That's a very thorough list! Thank you for assembling it. :D
A few things I might suggest adding -
- To what other species is it related?
- How much does an offspring learn from its parent(s) and how much on its own?
- Is this creature's population sustainable? (One of the things that bothers me about Alien Planet / Expedition is that despite how well-thought-out it is there are a few times something slips through - each female daggerwrist gives birth to a single offspring and is promptly devoured by it upon birth, which means it can't have a replacement rate of even 100%, and that's before accounting for the violent tendencies of pregnant daggerwrists, let alone other hazards.)
- This is more bringing several of your questions together, but what does the life of a typical specimen look like, from life to death? (Do different sexes or castes have different life cycles?)
I had thought of a few more while I was reading it, but most of them were covered only a little further down the list after I thought of them. :D

After the documentary Alien Planet had me nearly ready to scream (there's enough Fridge Logic in it to fill a dozen fridges), I was inspired to create a list of questions to help people develop and think out their fantasy/sci-fi critters. For the interested, the list is over here.
