Don't forget the canon thread, Grim.
so im in charge of the "twin moon maidens"?
I'll take Diana. She's the younger twin.
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism.alright. How are personalities btw?
Selene is red. Diana is blue.
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism.1. I am really sorry I have been gone, I had a Birthday, Got Injustice:Gods Among Us and then I couldn't long on to Tvtropes because they had forgotten about my password....
I figured that if Lucas is becoming more like Jack, then Jack is becoming more like Lucas.
- Changes to Appearance: Jack has hit a growth spurt, making him now 6,1, on top of bulking up. He has also grown his hair out, which he often wears in a pony tail. His collection of tribal tattoos has grown, covering his torso, neck and arms and now including long snaking lines that go up his neck and to the his cheek bones. He tends to wear black paint over his eyes, a reference to the scars that Tyr has gone through. He has ditched his previous outfit. Now, he wears a brown fur lined hooded long coat with the white Symbol Of The Wild Hunt◊ covering the back. He has also lost the White Fang Mask, now wearing a Red and White Wolf Mask that he made during the week he was gone. His right arm ends a few inches above the elbow, and is now a menchanical limb, covered in painted on runes, It's lost the streamlined quality, becoming somewhat blocky, with clawed hands that have little cylinders jutting out of the knuckles.
- Changes to Ideals/Personality: Jack, if anything is one of the more sane ones now. He's much more spiritual, having continued his training to become a priest of the wild hunt, on top of a week at Svengali's office. While he is still sarcastic and cynical, he has become more calm. However, Jack has still not recovered from that week, as such, He has gained a slight sadistic streak and is quick as ever to go to violence or intimidation. However, He has no misguided beliefs, He's fully aware that he's not a saint and honestly? He's not bothered by it.However, he is bothered by the changes in his comrades, particularly Lucas, who he honestly sees as lost.
- Changes to Weapons/Equipment: Jack's definition of weaponry is still “Get weaponry.” On top of now owning a war ax; A larger than usual woodsplitting ax, Jack still wields Fang and Gnash, however, Fang is now welded onto his mechanical arm and now holds a retractable shield housed in the sides, on top of the harpoons, and blast knuckles.
- Changes to Skills: Jack's become more skilled in tracking and hunting, After training in Ieria, and under several other Hunters, including Bluebeard, He's also Taken A Level In Badass combined with his newly gained strength.
- Changes to Relationships: Jack is still a Boisterous Bruiser. He still enjoys interacting with the others, along with wanting to take his relationship with Ayers a few steps farther. He even has gained some respect for Pius. However, Jack's mostly worried about Lexi, Hope and Lucas.
- Miscellaneous: Jack's aura's unique healing capabilities mean that his arm is regenerating whenever he sleeps, however, it will take years for any sort of noticeable change. Also, Jack has been gone for a week after being called for the Wild Hunt.

Good to be back1. What the hell is Alexia's problem?
2. We T Sing soon?~
I am glad to have my account back. I have a question? Has there been a decision on whether the Arcana Hawk Faunus can fly?
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.@Sat:
1. Lots of things.
2. After Lior finishes his post.
@Rhyme: I don't think we have...
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism. Is Jack's new character okay?
Good to be backLooks good to me.
Dat timeskip.
More looking for grimm's opinion.
Good to be backbtw nice Mr. Peabody and Sherman reference there grim.
Looking good. So, since we're gonna TS now, here's New Alexia
Alexia Vale: White Flower to Crimson Lioness
- Change in Appearance: Alexia has changed more than a bit these last two months. Her hair has grown longer and more unkempt, to the point that she never bothers with her ponytail anymore. She's grown fitter and more muscular due to Francesca's training. Her features are more serious, and the air of awkwardness is long gone.
- Change in ideals/personality: Stronger. I need to be stronger. To this one ideal, Alexia has devoted herself to. Putting everything she has to her training, Alexia runs herself ragged everyday. Training, studies, research. ...To the expense of all else. Her reclusive ways has made her even more out of touch with social things. To the outside, the new Alexia is cool, aloof and distant. Her smiles have become rare. On the inside, Alexia is torn with guilt and fear of failure. Still, inside the steel armor, Alexia is still the same Lexi. Her kindness and firm morals are unchanged, and she will often help people without saying a word. In contrast with the others, her no kill policy is even stronger now.
- Change in weapons/equipment: Alexia still wield Pax and Serena, but has added a second blade Alastor to her inventory. In addition she has been forged a new silver set of armor...based on Luna technology.
- Armor and Alastor◊: She only uses the helmet while fighting Grimm. Government scientists have developed a new system to incorporate into her equipment: The Absorb and Discharge system. Modifying Pax's Dust Absorption system, the absorbed Dust is then transferred and discharged by Alastor. Alastor's Discharge depends on the Dust absorbed. The armor is coated with a thin anti-Aura field that weakens damage from incoming Semblances.
- Change in skill: Unlike Lucas, Alexia's grades have actually increased as that was all that she'd been focusing on. Her hand-to-hand has increased as well thanks to Fran's training. She hasn't touched her sketchbook in months.
- Change in relationship: Alexia has subconsciously distanced herself from most of her friends for fear of them getting hurt, yet she cares for them more than ever. Her relationship with Alfred is least affected due to circumstances, but she keeps him at arm's length as well. On a plus side, she is actually more competitive and enthusiastic in her rivalry with Noa now.
- Misc: She's optimized for fighting people and not Grimm. You may call her out on this.
You know what would be really, REALLY awkward?
If she gets to Francesca on the beach, and Francesca looks at her, sees what she's doing with her friends...
And cuts her off from the training?
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperAlexia: Going through a Blake arc before Blake went through a Blake arc.
-dramatic music ensues-Actually I think the Blake of this is more Lucas
Unhealthy, grades dropping, blind obsession with hunting down the enemy
Oh so we're skipping the beach scene? Damn it Grim. :P
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperShe'll train on her own, then. Stubborn idiot.
Also: Timeskip, hooo!
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism.Well I was gonna have a character building scene on that beach but oh well, guess we gun skip it. :P
Nah it's fine, I'm sure.
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperFlashback?
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism.Ventus 3/Culture Day in the gaiden thread, then? Problem is its a bit too big of an event to run it simultaneously with the post timeskip.
Shore.
Also, wanted to run this by you since Francesca is probably going to be teaching it to everyone of her students.
Aura Burst/Barrier
A technique created by near Legendary Duelist Francesca Jade for use in fights. The idea of the technique is to disrupt the effects of a hostile semblance on the user, through outright destroying them or mitigating the effects, such as when Oscar was able to power through Alice's telekinetic hold, and still move under Mia's gravity crush.
The Burst and Barrier are two different parts.
Burst is easier since it only requires the user to send out a pulse of aura from their body, pushing aside hostile effects on them. It consumes a large amount of aura, but can save one's life in a pinch. It can also force away bullets and, if strong enough, other people.
Barrier is a harder to use one, as it requires the user to maintain their aura levels and focus on it, otherwise they will find themselves exhausted in potentially under a minute. This is what Oscar used against Alice, by wrapping himself in his aura and enhancing it, he was able to mitigate the effects of her hold and continue attacking. While it lacks the pushing power, it is more defense oriented.
Wanted to know your thoughts on this, and if I needed to change anything.
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperIt's fine. Post-TS will be a bit slow for a while...
@Rom: You initiate the FB. And that looks good.
