Here's the overview, for people who don't want to watch the video. They say it's rolling out in stages, but no explicit release dates. I assume we're at least going to get the start of it before the end of the year, but I don't know if it will finish by the end of the year.
The New War quest is definitely not coming out by Christmas, though.
Yeah, it was pretty bad the way they responded to that question. It's supposed to be treated as an update rather than a new Quest.
[DATA LOST]it'll still be released before hydroid prime's video.
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"The New War is delayed, no changes to the lich system (they die when we die? Really, Steve? REALLY?), loads of stuff that you need to research AND fabricate, and Railjack is going to be a nightmare with public runs. Hmmh.
Empyrean is out now guys! Get your Railjacks and move out!
EDIT: There's research to be done too. Most of it based on the new material that we had to grind for the Railjack itself.

[DATA LOST]First off, the complete lack of a tutorial is annoying. It's not that complicated, but there are some wiggly bits you need to figure out, and you shouldn't have to do it right in the middle of a mission where you have no idea what's happening.
Second, we need more archwing mods because this will be fun, but right now none of the equipment can be modded very much.
Third, yes, it is super fun.
EDIT:Nevermind, I don't think I wanna come back. Too lazy and dismotivated

So I'm enjoying Railjack a bit, but fucking hell I'm so annoyed at the people always holding up the group by staying outside the ship after every mission to farm for stuff. Just do the missions dude, we'll get resources *as* we play!
Railjack Recommendation: Play with a pre-made squad and assign roles. Even the first few missions can be overwhelming, but with a little coordination and a lot of Omni usage, it's a great time.
"Dream. Not of what you are, but of what you want to be."Still getting used to the Railjack, but can we talk about that freaking reliquary drive? Real life reliquaries did often hold the body parts of saints, but they were usually locks of hair or bones, not fleshy fingers bigger than you are.
Two times in a row I had some teammates vanish from mission and be replaced by randoms.
This is isn't really conductive to a successful mission :/
With the Railjack update out what is the best way to farm for materials for it?
Find a group who's willing to stay around after a mission and just harvest the sector for a bit
"You can reply to this Message!"lootframes and dark sectors honestly. only took me 15 waves to get everyone the 100 cubic whatevers they needed. I ended up with like 270 somehow.
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"So now I know how to get the materials for the Railjack and got them now what is the best way to farm credits a need a lot of them.
Index. One round at maximum risk nets you profit of 200K. It's also doubled by a credit booster, if you have one.
Orb Heists also give a lot of credits as reward, though I can't recall exactly how much.
about 100k if you have a chroma with you who knows what they are doing
"You can reply to this Message!"JELLYFIIIIIIISH!
I am going to murder the guy who came up with the "go get the engine cowling" mission of Rising Tide. Yeah, Corpus, thus there's nullifiers, and sentients show up for no goddamn reason, and it's cold so there's a constant health drain and there's jamming drones (who, admittedly, periodically do come to you instead of forcing you to go get them, but that's few and far between).........there's a line between challenge and frustration and it fucking ENRAGES me that there are far too few people in video game design that don't know where that fucking line is.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117What's your kit? Because I had no trouble with any of those missions. I was using Nidus and an Acceletra; I don't think I even needed to use my abilities. The Sentients were the worst part, but I had the Paracesis and a decent amp (for once), so even those weren't that hard.
I generally used an Aoe frame, a good amp and my trusty Larkspur.
"You can reply to this Message!"I've been using Gara for all these missions, because nothing was getting past the wall. Aside from the sentients, who seem to just pass through it for no damn reason.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Quick post-cooling off period update: I've been using Gara geared for the grineer. Not all that helpful when dealing with corpus. So, Wukong, Battacor, Staticor, Paracesis, and my new vasca Renfield. STILL died a lot more than I like, but I now have an engine cowling. And thanks to Baro and a resource boost, it's already being repaired.
All I have to do now is hope Cy realizes this is his chance at redemption.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117I love cephalon cy.

If it's the same requirement as rising tides, we should be gucci on our end.
