[Ghost sounds] death oni?
ゆゆ式
Yuyu from the girls' names, Yuzuko, Yui, and Yukari. Shiki can roughly be ceremony, system, style.
They should write in kanji if they don't want people to come up with unfortunate meanings
It is written in kanji in the title.
...So it is. I should pay more attention before writing stupid jokes
Is it just me or the power-suit in that first one look just like a Evangelion?
It's just you. Evas are much lankier, and have Eva Fins

It will be interesting to see how much Mecha figures into that anime. Uroubuci and Mecha would be quite a combination.
All of the characters seem really cue and innocent.....which means that Urobuchi will probably have them die horribly.
The author aside, the whole thing seems set up to have the war catch up to the planet
According to ANN, the sequel to Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls was briefly listed as an April anime: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-12-10/hyakka-ryoran-samurai-bride-april-premiere-briefly-listed
I am sure somebody has to be anticipating Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Bride.
I just watched the first season recently and while its a terrible terrible anime I have to watch it because its stylish.
Yes despite its quality it was watchable. Why it was succesfull enough to make second season is mystery to me (ton of fanservice might be reason though).
Anyway when it come I will likely watch it.
Looks like Anri Katsu is scheduled for April?
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI'll add Date A Live to the Spring 2013 Anime page.
I'll also add Arata Kangatari based on the following link and that Fansub DB and Countdown both have it as a spring series. http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2012/12/12-1/arata-anime-visual-and-staff-info-revealed
,
Out of curiosity, how accurate is this AMV in portraying it?
Anime indeed look like this. If nothing else it's very graphic, isn't it?

Thorn 14, looks like being a mecha fan is no longer suffering.
Still don't know when it's going to air. Also, I'd feel worse for mecha fans if that's the only thing they have than if there was nothing
Date A Live's latest PV:
I'd take one mecha series over no mecha series at all.
I actually forgot Date A Live was a manga I was reading that vanished and I wanted to continue reading. The anime looks good.
Looks like were getting an original mecha anime for the spring 2013 Anime Season by Sunrise http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-12-13/sunrise-makes-mecha-anime-valvrave-the-liberator

It would be interesting if the trend for Spring 2013 was Mecha. Anyway, added it as Kakumeiki Valvrave.
I could go on at length as to why everyone here is being stupid, but we're already too far off-topic. We should all stop talking unless we have something to say that's directly related to the spring season
