It does have incredibly Engrish sounding title.. I mean, "Bravely Default" sounds like something that sounds good only in Japanese...

It is an FF spinoff. If Nintendo decides to market it as clearly being part of the FF franchise, it could do well.

KING OF EXPLODO KILLS
Bravely Default has been very big in the 3DS community as it seems a throw back to classic RP Gs, though not quite like Etrian odyssey. It's just a classic adventure with a nice turn based system and a cool look to it.
The tile is a little engrishy, basically it means naturally courageous.

It actually sold fairly well in Japan, which got it quite a bit of attention internationally.

People who've played it have also said that it's quite good, generally (there are some people who say it's bad).
Either way, it's one of the games I've waited for for the 3DS.

As far as I can tell it seems to draw heavily from Final Fantasy V and/or Final Fantasy The 4 Heroes Of Light
Which makes me very, very happy.

I personally liked 3,4 and 6 more than 5 but 5 was still good.

^^^I think thats mainly because you said something they got annoyed with. I mean, I've gotten holstered for joining a conversation that was already offrails and being only one who got that :P I think it was because I annoyed someone in same conversation.*shrugs*
Anyhoo, have you played it or are you just assuming? Its supposed to be similar to first six games from what I've heard so thats why I'm curious.
