Presumably, there's still some member of the Bat-family running operations back at the old homestead. I like to think Tim Drake has the day shift.

Still, having the Prowler or some such character set up shop over there might be a nice thought. I may even consider implementing it myself. Just not the Solution thing. I think we can get a bit more mileage out of Riddler as a baddie.

Probably should have announced this three days ago, but oh well.

Superman related characters are now allowed in!

Yes, that's right, folks. Superman is now an established part of the Justice Avengers Universe. That means that it would be feasible for heroes and villains directly related to him to start cropping up!

Please note that he's only been active for three months so far, so careful how you do his backstory. Also there are some changes to Kryptonians in this verse to watch out for, and, as always, be reasonable in regard to strength levels. But apart from that, have a good time with it!

• Name: Bullseye
• Real Name: Unknown, goes by the name Lester.
• Gender: Male
• Age: 30
• Appearance: Right here
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil
• Personality: Completely psychotic, and willing to lie to and harm others at a moment's notice, with no regard to anyone or anything but himself and his own reputation. Very unpredictable, he is known to incite chaos as a means of amusement.
• Powers and Abilities: Bullseye is an expert marksman, and prides himself on the fact that he is yet to miss a single target. He is also a great improviser, and is known to be capable of turning any single object into a weapon.

• Origin:
  • Bullseye grew up in a trailer park alongside his brother and alcoholic, abusive father. Bullseye's brother's main hobby was playing with rifles, and it is through this that Bulleye discovered and honed his natural talent in marksmanship.
  • After his brother burned down the trailer park in an unsuccessful attempt at murdering his father, Bullseye was placed in a foster home. He spent high-school as a highly successful pitcher for the school's baseball team. As soon as he graduated from high-school, Bullseye took to playing in the minor leagues, and was eventually called up to play in a sold-out Major League game. During the game, Bullseye replied to the taunts of the opposing teams batter by tossing a baseball directly at his head, killing him. Bullseye was barred from professional baseball and sent to prison with charges of manslaughter.
  • However, his unique skills caught the attention of the National Security Agency, who hired Bullseye an assassin. For several years, Bullseye proved to be the agency's most useful assassin, until a sudden proclamation that he was bored led to him taking out an entire strike team and fleeing from the agency, never to be seen again.
  • The preceding information regarding his past was gathered solely from a series of interviews with Bullseye conducted during his time with the agency. There is no evidence to support his story, and therefore the information is subject to question.

• Real Name: Pamela Lillian Isley
• Gender: All woman
• Age: 27
• Appearance: Beautiful but deadly...◊
• Alignment: Evil
• Personality: Poison Ivy is crazy. That's pretty much the point blank of it. She is absolutely criminally insane. But in what way? She is a very complex woman. On the one hand, she hates people, men especially. But on the other, she absolutely craves the love and attention of others. On one hand, she loves all plant life and has a desire to be completely one with nature. But on the other, she is tortured and pained by her incurable curse. Poison Ivy is an extravagant woman who shows off, and grabs her sexuality by the horns and doesn't stop. She is hopelessly manipulative, and likes to constantly be entertained. She will uses her appearance and abilities to her desires and to manipulative people, usually weak-willed men, as much as humanly possible. Her desires often fall along the lines of preservation and protection of nature, but they can and will often extend to flashy shows of will and a desire for constant power and slaves. She doesn't really care about the money or the sex, just the power than those things always bring with them. She has a soft spot for children and animals. The only true human friend she has ever had was Harley Quin, who has been her on and off lover as well. The only man she has ever truly loved, was Batman. At the end of the day, Poison Ivy is a celebrity, and that's all she knows. Plants, and showing off. She can get overly dramatic, and romantic. And nine times out of ten, it works for her.
• Powers and Abilities: The dangerous experiments that Poison Ivy was subjected to gave her a number of plant-based abilities:
  • Immunity to all toxins, viruses and poisons.
  • Natural pheromone production, combining with her beauty allows her to have slight mind-control, most effective against weak-willed people who are attracted to women.
  • Releasing toxins from her skin, usually in her preferred way of fatally toxic kisses that can be dangerous bodily poisons, or even burning acids.
  • A mystical connection to all plant life, and the ability to not only communicate with it, but control it. She can form and grow many different kinds of plants, vines, fungi, etc.
• Weapons and Equipment: N/A
• Origin: As a child, Pamela Isley was a shy, timid, awkward-looking child. She was born to wealthy parents. She really liked boys, and wanted them to like her, but they never did because she was a weird little girl. She saw how men would always give women flowers in movies and tv shows, so she grew a love of plants. As an adult, she was a famous model and actress. She was hopelessly involved in all things of the celebrity and fashion lifestyle. Pretty much everyone in America knew the name Pamela Isley. At one point, she even had a celebrity romance with Bruce Wayne. Eventually, she met a former lover, Dr. Jason Woodrue, who eventually became the Floronic Man. Woodrue was a very charming and charismatic man, and Pamela fell in love. She was submissive and basically would do anything for him, including agreeing to being a science experiment. Woodrue injected her with many dangerous and secret toxins, causing her slow transformation. She nearly dies, driving her insane. Woodrue flees from her and the authorities, leaving her in the hospital for six months. Enraged at the betrayal, she suffers from violent mood swings, being sweet one moment and evil the next. She lost everything, her fame and her life. Discovering her link to plant life, and her ability to control men with her pheromones and sex appeal, she turned to a life of crime in a desire to grow in power and in her delusion mind, eventually become a new powerful Queen of a plant-filled world.

• Personality: Eager, optimistic and somewhat wide-eyed and generally pleasant, warm even, on the flipside she's incredibly proffessional on the job, though not especially cold or sonefaced while. She loves being a cop though, paticularly helping people and making them feel safe. Easy going, open minded, though sometimes a bit a klutz when it comes to reading the situation at hand, which gives way to downright inappropriate comments on the worse scenarios. She’s quick to apologize though.
• Powers and Abilities: She's a fit young woman, her physique in great condition due to regular exercise. Besides that she's a good shot, excelent driver and currently taking boxing lessons.
• Weapons and Equipment: Just the standard issue equipment for the Hubcity Police force.
• Origin: Daughter of a pair of second generation japanese inmigrants she had a normal childhood... well as normal as it could be in Hub. Her mother worked part time at a magazine and her father was a police officers, in fact one straighter ones in the department. She had always felt proud of her father, always doing the right things heeking people safe in his clean blue uniform. It wasn't a surprise that she, now fresh off high-school, wanted to follow behind her father's footsteps, whom had retired due to crippling wounds suffered during a search an rescue mission a couple years prior. She now intends to finally join the force after graduating from the academy, while she studies some online college courses on the side.

Not bad, not bad...

If I remember rightly, we did have a Hisako Ichiki appear in New York. As a friend of Megan, I believe. However, the character described here is completely different from her, being a baseline human and in her twenties. We could say that she's Armor's cousin once removed. Could even change her first name and leave everything else as it is.

Okay, signing up for Hub City, on the advice of someone.

Name: Arnold Wesker and Scarface.

Real Name: Arnold Wesker and Scarface.

Gender: Both male, although Scarface is a possibly sentient puppet.

Age: Arnold is in his early thirties. Scarface has the mindset of being a grizzled veteran. Late thirties.

Appearance: Arnold is bald. He has glasses. Quiet, shy, slight of frame. Scarface is a typical ventriloquist dummy's size. He has a scowl on his face and scars. He wears a trenchcoat. Arnold has a goofy bow tie and nerdy clothes. Nerdy as in the stereotypical nerd. Picture.◊

Alignment: Scarface is evil. Arnold constantly claims to be following Scarface's orders and that he's too scared to disobey him. Still, based on the possibility that Arnold is subconsciously voicing Scarface and won't admit it, evil. He won't go as far. For example, in a crossover comic, Arnold once said that he loves children and wouldn't harm them, but Scarface would.

Personality: Arnold is meek and quiet. He'll typically stand around, waiting for Scarface to tell him to do something. Scarface is the boss. He controls everything. Rude, domineering, arrogant, cruel.

Powers And Abilities: For both, none.

Weapons And Equipment: Whatever they can get their hands on. Preferably, guns.

I think it's time for hub city to finally get a hero or in this case a group of heroes.They even got a crossover with batman so it's safe to assume they are fair game for the game◊ as they technically share the universe with DC heroes.

Hey there! I've always liked villains more than heroes, so this seemed like a good place to look around, but I'm new at this and don't want to screw up the pros. I assume low-powered folks would be more preferred than, say, Doomsday? Not that I would pick him, just trying to feel things out.

Ohh, been a while since we've had new interest. I am the current GM, Meanken at your service. Now, power levels are flexible here. We've got everyone from street level villains like Two Face to cyborgs. If you're concerned a villain you wanna use might be too powerful, just tell us who you're thinking before you go through the effort of making a signup just to be denied.

Also.....this guy is the first person to show interest in joining since I've become GM. Could a player who's been around longer tell me if I'm the one who evaluates the signup, or if Liz likes to do that himself?

I'm pondering a few different ideas (as usual). I've always liked Amazo's power-copying idea, but that might be unfair to someone else or if the GM was going to use him as a Big Bad down the road.(I'd obviously nerf him or write him as being damaged/). I'm a fan of the b-list baddies too, like Molten Man, but I wanted to get a feel for things first. I'm also happy to write up someone that's wanted just to get my feet wet.

Hmm. You might not get much mileage out of Amazo. Because this setting comprises mainly of Baddass normals or people who mainly use equipment that he wouldn't be able to copy (I assume), he'd have a hard time really thriving in Hub. There are only 3 people I can think of off of the top of my head that he'd really be able to copy, one of which I would be putting my foot down and saying no to due to the fact that he's too powerful, another I'd be weary of allowing, which would really only leave Terra (who has earth powers).
