This feels like a cash-grab. Yeah, Hasbro should've licensed the font but it's been in use since 2010 and they advertise the fact that the show uses it on their site.

It's hilarious, because apparently the Font Bros acknowledge on their site that Hasbro is using their font.

They're probably going to lose the law suit because
- They have recognized the fact that Hasbro used their font
- Hasbro has stated that they're using their font
- It's been almost 6 years that they've been using the font, and ignorance is definitely not an excuse.
How long does it usually take for an artist to post up a completed commission (one that I did pay for) for a livestream?

I guess it depends on the artist. I would assume it would be as soon as it's done, or at least within the following days.
Yeah all depends on the artist, how detailed it is, how many he has to do etc... best bet is to contact him and ask.
I already did; it's just that last week, she posted the commissions up immediately after the livestream was done and I was a bit thrown off. Sorry.
On the other hand, given the subject matternote of the pic I commissioned, I would have no objections to it being posted about a week from today.

IANAL, but I'm pretty sure that if you are aware that someone is doing something you can sue for and you deliberately wait to sue in order to increase the damages, that will count against you in court.
In order to win, Font Bros would have to claim that they only now found out about FIM.
