"Woops. Sorry, G-man!" laughed Johann Paul Vale, completely ignoring his angry little sister. He then sent a then sent a thumbs-up and an annoyingly sparkly smile at Selene.
"Haaahaha! No problem, Sel! Always happy to help! Now, if you could convince your sister to try out my new machine..."
"Youuu-!" screamed Lena.
"Son, I am so disappointed-!" began Alexia.
...Then Hope arrived.
"Aunt Hoooope!" yelled Johann.
"Wheeeere?!" squealed Lena.
...They promptly glomped her.
Alexia went towards her best friend and smiled sheepishly. "Ummm. Meet my children?"
Casval the puppy licked Hope's cheek.
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism....wait, wha- Any train of thought Hope could have was interrupted by two other people almost knocking her off her wheelchair.
And then a puppy licked her cheek.
...
"...Alex, please slap me. Apparently I need to be woken up still." She mumbled, not quite comprehending the situation.

grah"Umm, Hope. You're awake. This is completely insane, but not a dream." said Alexia nervously.
"Aptly put, Royal Mother of Mine. You see, dear aunt..." Johann grinned, and off he went, talking about chronal displacement abd time machines and his mother doing the tango with his father.
"Johaaaaannnn!" screamed a very red Alexia.
"Bro, eeeeeewwwwww!" agreed Relena.
"....Anyway, Johann Paul Vale at your service."
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism....what.
"Alright then..." Judging by the unsure tone, Hope didn't seem too certain whether this is real or rather some complex, elaborate prank... but made by whom?
And before she could question this any further, a loud explosion occured just short of the room the commotion was in, followed by a gray-haired youth in black rolling right in there, dramatically striking a pose fresh from the roll: an index finger pointing high at the sky.
"More dangerous than the fiercest of fires, as reliable as Princess' Guard, shining brightly like a sun and more magnificent than a mountain; Ragnaros Remington is now here!" He exclaimed without his voice faltering even a bit. Hope herself was, for lack of a better word, too flabbergasted to respond.
grahJohann grinned. "Aaah. Raggy, my melodramatic friend, found the instructions, did ya?!"
"....I-is that yours?" asked Alexia.
"Raggy. Uuugh." groaned Lena. "Anyway, hi! I'm your favorite goddaughter! My name is Relena Hope Vale."
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism."Indeed I did!" Ragnaros Alexander Remington, the middle child of Hope and [REDACTED], grinned a grin greater than life before looking at Alexia, theatrically taken aback. "Ah, but you hurt me so with your cruel words, oh Dear Queen." Grandiously bowing before both the princess and still flabbergasted Hope.
"Oh my Dust, you can't be serious..." She said once finally back to rreality. "My dad was exactly the same in his youth. No, scratch that, somehow he's managed to top that."
"Nice to meet you, er, Alex's kids. Saying this feels much weirder than I thought..."
grah"Nuhuh Johann. No way in the grimm infested hells am I going to let my Sister use that death trap." Selene said irritably.
Remus shook his head again, wondering what the hell they could be talking about. On second thought, he didn't even want to know.
Selene then returned her attention to her soon to be father. "So where's mom?"
"I uh... I am not sure at the moment."
Rufus, tired of this bullshit, peaced out back to his bedroom where he planned to sleep this off like a bad hangover.
He wrenched the door to his dorm open and flinched back. There was a girl there, one he didn't recognize. Wild long red hair, deep bronze skin, corded muscles held in a very feminine frame. She had wide eyes and a wide smile. He didn't recognize her, but she was dressed like a Snikersnax.
And she had orange eyes.
"Oh hell no!"
"Hi dad!"
What is this, Maury? I'm changing the channel.
Beacon Gaiden Unlimited Presents: Calm Amidst the Storm, A Lazy Saturday
At some nebulous point in the near future of our current timeline, the Beacon students get a chance to all hang out in the library for some well-needed socializing. They are still human, after all. Or faunus. Don't worry about it.
The librarian was curiously absent in the vacant room. Speaking of the library, a new TV had been brought in as well. Some kind souls appeared to have donated/left some gaming consoles for general use. A sticky note written in a flowery script "Treat with care!" was stuck to the TV, near the On Button. A worn yet comfortable sofa lay in front of it, its velvety surface beckoning any prospective gamers.
Nestled amidst towering shelves of books was a lone table, surrounded by seats. The plain exterior of the table hid countless tales of adventure, camaraderie, strife, and rebirth. Innumerable battles were fought atop the ivory grid that lay upon it and the rich umber that surrounded it lay victim to the rain of multifaceted dice.
This was the G&G Table. A Beacon staple that's lasted throughout the years.
The room had a pleasant atmosphere overall. It was a relaxing calm few had experienced as of late. A moment of respite from their tribulations.
My suggestion: Use this as an excuse for character interaction that doesn't normally happen, or for some development!

"Gimme your pants.. and now your other pants"Lucas was in the library once more. But this time, it wasn't information on Arcana he was looking for. Rather, he was here to read the latest Tale of Blood and Steel book.
Stormer had walked into the library as well. He took notice of the game consoles set up near the TV, and thought to himself, Hmm. I don't usually play many video games. Maybe I could see how some of them play? He then sat on the couch, awaiting anyone else.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015Remus was sitting at the G&G table, looking at it curiously. "I hope you know that I have absolutely no idea how to play this right?"
Somehow Remus managed to get roped into playing the game.
"I'll dm." Jack offered, sitting down across from Remus.

Good to be backHow Do I Video Game
Ai was standing on her hands and legs in front of the TV. The cord of some controller was tangled around her leg. Curiously, she seemed to be trying to push a Funtendo 64 cartridge into a Super Funtendo. It was not working.
"Is this not where it goes?" she said.
She sat back, felt the tug of her leg pulling the cord and caught the Super Funtendo before it was yanked off the shelf. She sighed with relief and wiped her forehead with her sleeve.
"We should just go outside and play a nice non-contact sport in the sun instead of being huge nerds in the library," she said. She looked outside the window. Snow was piling up on the window sill. She sighed. "If only."
G&G table
Parking himself at the table, Glen pulled a sheaf of papers out of his sporran and said "Which edition we playin'? An' which settin'?"
Relaxing in Crystallum
Yun had opted to spectate the G&G game, as he had no clue how to play. Instead, the one-eyed marksman was relaxing on the couch, listening to some music on his scroll using a set of headphones. If someone was close enough to him, they could hear him humming the tune quietly.
Time To Be A Munchkin
"Version 3.14, as far as I'm concerned. It's the best one anyway." Hope chimed in response, giving her blood red d20 a control roll. 13. Everything past that was just silly, I mean, "Nanomachines, son" was the most stupidly overpowered perk ever." She groaned at the memory of getting pulled in one of her brother's sessions and witnessing the minmaxer's wet dream that was their party. "But yeah, what setting are we playing?" She asked Jack before briefly turning her attention to Yun and smiling lightly at his humming.
"Once you get the basics it's a pretty smooth ride." She assured Remus, nodding.

grah"Um..." Jack was flipping through a book. "Can I actually be a fighter? Someone else can be a gm."
Good to be backRemus was looking at the core rulebook while he popped open a can of soda. "Sure Hope." He looked quite genuinely confused at what he was having to do.
"Well now! I see someone's finally pulled up to the G&G table!" came a familiar voice from behind the group.
A familiar eccentric bespectacled man looked at them with utter glee. "I haven't played this game in years! Not since Peter decided he was too old for it, anyway."
Professor Oobleck took a sip of his coffee from his thermos. "I'll definitely be playing some kind of magic-user." he said, pulling out a chair and sitting down.
Charisse on the other hand, stretched herself out on the warm looking couch. She moved aside when Stormer approached.
"I dunno, Ai. I like how warm this library is. It's cold as the lower Hell here. That's the wrong console, I think. I don't know much of this stuff either, but I saw someone play one with guns and it looked fun."
"Gimme your pants.. and now your other pants""Um, Wirebound berserker looks pretty cool." Jack said, picking up a picture of a bulky warrior wrapped in what looked like barbed wire holding a sword at least twice as big as him. "I'll be that." He read the stats. "What's armor points?"
Good to be back"Ah, I hello fellows," Rufus said from a balcony above the floor, "I see all of you down there being nerds. Ah-ha, I insult you."
He paused to look over his scroll, "Also, Hope, my cousin would like to inform you that πe is for scrubs. It is ee or get the hell out. Mm, yes, he is a nerd too. Ah-ha."
G&G
Sighing as he leafed through the papers in his hands, Glen muttered "Seein' as we dinnae hae anyone tae run the feckin' game, I'm able tae GM this game if the lot o' you want me tae do so."
He meant to read in peace. But he heard chattering from another part of the library. A bunch of students... And Oobleck?
Just what is going on over there?
Book still in hand, he walked over to the table. "What are you guys doing?"
Judging by the big, big scowl on Hope Remington's face, she was not happy to wake up to such loud noises on a free day.
"Can I receive a plausible explanation as to why everyone's acting like they've taken their stupid pills?" She growled, looking at no one in particular and being too sleepy to notice that the kitchen is a bit more crowded than today. "Preferably before I start hacking the place to pieces in a fit of amok run?"
