Hey, anyone else heard of/interested in this game? I watched the trailer and a gameplay video and was instantly hooked. 20 dollars gets you into the closed beta and unlocks every character but two. You can get beta keys in other ways, but you can get into the beta immediately and with more characters if you drop 20 on the game. It's a MOBA where the characters are gods from various mythologies, but what most separates it from a MOBA like Lo L or Dota is the fact that you play it in third person!

That sounds like it could be fun.

... but there better be an ability based around how Zeus sleeps with Anything That Moves, because it would be hilarious.

BTW, a TP-MOBA was first done by Super Monday Night Combat I think.

Not to say this can't be a good game, just mentioning that.

Unfortunately, Zeus plays more like Kennen from League. Your skillset is based around applying marks and then detonating them with your third ability for massive damage.

Looks neat. Will have to try out sometime.

Eh, I got into the closed beta.

Haven't played yet but I love the animation over the friends section of the menus. Ra, Ymir and Vamana are bros, man.

... Bastet is also especially Rule 34 waiting to happen.

Actually played one game, seemed pretty fun to me.

I only wish the Gods had dance emotes like in League Of Legends.

That Ultimate looks very familiar . Hope they reduce the flight time or put in a stun component or a larger Ao E, otherwise it's going to end up being a movement skill.

You guys just pm me. Loki just came in, and game files say Bacchus is in next. Looks like pasty small Graggas with a wine jug and a turkey leg.

Bacchus' aesthetics are amazing. His belly flop has a hilarious BOING! sound effect, one of his main sources of damage is burping loudly for two seconds, and his selection screen animations have him drunkenly swaggering and occasionally falling on his back asleep with one arm on his jug of wine - amplified by the epic chanting and symphony music that's on while this is happening.

So Hercules just came in. He's...well, Hercules.

He's got some funny emotes.

So I started playing this yesterday, and I'm liking it so far. My favorites out of the characters it automatically gives you are Sun Wukong and Kali.

Really starting to hate this game. No bot matches so I have to deal with other players from the start. You get 20 whole points for losing, and I only need 11,000. And every opponent is secretly an elite master of the game on a new "FUCKYOUNEWBIESYOUSUCK" account who can solo your entire newbie team.

Fun times.

so I've been playing this a lot recently. Pretty fun stuff! this is my first time in a MOBA type game, and ammitedly, I'm kinda rubbish at conquest mode. But arena is freakin awesome!

I just got mastery rank 2 on Chang'e the other day. She's such an amazingly fun god to play as.
