There needs to be some sort of "No Double Jeopardy" rule to keep people from hauling things in every three months.

Maybe a note on the discussion page, or a commented-out note in the page source, with the date of the last decisions and a "no further changes until at least [date]" decree?

Stuff like this is exactly why you get people accusing this place of being "Trope Rename Service" where people keep hauling in tropes again and again until they finally get the result they want.
