Seriously, how would you respond to that?

T pity the fool what don't know the TheoryLoving the elf look of Sylvia much more than Reggie's quarter-elf.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."Just binged the whole thing. It reminds me of Leftover Soup, in both good and bad ways. I can imagine that having to follow these long-winded conversations on a webcomic update schedule might get frustrating in the long run. Not to mention that the main characters are just so incredibly open about everything. It's kind of hard to get some proper conflict to carry a decent plot that way. I hate Poor Communication Kills as much as the next guy, but a bit of a balancing act is required.
I dig the characters and the setting, though. I wish I could say that I'm looking forward to see where it's all going, but I very much doubt that a lot will happen before the author hits retirement age.
I am surprised that this comic does not have its own thread. It's similar to 'Shortpacked' in that it takes place in a store. The characters and their interactions are interesting and compelling. The art quickly improves and becomes easy on the eyes.
Here is the link to the tvtropes.org page for it: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/BetweenFailures?from=Main.BetweenFailures
A word of warning if you have never read it: the story starts off as the first day on the job of Ed Lincoln, but the two leads are Thomas and Carol. (This is similar to how John got shunted aside in 'Out There' after the strip starting off chronicling the day they met on the road.)
It's worth a glance if you enjoy slice-of-life webcomics.
I'm new here.
