Everyone sure looks like they belong on Family Guy.
Idk why but that title make laugh. It's like so radical

Supports cartoons being cartoony! That art style is just hideously ugly and unacceptable. It looks like the offspring of of Family Guy's poor animation and Adventure Time's character design. All ready I can tell the animation is going to be subpar and shows like these make me wish that animated series got higher budgets and didn't have to resort to poor quality such as this to save money. It's such a shame the last incarnation of Scooby in MI had some really good animation and heck even some of the more recent direct to video movies have animation around that same quality. So even by Scooby Doo standards these character designs are horrid. Well hopefully in spite of this and possibly the animation the show is watchable or even good but personally unless this takes some liberties and tries to some new things or just put actual effort into this show I most likely won't be tuning in to see this.
"If you look for the light, you can often find it. But if you look for the dark, that is all you will ever see."The art style is kind of a turn off for me, but I will judge once a clip comes out.
That show was meh.

'First'? Scooby gets retooled all the freaking time.
I like all the new designs but Velma, who really should have more meat in those bones.
However, I can't shake the ominous feeling this is all but forced-made by executive commitee more than actually born from creative drive. Which is never a good thing. That promo pitch somehow gives me the chills.

The art style leaves much to be desired- It feels stylized in a wrong way... Not sure how to explain what I mean by that. Well, at best this could end up being a funny new take on the franchise and at worse it could be a bland Scooby Doo rehash.
Knuckles does in fact chuckle, his theme song lies.I won't give the middle finger to this show yet until we get a good trailer for what's to be expected. I still found Shaggy and Scooby-doo get a clue to be the funniest remake i've seen. Don't know what others had against it.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceyeah, i'm not feelin' the redesign's that much either. mostly it's Shaggy and Scooby's eyes; they look all bugged out.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.If they at least semi appealing it wouldn't be so bad. But that will never happen since the show never looked cute :(
Supports cartoons being cartoony!<Somehow forgot about A Pup Named Scooby Doo
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceokay. That was cute for a scooby doo show in the 80s lol. The only character that wasnt that cute was the freckle-faced ginger. Forgot the boy's name. Think it was Red or something.
Supports cartoons being cartoony!Oh. Thought it came out in the 80s.
Supports cartoons being cartoony!Well this'll suck.
Who's the character designer?
I suppose everyone has to start somewhere.
Oh God! Natural light! What about the backwards knees on Shaggy and Fred?
I like Shaggy And Scooby Get A Clue! I love A Pup Named Scooby-Doo. I like/love What's New, Scooby-Doo. I immensely enjoyed Mystery Incorporated. I'm not sure if I'll like Be Cool. I will give it a chance. -narrows eyes menacingly-
Ugh, these character designs are kinda bad.
Also considering the fact this show is going to be leaning towards a comedic tone, I'm fearing this is going to be the Teen Titans Go! of Scooby Doo, taking a pretty good show and turning it into an poorly written comedy show.
I like Teen Titans Go, to be honest. I'll debate it in a PM with someone, so as not to derail this one.

Y Ou mean, like Scooby-Doo always was?
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatThis series would be different, though. At least with the old show, you could say it was charming in a corny way. This new show seems like it will add rather one-dimensional gags with some crude humor as well. And the previous Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated was pretty good too, so I wouldn't say all of the iterations of scooby doo are bad.
Didn't see a thread about this new show, so here it is.
Here's a first image◊ with all of the gang in a new art style, as well as some of the direction of the new show. One of the producers is linked with Family Guy and Brickleberry.
Make of that what you will.
