He calms down, takes a deep breath and focuses. The dark energy begins to dissipate until his color is back.
"I-I really have no idea how it happened... I-I guess I just got too much into it..." , he says. "That robot guy on the ground didn't see me as a threat, so I fought him, and now that girl over there is pretty pissed..."
He sees Ragna but doesn't do anything. If he was hostile, he might attack, and Psycho!Ness couldn't really afford a fresh enemy right now.

Dero nearly got him, Osiris saved but seemingly insulted him, Dero turned back to his roots and he protected himself with darkness... also I think Osiris just didn't wanted to fight anymore
