Well, he had to be toned down from the anime where he can still heal regardless of injury. Otherwise he'd be too broken. That's why I also gave myself the restriction that, while Shrodinger may wound opponents, he may never kill them.

They all dart toward Dio.

And worry not, Schrodinger. Can a monkey hurt a man? Can a man hurt a superhuman that I, Dio, am?(unfolds arms, quickly evaluating the sudden forest) Though it seems you do have tricks of curious. Sadly my quota for finding unusual ones is filled for today. Therefore, human, I have no need for you.(suddenly: eye lazors!)

(with no warning they just... fly right at Madara)

(said lazors manage to neutralize the shrubbery coming his way although the attack doesn't reach Dio's original target)

"Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation!"

He unleashes a massive blast of flames all around the facility, setting the plant life on fire and filling the facility with smoke and fire.

"Eek!", Shrodinger shrieks as he sees the flames. He vanishes until the wave of fire has passed him and reappears.

"My, you seem kinda busy. I'll tell you about the Major's glorious army, but ve kinda need to end this fight first."

If Schrodinger breathes air, he may have trouble doing so. Because smoke.

Fire cannot hurt me, human. Not any longer!(erects a giant wall of ice to stop the incoming heat wave and flames)

(then moves in for the kill, dashing past it once the fire calms down, intent on drowning his fingers in Madara's neck)

Shrodinger began to cough.

"Guh, this place is filled with smoke! Maybe I should come back later vhen I can breathe some more! Dying due to lack of air is really painful!"

Yeah, I almost forgot, but unlike Vezon or Cell Shrodinger actually needs air to live.

Madara uses substitution jutsu to disappear, and reappear behind Dio. He quickly attempts to plunge a kunai into the back of his neck.

"Alright! Auf Wiederzeen!", Shrodinger said as he vanished.

Too close to use his Susanoo's ribcage, he blocks with his arms. He is somewhat hurt, but he isn't showing it. He leaps backwards, and unleashes a volley of kunai at him.

(calmly strolls forward, catching kunais with his body as if on purpose) Again with this little trick?! You are starting to bore me, human, and I, Dio, do not like being bored!(fires another round of eye lazors at him)

Madara ducks under the eye lasers, still throwing Kunai. It is obvious that he's attempting to shred Dio's muscles and joints with the kunai.

"So you don't want to be bored, huh?", a voice echoed from within the fire. Two eyes glared at the fighters.

"Then I came back at just the right time, wouldn't you say?"

(this time dodges the incoming volley before beginning to pluck the kunais stuck in him and chucking them back at Madara)

(So he does have a semblance of a plan. Interesting for a man not using Hamon to be such a handful.)

(cue Cell) ...and you are who?

The creature looked around.

The burning roots attempt to trip and grab Dio, as he dodges around the kunai. As you don't chuck kunai, you toss them, it wasn't very hard.

Cell looked at Madara.

"Oh? Are you talking to me?", he asked, taunting.

I wouldn't know. Nobody had any objection when I was writing "chucks".

Dio. You're not quite a creature of flesh, are you?(wow, look at him totally ignoring Madara now)
