Sabin 37, Celes 38, Umaro 33, Relm 39, Strago 39, Cyan 38, Gogo 37, Locke 43, Mog 37, Terra 41, Edgar 36, Setzer 40, Gau 39, Shadow 36

Wait, your highest level is 43?! My last three characters got up to 48 with just Pity Levels!

It's amusing that our Setzers are the same level. The difference of course is that I haven't used mine at all post calamity and only barely before that.

OOC: Locke only reached 43 because I wanted to uncurse the cursed shield which meant that I had him in my party for the last 15% of the game. Granted, nothing was stopping me from giving someone else the cursed shield, but I was too lazy to do that. If I didn't bother with that quest, Locke probably would have been level 38 or so.

@Story: OOC: I think I just realized which dragon you are missing. Do you remember fighting a blue dragon? See the spoiler to find it;

Go to Figaro Castle and ride it between deserts. You should be told there is an anomaly with the transportation and you will be offered to examine it. Do that and leave the castle through the prison room.

I still don't get how you do it. It's not like I did any deliberate grinding.

I wouldn't be surprised if my Sabin has more total XP than your entire party.

@Story: You want to bet? Give me 5 minutes and I'll do my number crunching. For the sake of my calculation, I won't be adding Gogo or Umaro since I didn't use them (well I did use Gogo, but only for the non-exp giving Cult Tower).

Edit: And the total exp of my party is 1,995,405

Post of the Day #1254

A person THOUGHT they were going to bow, but that person was jumping to conclusions and Meghan clarified it when someone asked. Sera just worded it a bit confusingly.

Less than a month left.

Final Fantasy 6: Previously on Story plays FF 6: Boss Dino and Deathgaze were too chicken to fight me, so I declared victory by default. I might as well add giant Cactuar to that list since the little buggers are so impossible to find. I've now visited every location and gotten every party member, so there aren't many sidequests left to wrap up.

Apparently, the reason nothing happened when Cyan visited and slept in Doma is that you need to bring another party member along. So Cyan's bringing Umaro along to sleep with him.

I noticed that Umaro has Bone Club and Snow Scarf equipped according to the status screen. Shame you can't see the stats.

It's disappoing that even with the most powerful Bushido techniques, Cyan still can't kill everything. Incidently, he currently knows 7 out of 8. Seeing as Sabin had to get to level 70 to learn the last blitz, I'm not sure if he's ever getting all 8. Then again, there's apparently another way to learn Phantom Rush.

Ok, I slept in Doma castle with both Cyan and Umaro, and I have no idea what's supposed to be going on now. This is getting kind of annoying.

Doma has just been a huge disappointment so far.

Time to try visiting Ebot's Rock wtih Relm and Strago.

Nothing out of the ordinary happened then either.

Tried adding Locke and Cyan... still nothing.

As I was flying around with Umaro, I once again randomly ran into Deathgaze and got one shotted on the first turn of battle. And I was flying low that time. It's almost like you can only find him when you just have Umaro in the party.

Naturally I can't find him at all any more after suiting up a party for battle.

Apparently, Duncan is still alive and hiding in a cross of trees near Narshe the whole time. It's kind of disapointing to get stuff like that spoiled, but on the other hand, there's no way I would have ever found it myself.

Umaro stood where Duncan was going to land with his jump, forcing him to stop in midair and fall to the ground.

Talking to him while he's in midair has the same effect.

Sabin: Oh hi Duncan!

Duncan: Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.

Sabin: When I left I was but an apprentice, but now I am a GOD! Want to see my new Phantom Rush technique?

Duncan: Did you think a little old thing like the end of the world would do me in? <— No, I thought Vargas killed you first.

Duncan: Sabin! It's time for me to teach you my ultimate tecnique! Use this to knock somesense into Kefka! <— too late!

Duncan: I call it the "Phantom Rush"

Sabin: Yeah, I know, I already looked at the abilities screen.

Duncan is no longer jumping around inside his cabin.

So uh now what? I can't think of anything left I have to do except for those obnoxious stuff like Doma and Boss Dino which refuse to cooperate.

PS: Sabin's XP is 1198228 in case you want to compare that to Orion's total party XP.

Hello boys. Lovely day ain't it?

Just got over a slow but steady mental breakdown. All my anger built up inside me for about six months...just let it fester for a while. The work happened and it just kept building up. Barely contained myself. Then I missed my 2nd bus by mere seconds...and I lost my shit and smashed the bus shelter and yelled like a crazy person in the air several times. Thankfully, no one was around.

On the bright side, I FINALLY finished Parks and Recreation.

Final Fantasy 6: Took solo Umaro up and down the magic tower just to prove it can be done. I like how Umaro is like "no magic? **** that, I do what I want!".

The only enemies that could actually hurt Umaro with a reflect ring were the level 20s and 60s due to Meteor and Quake/Tornado respectively. I had to do a bit of save scumming to get past the 60s since if you get unlucky and they cast quake or tornado twice, you're just dead.

There was one amusing battle where Umaro died and got reraised twice in the same battle.

It would have really sucked if I had just taken Umaro the first time around. After getting to the top, I'd probably waste a huge amount of time trying to fight Magic Master, only to find out that it's actually impossible and I'd have to do the whole thing over again.

Also took Gau to the Cave on the Veldt to see if the guys there say anything different when meeting him. They don't.

Story: I'm not sure why Doma isn't working. The only things I can think of is you might not be sleeping in the right beds or the game might dislike solo Umaro for that segment (you'll find out why when the sequence happens).

The only enemies that could actually hurt Umaro with a reflect ring were the level 20s and 60s due to Meteor and Quake/Tornado respectively. I had to do a bit of save scumming to get past the 60s since if you get unlucky and they cast quake or tornado twice, you're just dead.

You can get around Quake if someone else gives him a hand before he heads into the tower by casting Float on him. Unless an enemy dispels him, Quake is rendered completely impotent (it'll miss).

I still need to finish watching Parks and Recreation. I just finished the fifth season. And then I started rewatching Steven Universe.

I've seen bits and pieces of Parks and Recreation, including the first 4 episodes of Season 1. Now I know that the later seasons are better, but Marcen, is Season 1 really that bad? It might not be as good as the later ones, but your making it sound like the devil's hell spawn.

Also, now that you are done with Parks and Recreation, are you going to watch Madoka Magica next?

You know how in the 2nd Back To The Future film, Marty ends up in the future of 2015? Well.........[down]
