan, and a seller could hypothetically be penalized if they were found to be knowingly selling to foreigners, so not taking foreign cards helps with that.
@Discar: From what I can tell, Warframe only uses a Switch Online membership for the save data backup service. Otherwise, it's free to play and can use headsets, just like Fortnite.
Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — UnknownWell, I'm downloading it right now, so we'll see.
Upon doing research, it seems Nintendo has no "Asian" e-Shop, and instead those "Asian" versions use the store of the card's region for DLC (i.e. Taiko Asian is JPN, so it will use the DLC there). Looks like I have no need to search for Singaporean e-Shop cards.
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life.Damn, they're making the hackers put effort in.

Mario + Rabbids is a pretty solid turn-based tactical RPG. The Rabbids are surprisingly not annoying as you'd think they are, and the strategic elements of the game are pretty solid in terms of giving you lots of options in how you want to play. The only aggravating thing is that there's a degree of Character Select Forcing; you always have to have Mario and at least one Rabbid in your party at all times, which prevents you from using certain setups.
