I changed Morgan Le fay a little bit so I hope I can play as her at the villain RPG. But I can nerf her even more if nesessary :)

Personality: She is a cruel, manipulative seductress that always gets whats she wants.

She has a distorted sense of justice and believes that the current situation of the world is disgusting (politics, poverty, capitalism corruption,crime and religion) and she believes that the american ideal of freedom and capitalism is just a tool for the control of the masses. She thinks that humanity is at it's core evil as evidenced by the numerous wars and injustices and therefore should be punished as little children to achieve greatness. She will either use an ironic curse or outright kill anyone she considers evil

She thinks the United nations and any kind of government or laws is a joke and wants to rule the world herself to bring a new age of prosperity to mankind.

She also hates superheroes (but admires them as being worthy adversaries) and most technology as she thinks they are only holding back humanity to being the glorious magical rulers of the universe that they have the potential to become .

Powers and Abilities:

YOUTH stealing. The secret of her longevity she uses this to punish the worst of the worst of criminals but it requires 2 hours uninterrupted magic to work (Player characters and important characters are inmune to this ability)

Various Miscelanoues spells that aren’t related to combat like “summoning clothes” or “levitation” or that as a general rule won’t make her win a battle nor serve as deus ex machina and requiere more time and magic the more complex they are.

Magical shields (she has to concentrate 100% on them or they break and they drain too much of her magical stamina)

Energy projection: She can shoot energy blast from her hands but as a general rule they are slower than a bullet and therefore dodgeable by skilled humans

SHAPE SHIFTING: She can be an identical copy of any human. She can fool mortal's senses like smell and sight but not telepaths or other superhumans.

Not suprisingly her magic abilities are ther second best trait as she is incredibly beautiful manipulative and smart. She prefers to use her brains and use people as pawns to further her goals making her brains her most dangerous asset.

Her major weakness is also her greatest goal: the lord of order relic of "excalibur" A prophecy says that she will be ultimately beaten by “a hero wielding excalibur”

Excalibur it's the only thing she cannot beat directly by any means as she can't harm anyone wielding the sword. However if she ever took possession of the sword she would recover her full “lady of chaos” powers .

‘’’Weaknesses’’’She is also vulnerable to "anti magical equipments like nth metal and if she loses concentration her spells lose strength as well. Any spell that is too complex requires her to meditate and fully focus leaving her vulnerable to attacks.

She has zero fighting skills without magic and the strength of an average woman in her twenties.

Items "The eye of Rao . This mysterious amulet fuels most of her magical energy and it is the thing that is constantly fueling her spells if she loses the amulet her magic will be ultimately Castfrom Hit Points and she will get tired if she uses too much magic.

Origin: Morgan Lefay was originally a normal human and a king arthur's sister. However one day she accidentally discovered a talent for magic when she made her brother's sword to float like a ballon. She soon came to become merlin's student at age 8 and she discovered that she had an incredible talent for magic to the point she became much more powerful and skilled at magic than the legendary Merlin himself.

Unknown to her Merlin and even Morgan herself. Morgan was just actually a lady of chaos punished and stripped of most of her powers in the legendary sword of Excalibur because of her desire of “saving and bringing order to mortals”.

Under the tutelage of Merlin her dark nature soon emerged as she soon tried to take Camelot and the world fortunately she was ultimately beaten by an excalibur wielding Arthur.

Despite her betrayal Arthur spared her as a last act of brotherly love and with the help of merlin he trapped most of her powers in the legendary sword excalibur severely weakening her even more.

She has survived until today by stealing the youth of the worst mortal criminals including the infamous Jack The ripper.

She now seeks to “save the world” and bring a new age of peace under her rule.But first she has to deal with those “superheroes” that are in her way. She is currently CEO of an important but not multinational business called "young industries".

Oh, I would love to join in on this, but I'm afraid I won't be able to do anything till next week. Most I might be able to do is set up a profile for the guy I wanna join with, Two Face. Mind if I reserve him if I can't get a profile up today?

You kidding me? The guy's got more super powered weirdos in his Rogues Gallery than he knows what to do with.

Still, wouldn't exactly be a step down for him to just be dealing with mobsters. There's some pretty cool crime bosses in his history.

Ha, did notice there were a few Bat villains already in this. But, I couldn't help it, I'm too much of a fan of Two Face not to use him lol.

Personality: Two Face has two distinct personalty's. One is what remains of Harvey Dent, willing to do whatever is necessary to dispense justice. The other is Two Face, the Ax-Crazy gang boss who kills both his foes and ally's indiscriminately if the mood strikes him. These two personalty's constantly argue with one another over what to do in any given situation, and resolve these with a flip of his scarred coin.

Powers and Ability's: Two Face, while not being the most technical fighter out there, is still a formidable fighter in hand to hand combat, able to use his size and strength to his advantage to overpower most weaker fighters. He also has access to a lot of different guns, and plenty of experience using them.

Weapons and Equipment: Of course, Two Face's most important item is his scarred coin, formally a two headed coin before it was burned on one side in the same incident that scarred him. In addition, he typically has at least one gun on him at all times, including but not limited to-Shotguns, A tommy gun, two pistols, one burned on the outside. He's also been known to improvise whatever may be on hand into a weapon if needed.

Orgin: Harvey Dent was formally the DA of Gotham City, one of the few people in the city who were not corrupt like the rest of the city. As DA, he worked hard to clean up the city and put the gangsters behind bars. However, he was not without his own problems. He was secretly struggling with his own mental issues. Then, one day, one of the criminals he was trying threw a bottle of acid in his face, burning half of it off. His sent him over the edge, turning him into Two Face.

After years of operating as a crime boss in Gotham, Two Face has grown tired of constantly being beaten by the bat. With the flip of a coin, he makes the decision to take his gang and move to Hub City, a place where there are no hero's to stop him.

• Real Name: Gwendolyn Morealis
• Gender: Female

• Appearance: That red you're seeing isn't just your blood...◊
• Alignment: Anti-Hero
• Personality: Spider-Girl is cold. Ice cold. When she is under the mask, she carries herself with a very dry wit. She seems to be the antitheses to Peter Parker, while still exhibiting so many of his well-known traits. She matches his trademark snappy banter with her own very dark and brutal humor. She reenacts Spidey's desire to prank and trick his enemies with her own desire to twist and torture them with mind games. She is just as emotional as Peter, but that is where the similarities end. She is a murderer of criminals. She doesn't think the killers and rapists of Hub City deserve cozy jail cells. She thinks they deserve to be beaten to a bloody pulp and left for dead. Under the mask, Gwen is a tortured and sad soul, who is very good at sighing and frowning. Sometimes she sees herself as a child who just wants someone to kiss her goodnight.
• Powers and Abilities: Spider-Girl has all of the powers of Spider-Man, excluding his immense strength:
  • Spider Physiology: Spider-Girl's hands and feet have the ability to manipulate the inter-atomic binding forces of matter, allowing her to form temporary molecular bonds between her body and another object. This enables her to cling to solid surfaces and scale walls simply by placing his hands on them. She also possesses a "spider-sense" which alerts her to danger. This takes the form of a tingling sensation at the base of her skull. Through experience, Spider-Girl has learned how to sense differences in the various tingles she feels, determining whether a danger is potential or immediate, how intense a threat it is, what direction it is coming from, etc.
  • Superhuman Speed: Spider-Girl can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Girl's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 15 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with her spider-sense, the speed of her reflexes allows her to dodge almost any attack, even direct gunfire, if she is far enough away.
  • Organic Webbing: She has organic web shooters enabling her to release strong elastic adhesive webbing through her fingertips. Spider-Girl can use these webs for transportation (web slinging), binding foes, and creating sticky nets. Unlike Spider-Man, there appears to be no limit to how much organic webbing she can produce.
• Weapons and Equipment: N/A
• Origin: As far as Gwen knows, she is a young girl who grew up poor on the streets of Hub City, a mutant who developed superpowers on the same day that her parents were killed by a super-villain. This is all a lie. The truth is that Spider-Girl is a clone of Peter Parker, created by one of his enemies in an attempt to create someone that could match him in combat. But, while still in the test tube, she was stolen away by a criminal organization acting in Hub City, who genetically advanced her age to her 20's, and planned to use her to advance their goals. But in a haze, she escaped their clutches with only fragments of fake memories of her parents, and their supposed murderer, the villain Black Tarantula.

My villain character. I wasn't sure whether to give him powers or not but eventually decided to just give him machinery.

• Name: Firefly
• Real Name: Garfield Lynns
• Gender: Male
• Age: Mid-30s
• Appearance: In costume.◊ Otherwise.◊
• Alignment: Evil
• Personality: Firefly is hot-headed and impulsive, tending to live in the moment and rarely plan anything. He has a limited idea of self-preservation and normally only remembers to save himself at the last moment. He can and often does work with other super villains but is brusque with anyone who isn't actively helping him. He has pyromania and therefore feels pleasure from lighting fires, which leads him to centre his crime around arson.
• Powers and Abilities: Firefly has no actual superpowers but does have more mundane abilities.
  • Physical fitness: Firefly is at high levels of human fitness, giving him speed, strength and stamina above that of a normal human, although below peak levels.
  • Fire knowledge: Firefly has an intense knowledge of fire and how to use and create it using chemicals and machinery. This includes knowledge of how to construct a large supply of incendiary bombs and how to repair his flame-thrower.
• Weapons and Equipment:
  • Flame-thrower: Firefly has a gun-like weapon capable of using chemicals to release a long-range burst of flames. This takes fuel from a tank via a hose, but these are strongly protected and thus unlikely to be broken.
  • Incendiary Grenades: Firefly keeps a stock of grenades which, when activated, set on fire. He is capable of constructing larger bombs with a similar incendiary effect but doesn't carry these around normally. When used, those can be set to a timer or a remote detonator.
  • Protective suit: He wears a protective suit which gives him a significant degree of protection against everything, most significantly physical damage and fire.
  • Jetpack: He has a jetpack which allows him to fly, with wings which contain rotors and allow for easy control of his movement. This also uses fuel but, as with the flamethrower, the tank is protected against damage.
• Origin: Garfield Lynns was the son of two Gotham firefighters and grew up a victim of its extreme poverty and crime. At one point his own home was set on fire, killing both of his parents and severely wounding him. While he recovered from his injuries, he was forever covered in obvious scarring.

However, this fire led to the discovery of something within the boy. Exposed to it, he started to become obsessed with flames. As a young child, he started fires and as an adult he got a job in movie pyrotechnics, a way to learn more about fire. Eventually he was fired from his job after a blaze consumed one of the actors and he did nothing to stop it but this fuelled a final transformation in the man.

Now with the knowledge he needed, Lynns raided warehouses to get the materials he needed and constructed his Firefly suit, becoming a supervillain in order to commit arson. After being defeated several times in Gotham he moved to Hub City and continued his crimes.

Sounds good, Tails. The 'well-educated and ingenious man who believes he is refined and respected' part slots in with my own head canon, with the Penguin being the upperclass, quacking intellectual and the Owl getting all the Burtonesque monstrous traits.

Little disappointed I never got around to using my idea for Hush and the Sons of the Serpent, but hey, que sera sera.

Oh, and I presume this Magpie won't be the 'shiny shiny' yandere of Beware The Batman. Not that that would be so bad.

Oh, there's plenty of candidates in Gotham. Black Mask, Carmine Falcone, Rupert Thorne...

Not Falcone because Batman was targeting him mostly when he first started while Thorne does not seem all that important. Black Mask would be the best bet as long as he keeps his murderous tendencies in check. I figure the version of King Pin here would be entirely business minded to where he'd get rid of anybody who makes it even the least bit personal.
