Some episodes, like "Brawl in the Family" and "No Such Luck" suggest otherwise.
Those are exceptions, not the norm.
Yeah. Hopefully it wont go in the direction The Simpsons has where every character is hateful and vile.

Gah! I still haven't seen Band Together & Blinded by Science as they haven't been uploaded on the internet yet.
I'm getting impatient.
I want to see the new Christmas episodes and the Cursed crossover with The Casagrandes.
Do you think Lucy could be reasonably descibed as nihilistic or fatalistic?

It looks like the Loud House movie will be coming in April.

I don't recall if the plot for The Loud House Movie was ever mentioned, but I'm posting anyway. In case it's deleted, here's the synopsis:
"In Nickelodeon’s The Loud House Movie, the biggest family on television goes on the biggest Loud family vacation ever! The adventure follows the Loud family to Scotland where they discover that they are descendants of Scottish royalty."
Edit: I found this article.

The show got a GLAAD nomination (which is about recognizing LGBTQ content in media).

Pop Pop was now recast with Christopher Swindle.
I thought they weren't gonna recast Pop Pop and actually kill him off out of respect towards Fred Willard.

So, he only voiced him for this one episode. They're still trying to find a replacement.
The episode that was nominated for GLAAD was "Purrfect Gig". It's a Luna/Sam episode that also has Harold and Howard, so it's a good candidate.

So what's everybody think of Season 5 so far?
It's really good.

I found this interview that came out during the tail end of season 4, where Karen Malach and Michael Rubiner talked about their favorite episodes. For Karen, she likes "Really Loud Music". For Michael, he actually has a few, including "Really Loud Music", "The Sweet Spot" , the April Fools episodes, "Suite And Sour", "Absent Minded", "A Grave Mistake", and "Tripped".
I also like (really love) "A Grave Mistake". Lucy centered episodes are my favorite ones. Don't think I've ever come across a bad Lucy centered episode. Hope I never do. Especially, since I really love characters of her type.

"Schooled" was nominated for the 68th Motion Picture Sound Editors Anuual Golden Reel Awards. It was for "Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing – Non-Theatrical Animation Long Form".
We don't have a premiere date yet for The Loud House Movie, but this article says it's coming out in the summer. It looks like there's also a still image from the movie.
Sorry for double posting. A 30 second teaser came out.
I discovered interesting pieces of trivia.
https://theloudhouse.fandom.com/wiki/House_Flip
One scene in "House Flip" is about trying to figure out where to put him. The scene about Vanzilla privileges and the morgue is cut in the UK version.
https://theloudhouse.fandom.com/wiki/Sister_Act
"Sister Act" is the first episode where Debi Derryberry voiced Ms. Allegra. Sabrina Fest voiced her in "Community Disservice" (she had a more prominent role as Meli).
On another note, there's a half hour special called "Camped" airing May 31.
https://www.tvpassport.com/series/the-loud-house/317865
"Camped! May. 31, 2021 When Dad discovers that his childhood camp is closing, he decides to take the family for one final visit. They soon uncover a map that could lead to a treasure big enough to save it and prove the existence of an old camp legend."

Here's a 5 minute sneak peek at the upcoming special.
I have a TLP-related question regarding one episode. This example was pitched for this TLP draft:
- At the end of The Loud House episode "Potty Mouth", Lily says an unknown, bleeped swear word. It's implied that she knows what it means despite being only a year old at the time, since she said it because she was frustrated.
Having never seen the show, I have no idea if it actually fits and was hoping to get some more input and possibly some extra context for the example if it does.
I'll give you the breakdown of that episode to help you out. It involves a preschool teacher named Dr. Shuttleworth interviewing the Loud family to see if Lily is a good girl so she can go to her preschool. However, when they hear Lily say some sort of swear (it sounds like "Damn it!"), all the Loud siblings think that she picked up some swearing from them, and try to make sure she's a good girl (first by imitating good behavior and later having Lisa pose as her). As the interview ends, Lily seems to say "Damn it!" again, but in both instances, she was trying to get a donut, and couldn't properly say the word. After Dr. Shuttleworth leaves and says she can go to preschool, Charles the dog steals her donut and she knowingly swears in frustration (it sounds like an f bomb).
The Loud family at least still cares for each other, as do their friends.
