Yeah that's pretty much the answer I expected.
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"So... distracted... must finish... mahou shoujo...
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialYes, you must...
/人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ Will you make a contract with me?It's sad that I've already thought up Mari's Witch Form. The problem being how she'll get to that point, since the way I'm looking at her character, she'll view the two awful truths with little concern. The Soul Gem because she buys Kyubey's claims that it's a more effective way of fighting Witches and the becoming a Witch thing because she thinks she'll have a higher chance dying to a Witch or another Magical Girl than becoming a Witch. Though, considering her personality, she's gonna break when she's told about the food chain.

"Hey you! Nano-something or other!"Your wish has helped reduce entropy
/人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ Will you make a contract with me?- Name: Minami Momoka
- Age: 16
- Wish: "I wish I could turn my heart to ice."
- Normal Appearance: “No, the eyepatch isn’t part of my costume…”
- Costumed Appearance: “Where’s my hat?!”
- Weapon: Katanas similar to the ones used in the Japanese naval forces during WW 2, which she can summon en masse.
- Power: Freezing. Aside from the generic and obvious ability to freeze whatever she touches, Momoka has the following in her standard arsenal of tricks:
- Armor Jacket: A defensive mechanism Momoka evolved to combat Witches. By freezing the nitrogen in the air around her, Momoka creates a damage-resistant jacket to shield her from attacks, bolstering her defenses.
- Ice Cold Heart: A weapon made from frozen blood. Using a magical girl's resilience to her advantage, Momoka solidifies the blood outside of her body to halt blood loss and create weapons made of blood. By solidifying the blood and other fluids inside her body, Momoka can further increase her damage soak, as well as turn limbs into hard makeshift bludgeons.
- Seed Crystal: By planting an ice crystal onto an unassuming surface, Momoka can lay traps which will rapidly expand and grow on anything that touches them, making in branching spindles of ice, much like the catalyst in rock candy.
- Personality: A rude, cold girl with ice in her heart. Looking at her, one gets the impression that she used to be human, but something killed every part of her that used to care. While she's aloof, she's by no means silent, and has quite the mouth on her. She rarely opens up to anyone, and even then all you'll get out of her are empty reflections of the emotions she really wants to feel. Mercy isn't a strong suit of hers, and she follows a strict code of "survival of the fittest".
- Backstory: A girl who became a mahou shoujo at the tender age of nine, an orphan making her emergence into the lonely life of a Witch-hunter. Originally the only daughter born of an abusive marriage, Momoka first made her wish when her father tried to kill her mother, hoping to protect her. She hardened her heart and killed her father, but it was too late for her mother, and she fell deeply catatonic, a state which she remains in to this day. Despite the bittersweet result of her wish, Momoka still felt like it was her obligation to protect people by hunting Witches, a duty she accepted without complaint despite the loneliness. She was resigned to living this new life alone, but a group of her fellow mahou shoujo saw this wandering child and took pity on her, adopting her into their makeshift family. She patrolled with them in their territory for a solid four years, eventually coming to see them as close friends and sisters. And then they died. All of them, slaughtered in a battle with one of their own who had succumbed to grief and turned into a Witch, leaving Momoka, now thirteen, the sole surviving member of their group. From here Momoka spiraled into a deep depression, and began questioning why she was doing what she did. Why she put her life on the line to protect people who would never even know she existed, or that she’d one day die for them, when every person she met seemed either rotten or destined to die young. When Kyubey finally came to her in her despair and revealed to her the secret behind Witches and the Soul Gem system, Momoka finally snapped. She abandoned all faith in God, vowing to survive at all costs and to never succumb to the fate of becoming a Witch. From that moment on, she forgot any desire she may have once had to save people, and instead became focused on survival of the fittest. It started with her simply ignoring civilians or even outright sacrificing them to save herself, but as time went on and her Soul Gem became even cloudier, she began to seek a way to purify her Soul Gem without throwing herself into what had become increasingly frequent battles with dangerous and unpredictable Witches. Having hit her lowest point in life, she decided she’d try something risky. A magical girl’s soul, she reckoned, is no different than a Witch’s soul. In fact, the soul of a magical girl would serve her even better than a Witch’s Grief Seed, because it still had so much grief it could absorb. So she killed the first magical girl who tried to claim her late friend’s territory, and stole her Soul Gem for herself. Using it to purify her own turned out to be surprisingly easy and effective, so she kept doing it. But the more magical girls she killed and the more Soul Gems she stole, the more her own became clouded. The more she killed the faster it would become cloudy again, and the sooner she’d need to kill to cleanse it. She’s been keeping this up for over three years, and is beginning to reach the end of her rope. Her Soul Gem only fogs up faster as each day passes. Who knows what she might do...

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI don't remember asking. :p
Alright, so from what I'm seeing (if we're gonna start comparing characters to the Madoka characters), Saya is our Madoka, Mari is our Sayaka, Minami is our Mami, and Yuzuki is our Homura.

I just realized that c-vector has A LOT of problems inherent in the concept itself, so I'm going to just get rid of it and replace it with something else...
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialMinami looks more like a way off the deep end Kyouko to me.
Let's fight for an ending where everyone can smiles!

"The literal meaning of life is whatever you're doing that prevents you from killing yourself." Albert Camus{reads Minami's backstory}
Holy shit she is.
- Name: Junko Takara
- Age: 13
- Appearance: Umm, if I can make a suggestion...
- Personality: By some unknown circumstance, Junko has seemingly been relegated to playing the second fiddle for the majority of her life thus far. She's never been the one to implement a great new method of accomplishing something nor has she ever stepped up to the proverbial plate to take charge of anything. Though it's not like she shies away from any sort of major milestones. In fact she greatly desires to be seen and recognized. But time and time again Junko's lukewarm, passive temperament has her thoughts and opinions superseded by another's. Her anger (and not to mention self-loathing) about this is kept securely under wraps, of course, with absolutely no severe consequences from doing so in sight.
- Backstory: Born into a very fortunate lifestyle, Junko hasn't ever longed for much on the material side of things. Blessed with good genes to boot meant she also had no trouble attracting friends. Unfortunately these pluses and more couldn't make up for her lack of gumption. Unable to truly speak her mind Junko found herself being pushed to the background amongst her peers. She became a follower instead of a leader — just a "cute face" known for biting her lip while looking absolutely perturbed. But she wants to be anything other than that with all of her heart, recently going so far as to acquire several books on how to best remedy the issue. Although to be honest it'll take something much more potent than self-help literature...

"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"@KSPAM: Still need to fill in Personality...
/人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ Will you make a contract with me?Yeahhhhhh... writing personality sections is always the hardest part for me >.<
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI'm no fan of them either. <_<
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Well, I've some changes are gonna be made to Momoka here, including her MO. To avoid any controversy about whether or not regular human souls can cleanse a Soul Gem, her new targets are going to exclusively be... magical girls
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialAlso KSPAM, the wording of you wish specifically says she wants to see the light, so powers should stay within the visible spectrum please.
/人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ Will you make a contract with me?Actually I'm thinking of refurbishing her powers entirely, since they've become sort of redundant with the introduction of the last few magical girls. I'll PM you. Personality section coming up first though.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialWell obviously the only way to keep Junko safe is to not have her contract. -nods to self-
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Edits to Momoka are finished.
