I know that the context for that post is on the previous page, but out of context like this, I can't help but find it funny.

I just got PS Online again, and will be keeping it this time. I can help anyone get costumes they're missing (I'll need help for Revenant Liu and Hotshot Johnny as well though).

I'm only missing some of the mobile unlocks. Really want that Cassie costume.

So I hear XL has all skins except the mobile skins. Again. How fucking convenient. I have to jump through 100 hoops to get Injustice Scorp huh

It's Injustice Ultimate all over again. All skins my are, I already had to bust my ass getting the Batman Beyond skin.

On the bright side, they're all fairly easy to get, aside from Injustice Scorpion. I got Cassie within a day of downloading the mobile game.

What I don't get is why even show a split second shot of Injsutice Scorp in the XL trailer at the "ALL SKINS" part if he still isn't included straight away?

That's the big news? I was expecting something a bit more shocking like "Shao Kahn's a hidden character in XL And nobody's found him" or "Its coming to PC after all guys"

Remember when balance patches were like 72 MB at most? If they didn't cost a mandatory £44.99 that is.

This is just the patch. People are thinking PC release of XL, story mode characters or just how much money the next championship will have as a prize.

I was worried they were done with it! I'm just glad they're continuing with this.

Though... I don't hear "Presented by Xbox" anymore... hmm...

This is... so not where I expected Mortal Kombat to be ten years later.

Not too surprising. They've put emphasis on the competitive aspect all throughout development.

But how do you feel about it then? Is it better or worse than what you thought?

Alien was worth every penny. If you don't have him yet pick him up. I've also been dabbling with Triborg and some of his combos are ridiculous.

Still....

I wish they released the Mobile Skins for Console players. But there is good news! I can now buy the Cosplay Pack from the store!

By the way, does the Faction War seem rigged so that the Special Forces always win to anyone else? Because when the game was first released, the Special Forces were doing the worst of all factions, not to mention a good chunk of the fanbase considers them a Creator's Pet, then they started suddenly winning all the time. I blame the game being made by a American developer for that, so they obviously have a bias towards the American military faction.

Um...no? Like, I'm not even sure how you would rig that. It's based on people in the faction getting points.

I'm also not sure why you would rig it.

I'd imagine that once the initial hype goes down and people get sick of the game, or take a break from it, one particular faction might have a higher number of active players and thus end up with more consecutive victories.

Which is why online multiplayer factions is kind of a dumb gimmick.

Also, one of the trophies (which, granted, not everyone goes for) is to play/max out all the factions. If you start where you want, and go down the list according to enthusiasm, Special Forces would be where a lot of players end up.

There is no way in hell the whole Cage family will make it through this story.
