Also, will the West abandon the Baku-Ankara axis for Armenia?
I suspect that the demand is for the international community either to ensure some mechanism that protects the rights of Armenians in Azerbaijan with more than the word of the Azerbaijan government, or to strait up assert that the people of NK have the right to self-determination.

But trying to get a country to recognize that was never going to happen unless they wanted to open up their own countries to any separatist factions or extremists.
Sovereignty for a country takes precedence.
Its why even Russias bigger allies like Iran never recognized their annexation.
Its just how it is.

"And the Bunny nails it!" ~ Gabrael "If the UN can get through a day without everyone strangling everyone else so can we." ~ CyranFrance agrees to deliver military equipment to Armenia
First two excerpts in quoteblock:
French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said on a visit to Armenia on Tuesday, October 3, that Paris agreed to deliver military equipment to the small South Caucasus nation.
Colonna travelled to Armenia after Azerbaijani forces last month swept through the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh and secured the surrender of Armenian separatist forces that had controlled the mountainous region for decades.
Armenia's also trying to get Indian military hardware, including drones too.

Quoting the first excerpts of the link:
Russia will set up a naval base in the separatist Georgian region of Abkhazia, its leader has told Russian media.
Aslan Bzhania told the Izvestia tabloid his Moscow-backed region would soon host a "permanent point of deployment" for Russia on the Black Sea coast.
It comes as Ukraine increases its attacks on Russia's Black Sea fleet. Two weeks ago, Kyiv struck the fleet's headquarters in Crimea.
The Kremlin has refused to comment on the alleged deal.
Georgia's foreign ministry said it would be a "flagrant violation of Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity".
Yeah because Sevastopol is way too unstable to realtsically keep the fleet their.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Secretary of State Blinken is warning that Azerbaijan may invade Armenia within the coming weeks. In short, Aliyev has been making threats demanding Armenia open a corridor to link the rest of Azerbaijan with Nakhchivan, flaunting an armed solution if he does not get his way. While Blinken has been optimistic about ongoing diplomatic talks between the two nations, he has announced that they will not renew a long-term waiver of American military assistance to Azerbaijan.
Wonder what backroom deals Armenia Is making with the west. As at this point. They kinda need them. Hence the whole bilateral military exerice they did with the us.
